Detailed Description
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the DVB set-top box and the IP set-top box take about 2-3 seconds in each channel switching process, which gives users a bad experience. The technical idea of the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the channels that may be switched in the future are preprocessed to reduce the time it takes to switch channels. Specifically, the invention provides a channel switching method, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, presetting a channel sequence; acquiring a current channel;
step S2, determining the adjacent channel adjacent to the current channel according to the preset channel sequence, and processing the adjacent channel by means of advanced frequency locking, descrambling and decoding;
step S3, when a command to switch to the adjacent channel is acquired, switches to the adjacent channel based on the effect of processing the adjacent channel.
In order to make the technical purpose, technical solutions and technical effects of the present invention more clear and facilitate those skilled in the art to understand and implement the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
First embodiment
The invention provides a channel switching method, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, presetting a channel sequence; acquiring a current channel;
step S2, determining the adjacent channel adjacent to the current channel according to the preset channel sequence, and processing the adjacent channel by means of advanced frequency locking, descrambling and decoding;
step S3, when a command to switch to the adjacent channel is acquired, the adjacent channel is switched to based on the effect of processing the adjacent channel by frequency locking.
The technical scheme belongs to a scheme for switching channels of a DVB set top box. According to the habit of using the remote controller, the user usually uses the up-down keys of the remote controller to switch the channel, so as to switch the current channel played on the tv screen to the adjacent channel. The DVB set top box uses a tuner to perform frequency locking, descrambling and decoding on two adjacent channels which are adjacent to each other up and down of a current channel in advance in a preset automatic mode. When a user presses an up-down key of the remote controller, the DVB set-top box switches the current channel to the corresponding tuner for playing.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a first flow chart of a channel switching method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Assuming that the current channel watched by the user is channel 302, tuner 2 and tuner 3 of the DVB set-top box will lock the frequency of channel 303 and channel 301 in advance, and when the user presses the button, the DVB set-top box will switch the channel to tuner 2, thereby playing channel 303.
Further, step S1 further includes: presetting a play frequency threshold, and acquiring a screened channel of which the channel play frequency reaches the play frequency threshold in a preset historical time period;
step S2 further includes: processing the screened channels in a mode of frequency locking, descrambling and decoding in advance;
step S3 further includes: and when a command for switching to the screened channel is acquired, switching to the screened channel based on the effect of processing the screened channel in a mode of frequency locking, descrambling and decoding in advance.
In the technical scheme, the DVB set top box combines the use habit of a user and the channel playing frequency, and uses a tuner to lock frequency of a plurality of channels frequently played by the user in advance. When the user switches to the screened channel through the number keys of the remote controller, the DVB set-top box can be directly switched to the corresponding tuner for playing.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second flow chart of the channel switching method according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Assuming that the current channel viewed by the user is channel 301, the channels frequently switched by the user using the numeric keys are channel 302, channel 303 and channel 304. The DVB set-top box will perform pre-frequency locking, descrambling and decoding on the channel 302, the channel 303 and the channel 304 through the tuner 2, the tuner 3 and the tuner 4, respectively, and when the user presses the channel 302, the DVB set-top box will switch to the tuner 2 to play the channel 302.
The channel switching method of the embodiment can solve the problem that the channel switching is slow in use of the DVB set top box, and the channel switching time is optimized to be about 1 second.
Second embodiment
The invention provides a channel switching method, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, presetting a channel sequence; acquiring a current channel;
step S2, determining the adjacent channel adjacent to the current channel according to the preset channel sequence, and processing the adjacent channel by means of decoding in advance;
step S3, when a command to switch to the adjacent channel is acquired, switches to the adjacent channel based on the effect of processing the adjacent channel by means of the early decoding.
The technical scheme belongs to a scheme for switching channels of an IP set top box. According to the habit of using the remote controller, the user usually uses the up-down keys of the remote controller to switch the channel, so as to switch the current channel played on the tv screen to the adjacent channel. The IP set top box decodes two adjacent channels which are adjacent up and down of the current channel in the background in advance by utilizing the multi-channel video decoding capability of the chip in a preset automatic mode. When the user presses the up-down key of the remote controller in the multicast environment, the IP set-top box switches the current channel to the corresponding channel for playing.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a first flowchart of a channel switching method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Assuming that the current channel watched by the user is channel 302, the IP set-top box will decode channel 303 and channel 301 in advance, and when the user presses the button, the DVB set-top box will render and play channel 303.
Further, step S1 further includes: presetting a play frequency threshold, and acquiring a screened channel of which the channel play frequency reaches the play frequency threshold in a preset historical time period;
step S2 further includes: processing the screened channels in a mode of decoding in advance;
step S3 further includes: and when a command for switching to the screened channel is acquired, switching to the screened channel based on the effect of processing the screened channel in a manner of decoding in advance.
In the technical scheme, the IP set top box can decode a plurality of channels which are frequently played by the user in advance by combining the use habit of the user and the channel playing frequency. When the user switches to the screened channel through the number keys of the remote controller, the DVB set-top box can be directly switched to the corresponding channel for playing.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a second flow chart of the channel switching method according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Assuming that the current channel viewed by the user is channel 301, the channels frequently switched by the user using the numeric keys are channel 302, channel 303 and channel 304. The IP set-top box decodes the channel 302, the channel 303 and the channel 304 in the background in advance, and when the user presses the channel 302, the IP set-top box renders the channel 302 for playing.
The channel switching method of the embodiment can solve the problem that the channel switching is slow in use of the IP set top box, and the channel switching time is optimized to be about 1 second.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
