One end of the back plate linear driving device 6 and a hinged support on the middle mounting plate 302 in the inverted L-shaped lifting column 3 form a revolute pair, and the other end of the back plate linear driving device 6 and a hinged support on the left side below the saddle-shaped back plate 5 form a revolute pair. The axes of all revolute pairs of the back plate linear driving device 6 are perpendicular to the middle vertical surface of the rehabilitation bed, and the back plate driving device 6 can use an electric push rod or a hydraulic cylinder.
The seat board 7 is approximately a hollow flat cuboid, and the wide edge is parallel to the direction of the lathe bed; one side end of the seat board is connected with the inverted L-shaped lifting column and the back board through a hinged support, and the seat board, the inverted L-shaped lifting column and the back board form a first rotating pair together.

The first connecting rod 802, the second connecting rod 803, the seat plate 7 and the hinged support part of the inverted L-shaped lifting column 3 form a four-bar mechanism, and the axes of all revolute pairs of the seat plate driving device 8 are perpendicular to the middle vertical surface of the rehabilitation bed.
As shown in fig. 5, the leg plate 9 has a flat rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the housing is stretchable and lockable. The leg plate 9 includes a leg plate frame 901, an outer leg plate 902, a rotary strut 903, a rubber ring 904, and an outer leg plate connecting block 905. The leg plate frame 901 is wrapped by the outer leg plate 902 and forms a moving pair, and the rotary pressure rod 903 passes through the rubber ring 904 and is connected with the outer leg plate connecting block 905 by a spiral pair. The moving direction of the screw pair is the same as the leg plate direction, and the outer leg plate connecting block 905 is fixed at the bottom of the outer leg plate 902 and forms a moving pair together with the outer leg plate 902 and the inner leg plate 901. The rubber ring 904 is longitudinally pressed by turning the rotary press rod 903 to radially expand, so that the outer leg plate 902 is pressed against the leg plate frame 901 to achieve locking. The leg plate frame 901 is connected with the seat plate 7 at one end through a hinged support to form a revolute pair, and the axes of the revolute pair are perpendicular to the middle vertical surface of the rehabilitation bed.
The leg plate linear driving device 10 comprises a sliding seat 1001, a sliding block 1002 and a leg plate driving rod 1003, the sliding seat 1001 is fixed below the hollow flat cuboid of the seat plate 7, the linear driving direction is perpendicular to a first rotating pair, one end of the leg plate driving rod 1003 is connected with the sliding block 1002 through a hinged support to form a rotating pair, the other end of the leg plate driving rod 1003 is connected with the lower surface of the leg plate frame 901 through a hinged support to form a rotating pair, the leg plate linear driving devices 10 are respectively connected with a second rotating pair with the axes parallel to the rotating pair, the sliding block 1002 slides on the sliding seat 1001, and the leg plate driving rod 1003 drives the leg plate 9 to rotate around the seat plate 7. The leg plate linear driving apparatus 10 may use a slider type electric push rod.
The back board lifting power assisting device 11 is a pair of telescopic rods, a spring is arranged inside each rod, and rollers are arranged at the tops of the rods. One end of the power assisting device 11 is fixed on the middle mounting plate 302 through a bolt, and the other end of the power assisting device is freely contacted with the bottom surface of the saddle-shaped back plate. The extending and retracting direction of the back plate lifting power assisting device 11 is the same as that of the first moving pair, when the saddle-shaped back plate 5 is lifted, the back plate lifting power assisting device 11 provides power for the back plate, after the back plate is rotated to a certain angle, the back plate lifting power assisting device 11 is separated from contact, and in other embodiments, the back plate lifting power assisting device 11 can also use an air spring.
The folding safety pull rod 12 is in a shape of two folding long rods, the folding safety pull rod 12 comprises an upper safety pull rod 1201 and a lower safety pull rod 1202, one end of the upper safety pull rod 1201 is connected with the saddle-shaped back plate 5 through a hinge, the other end of the upper safety pull rod 1201 and one end of the lower safety pull rod 1202 form a third rotating pair, the axis of the third rotating pair is parallel to the axis of the first rotating pair, the other end of the lower safety pull rod 1202 is connected with the cylinder wall 3 of the inverted L-shaped lifting column through a hinge and is installed on the extending part of the cylinder wall of the T-shaped short edge of the upper half part of the inverted L-shaped lifting column, the upper safety pull rod 1201 and the lower safety pull rod 1202 are in a folding shape and are located on the extending part of the cylinder wall of the T-shaped short edge of the upper half part of the inverted L-shaped lifting column 3 when the back plate 5 works.
The lifting suspension 13 includes a lifting column 1301, a suspension 1302, and a linear driving device 1303. The lifting column 1301 penetrates through the top of the back plate 5 to form a sliding pair, the upper end of the lifting column 1301 is fixed on the suspension bracket 1302 through a screw, and the suspension bracket 1302 is a U-shaped bracket with adjustable extension length. One end of the linear driving device 1303 is fixed in the middle of the saddle-shaped back plate 5 through a bolt, and the other end of the linear driving device 1303 is fixed on the suspension bracket 1302. The linear actuator 1303 has a moving pair direction parallel to the bed direction, and the linear actuator 1303 in the lifting suspension frame 13 may be an electric push rod, a hydraulic cylinder, or a screw device.
Preferably, the lifting column 1301 of the lifting suspension 13 is guided by a guide block fixed inside the back plate, and a slide rail and a slider may be used.
Furthermore, the bottom of the base 1 is provided with casters, two sides of the base 1 are provided with movable doorframe 14, the sliding blocks at the bottom of the doorframe 14 are connected to the sliding rails at two sides of the base to form a sliding pair, and the sliding pair is perpendicular to the bottom surface.
As shown in fig. 6, the rehabilitation bed can realize sitting posture rehabilitation, and the lifting column jacking device 4 lifts the inverted L-shaped lifting column 3. The back plate driving device 6 pushes the saddle-shaped back plate 5 to rotate to the vertical position around the first rotating pair, and the leg plate linear driving device 10 retracts to drive the leg plate driving rod 1003 to rotate the leg plate 9 to the retracted position around the seat plate 7. At the moment, the rehabilitation bed is in a chair shape to carry out sitting posture rehabilitation training.
As shown in fig. 7, the rehabilitation bed can realize standing posture rehabilitation. The lifting column jacking device 4 lifts the inverted L-shaped lifting column 3; the back plate driving device 6 pushes the saddle-shaped back plate 5 to rotate to a vertical position around the first rotating pair; the linear driving device 801 retracts to drive the first connecting rod 802 and the second connecting rod 803 to rotate, so that the seat plate 7 rotates to the retracted position around the first rotating pair, and the leg plate linear driving device 10 extends to drive the leg plate driving rod 1003 to rotate the leg plate 9 to the extended position around the seat plate 7. At the moment, the rehabilitation bed is in a state that the seat plate and the leg plate are retracted backwards so as to carry out standing posture rehabilitation training.

the lifting column is a thin-walled cylinder with a T-shaped main section, the upper half part of the T-shaped short edge of the cylinder wall extends to enable the T-shaped support column to be in an inverted L shape, and the middle part of the inverted L-shaped lifting column is provided with a middle mounting plate; the reverse L-shaped lifting column is sleeved outside the T-shaped support to form a first moving pair, and the direction of the first moving pair is vertical to the plane of the base;
the lifting column jacking device is positioned inside the T-shaped support thin-walled cylinder, the lower end of the lifting column jacking device is connected with the base, and the upper end of the lifting column jacking device is connected with the lower end of the middle mounting plate in the inverted L-shaped lifting column;
the back plate is a saddle-shaped rectangular plate, two sides of the lower part of the back plate are respectively and fixedly connected with a cuboid hip joint position adjusting block, the short edge of the lower end of the rectangular plate is connected with the end part of the cylinder wall extension part of the T-shaped short edge of the upper part of the inverted L-shaped lifting column through a first rotating pair, and the axis of the first rotating pair is parallel to the plane of the base and is vertical to the moving direction of the first moving pair;
the backboard linear driving device is installed in the upper extending part of the T-shaped short side of the cylinder wall of the inverted L-shaped lifting column, the first end of the backboard linear driving device is hinged with the side of the T-shaped long side of the inverted L-shaped lifting column, and the second end of the backboard linear driving device is hinged with the backboard;
the seat plate is a hollow flat cuboid, and the end part of one side of the seat plate is connected with the inverted L-shaped lifting column and the back plate through a first revolute pair;
the seat plate driving device comprises a seat plate linear driving device, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod; the linear driving device is arranged in the extension part of the upper part of the T-shaped short side of the cylinder wall of the inverted L-shaped lifting column, the first end of the seat plate linear driving device is connected with the inverted L-shaped lifting column through a revolute pair, and the second end of the seat plate linear driving device is connected with the first ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod through a coaxial revolute pair; the second end of the first connecting rod is connected with the inverted L-shaped lifting column through a revolute pair; the second end of the second connecting rod is connected with the lower surface of the seat plate through a revolute pair; the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, the seat plate and the inverted L-shaped lifting column form a four-bar mechanism; the axes of all the revolute pairs of the seat plate driving device are parallel to the axis of the first revolute pair;
the leg plate is a flat cuboid, the end part of one side of the leg plate is connected with the end part of the other side of the seat plate through a second revolute pair, and the axis of the second revolute pair is parallel to the axis of the first revolute pair;
the leg plate linear driving device comprises a sliding seat, a sliding block and a leg plate driving rod, the sliding seat is fixed below the hollow flat cuboid of the seat plate, the linear driving direction of the leg plate linear driving device is perpendicular to the first rotating pair, the first end of the leg plate driving rod is connected with the sliding block through the rotating pair, the second end of the leg plate driving rod is connected with the lower portion of the leg plate through the rotating pair, and the axes of all the rotating pairs of the leg plate linear driving device are parallel to the axis of the second rotating pair.

The sitting and lying station three-posture medical rehabilitation bed according to claim 1, characterized in that: the bottom of the base is provided with trundles, two sides of the base are provided with movable gantry frames, and sliding blocks at the bottom of the gantry frames are connected to sliding rails at two sides of the base to form a second sliding pair; the second moving pair direction is perpendicular to the first moving pair and perpendicular to the axis of the first rotating pair.
