s2, heating deformation: the insulating layer of the cable is subjected to heating treatment by stripping the heating structure (9), so that the insulating layer can expand and deform, and the insulating layer can be separated from the metal in the cable;
s3, extrusion deformation: the heated cable insulating layer can be deformed by rotating and extruding through stripping the extruding structure (12), so that the cable insulating layer and the cable are initially separated;
s4, matching and sectioning: meanwhile, the size of the sectioning sleeve (15) is matched with the size of the cable with the insulating layer stripped, and the cable penetrates through the sectioning sleeve (15) by pulling to complete the separation of the insulating layer of the cable.
