Compared with the structure of the prior auxiliary device of the toilet bowl, the automatic telescopic device and the telescopic method of the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1. the automatic extension device of the old-assistant toilet seat detects the back pressure of the handicapped person through the pressure sensor II of the sensing mechanism, and the pressure sensor I detects the back pressure of the handicapped person to generate various pressure data of the handicapped person. The controller judges whether the back pressure is greater than the first preset pressure, if so, the person who is inconvenient to move extrudes the backrest and needs to get off the seat, at the moment, the controller rotates all the rod motors in advance, and then drives the driving rod, the first conical gear and the second conical gear to rotate in a combined manner, so that transverse rotation is converted into longitudinal rotation, the rotating speed is adjusted, the torque is increased, further, the shaft rotation is further converted into linear motion under the matching action of the ball screw and the screw rod sleeve, and then the cushion is jacked up and the ascending process is realized. During this rising, the pressing force of the legs of the handicapped person to the seat cushion becomes smaller and smaller until it disappears. Thus, the controller judges whether the leg pressing force is kept constant within a preset time (the pressure is normally zero) in the rising process, if so, the leg of the mobility-handicapped person is lifted off the ground, the rod motor on the front side stops rotating, and if the rod motor on the rear side continues rotating, the rear portion of the cushion continues to rotate upwards until the inclination angle of the cushion reaches a preset angle and then stops, so that the mobility-handicapped person can be slowly pushed forwards, and the walking on the ground of the mobility-handicapped person is realized. At the in-process that whole supplementary handicapped person got up, handicapped person only need deliberately lean on the back of pressing and can start the function that rises, and then the cushion rises earlier, and the slope again, the handicapped person just can get up under the condition with the help of outsider or self hand strength like this, and the process of getting up is safe and reliable more, need not carry other equipment moreover, and it is more convenient to use.
2. According to the automatic telescopic device for the old-people-assisting closestool, the first crank can be driven to rotate by rotating the remote rod motor, and the cushion can move in the horizontal direction under the rotating connection effect between the first crank and the second crank, so that the horizontal position of the cushion can be adjusted. Particularly, in the process of rising up, the controller enables the cushion to move towards the mobility-handicapped person through the rocker mechanism, so that the mobility-handicapped person is slightly pushed to get a weak pushing inertia effect to leave the seat, and the safety of the mobility-handicapped person is ensured. In addition, the rocker mechanism can also enable the seat cushion to move towards the direction far away from the mobility-impaired person, so that the mobility-impaired person can be thoroughly separated from the seat, and the mobility-impaired person can determine that the rising process is finished at the first time.
3. According to the automatic telescopic device for the old-person-assisting toilet, the controller can also judge whether the back pressure and the leg downward pressure are zero or not, if yes, the situation that a person with mobility inconvenience completely breaks away from the seat is indicated, and at the moment, all rod motors are driven to rotate to enable the seat cushion to descend back to the original initial position, so that the seat can be stored conveniently, and the occupied space is reduced.
4. The automatic telescopic device of the old-assisting closestool can also be provided with a lifting knob. The mobility-handicapped person can generate a lifting height electric signal by rotating the lifting knob, and the controller determines the lifting height according to the electric signal and enables the cushion to lift the height because the strength of the electric signal is in direct proportion to the rotating angle, so that the mobility-handicapped person can rotate the corresponding angle to select the height which needs to be lifted, and the mobility-handicapped person can conveniently control the lifting height of the cushion.
5. The automatic telescopic device of the old-helping closestool can also be provided with an emergency button and an emergency alarm. When the mobility-handicapped person encounters an emergency, the emergency button can be pressed to generate an emergency trigger signal, the controller monitors the signal at the moment and drives the emergency alarm to give an alarm, so that other nursing staff and the like can find and process the signal at the first time, and the safety of the mobility-handicapped person is ensured.
6. The sensing device of the automatic extension device of the old-helping closestool can be also provided with a third pressure sensor. The third pressure sensor is arranged in the seat cushion and can detect the buttock downward pressure of the mobility-handicapped person, the controller can judge whether the buttock downward pressure is less than or equal to the second preset pressure, and if so, all the rod motors are driven to rotate to enable the seat cushion to descend, so that more standing-up spaces can be provided for the mobility-handicapped person, and the mobility-handicapped person can conveniently stand up to move.
7. This help automatic telescoping device of old person's toilet, it can also set up drive wheel and actuating mechanism, actuating mechanism can drive these drive wheels and rotate, the drive wheel rotates and drives the inconvenient person of action and move, the inconvenient person of action just can control the seat by oneself and advance or retreat like this, the device can act as the role of wheelchair, therefore can enough satisfy the needs of the inconvenient person of action toilet seat, can also satisfy the demand of supplementary action, and provide the function of assisting getting up, satisfy its diversified life demand.
8. The beneficial effects of the method for extending and retracting the automatic extension and retraction device of the old-person-assisting closestool are the same as those of the automatic extension and retraction device of the old-person-assisting closestool, and the detailed description is omitted here.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present embodiment provides an automatic extension device for a toilet for the elderly, which can be used as a toilet for the handicapped, as a wheelchair for the handicapped, or as an auxiliary device for hospitals and homes. The people with mobility disabilities can be the elderly people with lower limb paralysis and serious leg diseases, the doctors and patients who cannot get up normally after leg operations or operations on other parts, and the people with leg defects. In this embodiment, the automatic retracting device includes a seat 1, a lifting mechanism, a rocker mechanism, a sensing mechanism, and a controller.
Generally, the seat 1 comprises a frame 2, a seat cushion 3 and a backrest 4, in this embodiment the seat 1 further comprises a plurality of drive wheels 14, two armrests 17 and a plurality of bolsters. In this embodiment, the support 2, the cushion 3 and the backrest 4 are all made of stainless steel, and the stainless steel has high hardness and good corrosion resistance, so that the service life of the toilet seat can be prolonged better. The seat cushion 3 is located in the bracket 2 without a connection point with the bracket 2. Wherein, the middle part of the cushion 3 is provided with a through groove structure 18. The contour of the through groove structure 18 is matched with the hip direction of the mobility-impaired person, and an oval through groove for the toilet of the mobility-impaired person is arranged. The handicapped person sits directly on the through-groove structure 18 and the discharged filth falls through the through-groove into a toilet or other collection container. The backrest 4 is mounted on the bracket 2 and is located on one side of the seat cushion 3. When the handicapped person sits on the seat cushion, he or she can lean on the backrest 4, which can reduce the burden on his or her waist. A plurality of driving wheels 14 are rotatably mounted on the frame 2, generally four driving wheels 14 are selected, and the radius of the driving wheel 14 on the front side is smaller than that of the driving wheel 14 on the rear side. Both armrests 17 are mounted on the support 2 and on opposite sides of the seat cushion 3. The two armrests 17 can be grasped by the handicapped, so that the sitting posture can be more stable. A plurality of cushions are respectively installed on the seat cushion 3, the backrest 4 and the two armrests 17, so that the handicapped person can sit more comfortably on the seat 1.
The number of the lifting mechanisms is multiple, and each lifting mechanism comprises a rod motor 5, a driving rod 6, a first conical gear 7, a second conical gear 8, a ball screw 9 and a screw sleeve 10. The first conical gear 7, the second conical gear 8, the ball screws 9 and the screw rod sleeves 10 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the number of the ball screws is at least one. A lever motor 5 is fixed to the bracket 2, and an output shaft is connected to a drive lever 6. The fixed connection of the rod motor 5 to the support 2 is not shown in the figures, since the rod motor 5 can be indirectly fixed to the support 2 by other means, for example by means of a fixing frame, a fixing block or the like, which can be achieved simply by connecting such an intermediate structure to the aforementioned two. The first conical gear 7 is sleeved on the driving rod 6 and meshed with the second conical gear 8. The bevel gear II 8 is sleeved on one end of the corresponding ball screw 9, and the other end of the ball screw 9 is in threaded connection with one end of the corresponding screw sleeve 10. In this embodiment, the radius of the first conical gear 7 is smaller than that of the second conical gear 8, so that the transmitted rotating speed is reduced, and the torque is increased. The ball screw 9 or the screw sleeve 10 and the bracket 2 should be connected in a transverse limiting manner, so that the ball screw 9 and the screw sleeve 10 cannot be transversely deviated.
In this embodiment, two lifting mechanisms are adopted, that is, two sets of lifting mechanisms are provided. Each lifting mechanism is provided with a first conical gear 7, a second conical gear 8, a ball screw 9 and a screw sleeve 10, wherein the number of the first conical gear is two. The rod motor 5 of each lifting mechanism rotates to drive the driving rod 6 to rotate, and then the first bevel gear 7 rotates to drive the second bevel gear 8 to rotate, so that the ball screw 9 and the screw rod sleeve 10 generate relative rotation, axial motion is converted into linear motion, and the screw rod sleeve 10 is lifted. In this embodiment, the seat cushion 3 is seated on the stand 2 by two elevating mechanisms, and there are four supporting points, which can ensure the stability of the seat cushion 3, making the toilet of the handicapped person safer.
The number of rocker mechanisms is at least one, in this embodiment the number of rocker mechanisms is preferably two. Wherein, each rocker mechanism comprises a remote rod motor 11, a first crank 12 and a second crank 13. The remote rod motor 11 is fixed on the other end of one part of the screw rod sleeve 10, the axial direction of the output shaft is vertical to the axial direction of the screw rod sleeve 10, and the other end of the other part of the screw rod sleeve 10 is rotatably connected to the seat cushion 3. In the present embodiment, two remote lever motors 11 are fixed in two screw bosses 10 located at the rear side, respectively, and the output shaft is exposed outside the screw bosses 10. One end of the first crank 12 is sleeved on an output shaft of the remote rod motor 11, the other end of the first crank 12 is rotatably connected with one end of the second crank 13, and the other end of the second crank 13 is rotatably connected to the cushion 3. The length of the first crank 12 and the second crank 13 is not longer than that of the screw sleeve 10, and the purpose is to shake the cushion 3 on one hand and slightly adjust the position of the cushion 3 on the other hand.
The sensing mechanism comprises a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor, and the number of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor is at least one. The first pressure sensor is installed in the seat cushion 3 and is used to detect the leg down pressure of the handicapped person who is positioned on the seat cushion 3. The first pressure sensor may be directly embedded in the front side of the seat cushion 3, which can sense the downward pressure of the legs of the handicapped when the handicapped sits on the seat cushion. The second pressure sensor is installed on the backrest 4 and is used for detecting the back pressure of the handicapped. The second pressure sensor can be directly embedded in the backrest 4, and can sense the back pressure of the back when the back of the mobility-handicapped person leans against the backrest 4. The first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor can both adopt the existing pressure sensors, and can convert the sensed pressure into corresponding strong and weak electric signals.
The controller is used for judging whether the back pressure reaches a first preset pressure, wherein the first preset pressure can be set to be a larger pressure value, the pressure value can not be reached when the mobility-handicapped person leans against the backrest 4, and the pressure value can be reached only when the mobility-handicapped person actively leans against the backrest. When the back pressure reaches the preset pressure, the controller drives all the rod motors 5 to rotate, so that the cushion 3 rises, then a change curve of the leg downward pressure along with the rising time is drawn, and finally whether the leg downward pressure at the tail part of the change curve is kept within a preset constant range for a preset time is judged. If the downward pressure of the tail leg part is kept in a constant range for a preset time, the controller stops the rotation of the rod motor 5 close to the leg part of the mobility-handicapped person, stops the rotation of the rod motor 5 far away from the leg part of the mobility-handicapped person after the inclination angle of the seat cushion 3 reaches a preset angle, and drives the remote rod motor 11 to rotate, so that the seat cushion 3 moves towards the direction of the mobility-handicapped person. In this embodiment, the controller is further configured to determine whether the back pressure and the leg down pressure are both zero. When the back pressure and the leg downward pressure are both zero, the controller drives all the rod motors 5 to rotate, so that the seat cushion 3 is lowered to a preset initial position.
To sum up, compare in current toilet bowl auxiliary device structure, the automatic telescoping device of helping old person's toilet of this embodiment has following advantage:
1. the automatic extension device of the old-assistant toilet seat detects the back pressure of the handicapped person through the pressure sensor II of the sensing mechanism, and the pressure sensor I detects the back pressure of the handicapped person to generate various pressure data of the handicapped person. The controller judges whether the back pressure is greater than the first preset pressure, if so, the person who is inconvenient to move extrudes the backrest and needs to get off the seat 1, at the moment, the controller rotates all the rod motors 5, further drives the driving rod 6, the first conical gear 7 and the second conical gear 8 to rotate in a combined manner, so that transverse rotation is converted into longitudinal rotation, simultaneously adjusts the rotating speed, increases the torque, further converts shaft rotation into linear motion under the matching action of the ball screw 9 and the screw sleeve 10, and further jacks up the seat cushion 3 and realizes the lifting process. During this rising, the pressing force of the legs of the handicapped person on the seat cushion 3 becomes smaller and smaller until it disappears. Thus, the controller judges whether the leg pressing force is kept constant within a preset time in the rising process, the pressure is normally zero, if so, the leg of the mobility-handicapped person is off the ground, the rod motor 5 on the front side stops rotating, and the rod motor 5 on the rear side continues rotating, so that the rear portion of the seat cushion 3 continues to rotate upwards until the inclination angle of the seat cushion 3 reaches a preset angle and then stops, and therefore, the mobility-handicapped person can be slowly pushed forwards, and the walking on the ground of the mobility-handicapped person is realized. At the in-process that whole supplementary handicapped person got up, handicapped person only need on purpose lean on back 4 and can start the function that rises, and then cushion 3 rises earlier, and the slope again, and handicapped person just can get up under the condition with the help of outsider or self hand strength like this, and the process of getting up is safe and reliable more, need not carry other equipment moreover, and it is more convenient to use.
2. According to the automatic telescopic device for the old-people-assisting closestool, the first crank 12 can be driven to rotate by rotating the remote rod motor 11, and the cushion 3 can move in the horizontal direction under the rotating connection action between the first crank 12 and the second crank 13, so that the horizontal position of the cushion 3 can be adjusted. Especially, in the process of getting up, the controller enables the cushion 3 to move towards the mobility-impaired person through the rocker mechanism, so that the mobility-impaired person is slightly pushed to get a weak pushing inertia effect to leave the seat 1, and the safety of the mobility-impaired person is ensured. In addition, the rocker mechanism can also enable the seat cushion 3 to move towards the direction away from the mobility-impaired person, so that the mobility-impaired person can be completely separated from the seat, and the mobility-impaired person can determine that the rising process is finished at the first time.
3. According to the automatic telescopic device for the old-person-assisting toilet, the controller can also judge whether the back pressure and the leg downward pressure are zero or not, if so, the situation that a person with mobility inconvenience completely breaks away from the seat 1 is indicated, and at the moment, all the rod motors 5 are driven to rotate to enable the seat cushion 3 to descend back to the original initial position, so that the seat 1 can be stored conveniently, and the occupied space is reduced.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an automatic telescopic device of a pedestal pan for old people, which is additionally provided with a lifting knob on the basis of the embodiment 1. The lifting knob is installed on the seat 1 and is used for the handicapped to rotate to generate a lifting height electric signal. Wherein, the rotation angle of the lifting knob is in direct proportion to the intensity of the electric signal of the lifting height. Here, the direct proportional relationship between the rotation angle and the electric signal intensity may be achieved by means of a variable resistance. The controller is also used for acquiring corresponding lifting height according to the lifting height electric signal, and then driving all the rod motors 5 to rotate so as to enable the cushion 3 to ascend or descend to the lifting height. Because the intensity of the electric signal is in direct proportion to the rotation angle, the controller determines the lifting height according to the electric signal and enables the cushion to lift the lifting height, so that the mobility-handicapped person can rotate the corresponding angle to select the height required to lift, and the mobility-handicapped person can conveniently control the lifting height of the cushion.
Example 3
The embodiment provides an automatic telescopic device of a pedestal pan for old people, which is added with an emergency button and an emergency alarm on the basis of the embodiment 1. The emergency button is mounted on the seat 1 and is pressed by the handicapped to generate an emergency trigger signal. The emergency alarm is mounted on the seat 1 and is arranged to generate an emergency alarm signal. The signal can be a voice signal or a remote alarm signal transmitted to the mobile end of the guardian through a remote control center. When the emergency button generates an emergency trigger signal, the controller drives the emergency alarm to send an emergency alarm signal. When the mobility-handicapped person encounters an emergency, the emergency button can be pressed to generate an emergency trigger signal, the controller monitors the signal at the moment and drives the emergency alarm to give an alarm, so that other nursing personnel or guardians and the like can find and process the signal at the first time, and the safety of the mobility-handicapped person is ensured.
Example 4
The embodiment provides an automatic telescopic device of a pedestal pan for old people, which is added with a part of structure on the basis of the embodiment 1. The sensing mechanism further comprises at least one pressure sensor III. The third pressure sensor is installed in the seat cushion 3, and is used to detect the pressing force of the buttocks of the handicapped person who is located on the seat cushion 3. The third pressure sensor can be the same as other pressure sensors, and can also adopt the existing pressure sensor which can be directly arranged in the through groove structure in the middle of the cushion 3. The controller is also used for judging whether the pressure under the buttocks is less than or equal to a preset pressure II. When the pressure under the buttocks is less than or equal to the second preset pressure, the controller drives all the rod motors 5 to rotate, so that the seat cushion 3 descends to a preset height. Because the controller can judge whether the pressure below the hip is less than or equal to the preset pressure two, once the conditions are met, all the rod motors 5 are driven to rotate to enable the seat cushion 3 to descend, more rising spaces can be provided for the mobility-handicapped people, and the rising and the movement are facilitated.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 5, the present embodiment provides an automatic telescopic device for an old-people-assisted toilet, which is added with a plurality of limiting columns 19 belonging to the bracket 2 on the basis of embodiment 1. The plurality of limiting columns 19 correspond to the plurality of ball screws 9 respectively, limiting holes are formed in each limiting column 19, and each ball screw 9 is inserted into the corresponding limiting hole. Thus, when the person with mobility inconvenience sits on the seat cushion 3, the limiting column 19 can prevent the ball screw 9 from generating lateral deviation, and the stability of the toilet seat and the safety of the person with mobility inconvenience are ensured.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the present embodiment provides an automatic telescopic device for an old-people-assisted toilet, which is added with a driving mechanism based on embodiment 1. The drive mechanism may comprise a drive motor 15, the drive motor 15 being mounted on the frame 2 and being adapted to drive the drive wheel 14 in rotation. Of course, the drive mechanism may also include a hand drive assembly 16. A hand drive assembly 16 is mounted on the stand 2 and provides at least one hand cranking end for driving the drive wheel 14 to rotate. Because the driving mechanism can drive the driving wheels 14 to rotate, the driving wheels 14 rotate to drive the mobility-handicapped person to move, so that the mobility-handicapped person can automatically control the seat 1 to move forwards or backwards, the device can serve as a role of a wheelchair, the requirement of sitting and sitting of the mobility-handicapped person can be met, the requirement of assisting the mobility can also be met, the function of assisting the standing up is provided, and various living requirements of the mobility-handicapped person are met.
Example 7
This example provides a method for extending and retracting an automatic extension and retraction device of a standing-assistant toilet, which is the device provided in examples 1 to 6. Wherein the telescoping method comprises the following steps.
The leg down pressure and the back rear pressure of the handicapped person who is positioned on the seat cushion 3 are detected. The leg downward pressure and the back pressure can be detected by the pressure sensor, and of course, can be detected by other detecting elements.
And judging whether the back pressure reaches a preset pressure I. When the handicapped person normally sits on the seat cushion 3, the back of the handicapped person leans against the backrest 4, and the leaning pressure is not so great. When the handicapped needs to get up, the handicapped can directly bump or press the handicapped to suddenly increase the back pressure to exceed the preset pressure by one. When the value of the first preset pressure is set, a large number of leaning experiments can be performed to determine that the final value is the value of the first preset pressure.
When the back pressure reaches the preset pressure, the pioneer rotates all the rod motors 5 to lift the cushion 3, then draws a change curve of the leg downward pressure along with the rising time, and finally judges whether the leg downward pressure at the tail part of the change curve is kept within a preset constant range for a preset time. The leg downward pressure in the change curve gradually increases in the rising process of the seat cushion, and after the leg downward pressure is increased to a certain value, the leg downward pressure cannot increase any more because the feet of the mobility-handicapped person leave the ground, and the seat cushion 3 cannot be raised in the vertical direction any more.
If the downward pressure of the tail leg part is kept in a constant range for a preset time, the rod motor 5 close to the leg part of the mobility-handicapped person is stopped to rotate, the rod motor 5 far away from the leg part of the mobility-handicapped person is stopped to rotate after the inclination angle of the seat cushion 3 reaches a preset angle, and finally the remote rod motor 11 is driven to rotate, so that the seat cushion 3 moves towards the direction of the mobility-handicapped person. Thus, the process of inclining the seat cushion 3 after rising first is realized, namely, the process of standing after rising first in the process of rising for the mobility-impaired person is realized, and the whole rising process of the mobility-impaired person is perfectly assisted.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
