Technical Field

Background
Excrement refers to urine and sweat, and is free of feces. When people are in nursing, the patient lies on the sickbed and is not convenient to move, so a tool special for collecting the excrement of the patient is needed.

The invention is provided with the exhaust device and the odor adsorption device, can purify the foul air in the collection device when a patient excretes, avoids polluting indoor air, simultaneously can isolate the peculiar smell in the collection bag from overflowing, can replace the collection bag after collecting excrement for many times, can save resources, and has very simple replacement operation. When the device is used, the use of a patient is inconvenient, and simultaneously, the odor in the equipment is pumped out through the air exhaust fan, so that the air in a ward has peculiar smell.
Therefore, how to design the excrement collecting device for medical care which is convenient for people to use and does not have peculiar smell in a sick house is the technical problem to be solved by the invention.

In order to overcome the defects that the use is inconvenient and the peculiar smell is discharged in a sick house when the device is used, the technical problem of the invention is as follows: provides the excrement collecting device for medical care, which is convenient for people to use and does not have peculiar smell in a sick room when in use.

Further, the pushing assembly comprises: the second guide rod is arranged on the bed board; the second sliding sleeve is slidably arranged on the second guide rod; the handle is arranged on the second sliding sleeve; the special-shaped rod is arranged on the second sliding sleeve; and the pushing block is arranged on the special-shaped rod and is contacted with the wedge block.
Further, the collection assembly comprises: the arc-shaped plate is rotatably arranged on the mounting cylinder; the arc clamping rod is rotatably arranged on the arc plate; the arc-shaped fixture block is arranged on the mounting cylinder; and the collecting cylinder is arranged in the mounting cylinder.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the second L-shaped sliding rod is arranged on the bed plate, and a groove is formed in the bed plate; the second spring is arranged between the second L-shaped sliding rod and the bed plate; the wedge-shaped fixture block is rotatably arranged on the second L-shaped sliding rod; and the torsion spring is arranged between the wedge-shaped fixture block and the second L-shaped sliding rod.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: a circular tube mounted on the mounting cylinder; at least two connecting pipes are arranged and are arranged between the circular pipe and the mounting cylinder; the water storage cylinder is arranged on the mounting cylinder; the hose is arranged between the water storage cylinder and the circular pipe; the air bag is arranged on the water storage cylinder.
Has the advantages that: the invention can drain when a patient needs to excrete through the blocking component, can filter the peculiar smell emitted by the excrement after the patient drains, prevents the peculiar smell in a ward, can open the equipment when the patient needs to drain through the pushing component, can collect the excrement of the patient through the collecting component, is more convenient for the treatment of the excrement of the patient by a worker, can clamp the equipment when the patient uses through the wedge-shaped clamping block, thus the patient does not need to pull the equipment all the time when draining, and can wash the equipment through the connecting pipe.

The above-described scheme is further illustrated below with reference to specific examples. Example 1
A medical care excrement collecting device is shown in figures 1-7 and comprises a bed plate 1, an installation cylinder 2, a blocking assembly, a filtering assembly, a pushing assembly and a collecting assembly, wherein the installation cylinder 2 is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom of the bed plate 1 through a bolt, the blocking assembly which blocks in a sliding mode is arranged on the bed plate 1, the filtering assembly which filters in a sliding mode is arranged on the installation cylinder 2, the pushing assembly which pushes in a sliding mode is arranged on the bed plate 1, and the collecting assembly is arranged in the installation cylinder 2.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 and 7, the pushing assembly includes a second guide rod 15, a second sliding sleeve 16, a handle 161, a special-shaped rod 17 and a pushing block 18, a linear hole is formed in the front left portion of the bed plate 1, the second guide rod 15 is connected in the linear hole, the second sliding sleeve 16 is slidably arranged on the second guide rod 15, the handle 161 is welded on the second sliding sleeve 16, the special-shaped rod 17 is welded at the bottom of the second sliding sleeve 16, the pushing block 18 is welded at the tail end of the special-shaped rod 17, and the pushing block 18 is in contact with the wedge block 14.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the collecting assembly comprises an arc-shaped plate 19, an arc-shaped clamping rod 191, arc-shaped clamping blocks 192 and a collecting cylinder 193, the front side of the mounting cylinder 2 is rotatably provided with the arc-shaped plate 19, the arc-shaped plate 19 is rotatably provided with the arc-shaped clamping rod 191, the mounting cylinder 2 is welded with the arc-shaped clamping blocks 192, and the collecting cylinder 193 is placed on the mounting cylinder 2.
The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows: when patient need excrete on the sick bed, drive through the promotion subassembly and block the subassembly and open, the filter assembly opens thereupon, and patient excretes afterwards, and patient's excrement is collected through collecting the subassembly, excretes to accomplish the back, and patient will block the subassembly through the promotion subassembly and close thereupon, and the filter assembly closes thereupon, prevents that the excrement from having the peculiar smell to scatter, afterwards, the staff will collect the excrement sanitization in the subassembly.
When patient need excrete on the sick bed, drive first L type slide bar 6 through the promotion subassembly and slide to the outside in a word groove 5, toper baffle 4 slides to annular spout 3 thereupon, the filter assembly is opened thereupon, afterwards, patient discharges the excrement, after patient discharges the excrement, loosen the promotion subassembly, first L type slide bar 6 resets along with the inside slip, toper baffle 4 resets along with the inside slip, so, make things convenient for patient to discharge the excrement more.
When a patient needs to excrete on a hospital bed, a worker pushes the wedge block 14 to move left through the pushing assembly, the wedge block 14 moves left to pull the first sliding sleeve 11 to slide outwards on the first guide rod 10 through the L-shaped rod 13, the first spring 12 is compressed to pull the arc guide sleeve 9 to move outwards, the arc sliding rod 91 moves outwards along with the wedge block and slides outwards in the arc guide sleeve 9, the filter screen plate 7 is pulled to move outwards through the connecting rod 8 to be opened, meanwhile, the arc guide sleeve 9 drives the conical baffle 4 to open outwards through the first L-shaped sliding rod 6, then, the patient discharges excrement, after the excrement is discharged by the patient, the worker looses the pushing assembly, under the reset action of the first spring 12, the first sliding sleeve 11 slides inwards on the first guide rod 10 to reset, the arc guide sleeve 9 drives the arc sliding rod 91 to move inwards to reset, so that the filter screen plate 7 is driven by the connecting rod 8 to move inwards to reset, simultaneously the toper baffle 4 is slided inwards and is reset, so, after patient discharges the excrement, can filter the peculiar smell of excreting the effluvium.
When a patient needs to excrete, the handle 161 is pulled to move forwards, so that the second sliding sleeve 16 is pulled to slide forwards on the second guide rod 15, the pushing block 18 is driven to move forwards through the special-shaped rod 17, the pushing block 18 moves forwards to push the wedge block 14 to move outwards, the L-shaped rod 13 moves outwards along with the L-shaped rod to drive the filter screen plate 7 and the conical baffle plate 4 to move outwards to be opened, then the patient excretes, after the patient excretes, the handle 161 is released, the second sliding sleeve 16 slides backwards to reset, the special-shaped rod 17 resets along with the L-shaped rod, and the filter screen plate 7 and the conical baffle plate 4 move inwards to reset and close.
When the patient is excreting, the staff collects the bag in the endotheca of collecting cylinder 193, patient excretes afterwards, patient's excrement falls into the collecting bag of collecting cylinder 193, excrete the back, the staff upwards rotates arc kelly 191, at this moment, arc kelly 192 no longer blocks arc kelly 191, afterwards, the staff outwards rotates arc 19 and opens, then take out the collection bag in the collecting cylinder 193 and clear up, so, more make things convenient for staff to collect and clear up patient's excrement.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 7, the bed plate further includes a second L-shaped slide rod 21, a second spring 22, a wedge-shaped fixture block 23 and a torsion spring 231, a groove 20 is formed in the front portion of the left side of the bed plate 1, the groove 20 is communicated with the straight hole, the second L-shaped slide rod 21 is slidably arranged on the front portion of the left side of the bed plate 1, the right end of the second L-shaped slide rod 21 is located in the groove 20, the second spring 22 is wound between the second L-shaped slide rod 21 and the bed plate 1, the wedge-shaped fixture block 23 is rotatably arranged on the right end of the second L-shaped slide rod 21, and the torsion spring 231 is wound between the wedge-shaped fixture.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the air bag type water storage device further comprises a circular pipe 24, connecting pipes 25, a water storage cylinder 26, a hose 27 and an air bag 28, the circular pipe 24 is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the outer side of the installation cylinder 2 through bolts, the circular pipe 24 is communicated with the installation cylinder 2 through six connecting pipes 25, the water storage cylinder 26 is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the installation cylinder 2 through bolts, the hose 27 is connected between the water storage cylinder 26 and the circular pipe 24, and the air bag 28 is arranged on the water storage cylinder 26.
The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows: when a patient needs to excrete, the handle 161 is pulled forwards, the second sliding sleeve 16 slides forwards along with the second sliding sleeve, when the second sliding sleeve 16 slides forwards to contact with the wedge-shaped fixture block 23, the second sliding sleeve 16 slides forwards to push the wedge-shaped fixture block 23 to rotate forwards, the torsion spring 231 is compressed, when the second sliding sleeve 16 slides forwards to be separated from the wedge-shaped fixture block 23, under the reset action of the torsion spring 231, the wedge-shaped fixture block 23 rotates backwards to reset to clamp the second sliding sleeve 16, after the patient excretes, the second L-shaped sliding rod 21 is pulled leftwards, the second spring 22 is stretched, the wedge-shaped fixture block 23 moves leftwards to the groove 20 without blocking the second sliding sleeve 16, at this time, the second sliding sleeve 16 slides backwards to reset, then, the patient loosens the second L-shaped sliding rod 21, under the reset action of the second spring 22, the second L-shaped sliding rod 21 drives the wedge-shaped fixture block 23 to reset right, thus, the patient does not need to pull the handle 161 by hand all the time when excreting.
After the patient excretes the completion, the staff steps on gasbag 28 downwards and pushes the water in water storage cylinder 26 into hose 27 through gas in, flows into in the circular pipe 24 through connecting pipe 25 blowout afterwards to excrete the back at patient and wash equipment, so, more make things convenient for people to use.
