The rotary elastic member 220 includes: a torsion spring, wherein the torsion spring is sleeved with the first rotating shaft 110, one end of the torsion spring is located in the first slot 215 and is abutted to the first power assisting end 213, and the other end of the torsion spring is located in the second slot 144 and is abutted to the second power assisting end 142. This allows the state of signal connection between the target object 550 and the back plate 540 to be determined by the light signal from the light guide 520 exposed at the front panel 140.
The drawing box further comprises: a slide 530. The slide bar 530 is slidably connected with the bracket 400. One side of the side plate 133 away from the bottom plate 131 is fixedly provided with a first bending hook 1331. The slide bar 530 is clamped with the side plate 133 through the first bending hook 1331. Specifically, the first bending hook 1331 is clamped with the slide bar 530 in a direction toward the front panel 140; the slide bar 530 is provided with a clamping groove, and the first bending clamping hook 1331 is adapted to the clamping groove. In this embodiment, the side plate 133 and the slide bar 530 are detachably connected by the first hook and the second hook 531; the light guide 520 is positioned between the side panel 133 and the slide 530.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, in the present embodiment, the bracket 400 includes: a top panel 430, a first side panel 410, and a second side panel 420. The top panel 430, the first side panel 410 and the second side panel 420 are located on the same side of the back plate 540, the top panel 430, the first side panel 410 and the second side panel 420 are perpendicular to the back plate 540, the first side panel 410 and the second side panel 420 are located on the same side of the top panel 430 and are fixedly connected with the top panel 430 along the side edge of the top panel 430, and the first side panel 410 and the second side panel 420 are detachably and fixedly connected with the back plate 540; the first side panel 410 and the second side panel 420 are parallel to each other. A plurality of stations are used for installing a plurality of drawing boxes between the first side panel 410 and the second side panel 420, in this embodiment, the top panel 430, the first side panel 410 and the second side panel 420 are integrally formed and fixedly connected; the rack 400 provides two stations. When the drawer box is installed at the corresponding station, the support bracket 130 is connected with the first side plate 133 and the second side plate 133 in a sliding manner through the sliding strip 530.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the limiting hole 411 is located at an end of the first side panel 410 away from the back panel 540. In this embodiment, the limiting hole 411 is a through hole penetrating through the first side panel 410, the limiting hole 411 is rectangular, the first clip end 4111 is an end of the rectangle far away from the front panel 140, and the second clip end 4112 is an end of the rectangle facing the front panel 140.
In an alternative embodiment, the limiting hole 411 has only one opening, and the opening of the limiting hole 411 faces the second side panel 420.
With reference to fig. 3 to 5, the operation principle of the drawing assembly is as follows:
when the protruding portion 218 is in the first interference state, the first locking end 211 and the locking element 232 are clamped by the first fixture block 2321 and the second fixture block 214, the target object 550 is inserted into the back plate 540, and the EMC spring 510 is in interference with the bracket 400; pressing the button 320 rotates the locking element 232 in a direction opposite to the first direction, so that the first latch 2321 and the second latch 214 are separated from each other; after the first fixture block 2321 and the second fixture block 214 are separated from each other, the protrusion 218 is switched from the first interference state to the second interference state; when the protruding portion 218 is in the second interference state, the rotating elastic member 220 drives the handle 210 to rotate along the first direction relative to the first rotating shaft 110, and the handle 210 drives the supporting bracket 130 and the target object 550 to move toward the back plate 540 and toward the front panel 140, so that the target object 550 is separated from the back plate 540, and the EMC elastic piece 510 is separated from the bracket 400; then the torsion spring continues to drive the handle 210 to rotate along the first direction relative to the first rotating shaft 110, so that the protrusion 218 is separated from the first side panel 410; after the protrusion 218 is separated from the first side panel 410, the protrusion 218 is switched from the second interference state to the non-interference state; when the protrusion 218 is in the non-interference state, the protrusion 218 is located on the side of the first side panel 410 facing the second side panel 420, and the drawer is extended out of the bracket 400.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A pull assembly, comprising: the device comprises a drawing box and a bracket for supporting the drawing box;
the drawing box comprises: the box body and the pull-assisting module;
the drawing-assisting module comprises: the handle, the rotary elastic piece and the locking component;
the handle includes: the first locking end, the rotating part and the first power assisting end;
the rotating part is pivoted with the box body, the rotating elastic part is used for driving the handle to rotate along a first direction, and the locking assembly is used for controlling the first locking end to be switched between a locking state and a free state;
spacing hole has been seted up to the support, spacing hole includes: a first card end and a second card end;
the first clamping end is positioned on one side of the second clamping end facing a third direction;
the first power assist end includes: a boss portion;
the position state of the convex part comprises: a first collision state, a second collision state and a non-collision state;
when the first locking end is in a locking state, the protruding portion is in a first abutting state, when the protruding portion is in the first abutting state, the first locking end is clamped with the locking assembly to stop the rotating elastic piece from driving the handle to move, and the protruding portion is located at the first clamping end and abuts against the support;
when the first locking end is in a free state, the protruding part is in a second interference state or a non-interference state;
when the protruding part is in a second contact state, the first locking end is separated from the locking assembly, so that the handle drives the box body to move along a third direction through the rotating elastic piece and the first power assisting end, and the protruding part is located at the second clamping end and is contacted with the support;
when the protruding part is in a non-interference state, the first locking end is separated from the locking component, and the protruding part is separated from the bracket.
2. The pull assembly of claim 1 wherein the closure assembly comprises: a flexible elastic member and a locking member;
the locking piece is pivoted with the box body, and the telescopic elastic piece is used for driving the locking piece to rotate along a first direction;
when the first locking end is in a locking state, the first locking end is clamped with the locking piece to stop the rotating elastic piece from driving the handle to move;
when the first locking end is in a free state, the first locking end is separated from the locking piece, so that the handle drives the box body to move along a third direction through the rotating elastic piece and the first power assisting end.
3. The pull assembly of claim 2 wherein the cassette includes: the device comprises a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a supporting bracket and a front panel;
the handle and the locking assembly are both positioned on one side of the front panel away from the support bracket;
the front panel includes: a second locking end and a second power assisting end;
the second locking end and the second power assisting end are two ends opposite to the front panel respectively;
the rotating part is pivoted with the second power assisting end through the first rotating shaft, and the locking piece is pivoted with the second locking end through the second rotating shaft.
4. The pulling assembly according to claim 3, wherein one end of the locking member is rotatably connected to the second rotating shaft, and the other end of the locking member abuts against one end of the elastic member;
the side that the front panel kept away from the support bracket has been seted up and has been held the chamber, it is located to hold the chamber the second pivot is kept away from one side of first pivot, the other end of closure with flexible elastic component all is located hold the intracavity, just flexible elastic component is located the other end of closure is kept away from hold the open-ended one side in chamber.
5. The pulling assembly according to claim 4, wherein a first latch is fixedly disposed on a side of the locking member away from the elastic member, and a second latch is fixedly disposed on the first locking end;
when the first locking end is in a locking state, the second clamping block is positioned on one side, facing the support bracket, of the first clamping block and abuts against the first clamping block;
when the first locking end is in a free state, the first clamping block is separated from the second clamping block, so that the handle drives the box body to move through the rotating elastic piece and the first power assisting end.
6. The pull assembly of claim 4 wherein the support bracket comprises: the bottom plate, the front plate and the two side plates;
the front plate and the two side plates are positioned on the same side of the bottom plate and are vertically and fixedly connected with the bottom plate, and the two side plates are respectively positioned on two sides of the front plate;
and one end of the front plate, which is far away from the bottom plate, is turned over to one side, which is far away from the two side plates, so as to form a top plate.
7. The pulling assembly according to claim 6, wherein a first engaging groove is formed on a side surface of the rotating body, a first through hole is formed along a second direction, the first through hole penetrates through the first engaging groove, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction;
a second clamping groove is formed in the side face, facing the first power assisting end, of the second power assisting end, a second through hole is formed in the second power assisting end along a second direction, the second through hole penetrates through the second clamping groove, and the first through hole and the second through hole are coaxial;
the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the first power assisting end through the first through hole, and the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the second power assisting end through the second through hole;
the front panel is positioned on one side, facing the bottom plate, of the top plate, the top plate is provided with an extending part, a blind hole is formed in one side, away from the extending part, of the rotating part, and one end of the first rotating shaft is abutted to the first power assisting end through the blind hole; the other end of the first rotating shaft is abutted against the extension part;
the rotary elastic member includes: the torsion spring is connected with the first rotating shaft in a sleeved mode, one end of the torsion spring is located in the first clamping groove and is abutted to the first power assisting end, and the other end of the torsion spring is located in the first clamping groove and is abutted to the second power assisting end.
8. The drawer assembly of claim 6, wherein the drawer further comprises: a light guide pillar;
the bracket is fixedly connected with a back plate, and the back plate is positioned on one side of the bottom plate, which is far away from the front panel;
when the support bracket supports a target object and the first locking end is in a locking state, the back plate is inserted into the target object so as to realize signal connection between the back plate and the target object;
one end of the light guide column is electrically connected with the back plate, and the other end of the light guide column is exposed out of the side face, far away from the back plate, of the front panel.
9. The pull assembly of claim 6, wherein the bracket comprises: a first side panel and a second side panel;
the first side panel and the second side panel are positioned on the same side of the back panel, and the first side panel and the second side panel are both detachably and fixedly connected with the back panel;
the limiting hole is located at one end, far away from the back plate, of the first side panel.
10. The drawer assembly of claim 6, wherein the drawer further comprises: a slide bar;
the sliding strip is connected with the bracket in a sliding manner; one side of the side plate, which is far away from the bottom plate, is fixedly provided with a first bending hook, and the sliding strip is clamped with the side plate through the first bending hook.
