The core 41 of the sub-cables 40 of the coaxial cable 45 is electrically connected to the second ends of the other fourteen signal terminals which are not connected to the ground connection portion in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the shielding braid 43 of the sub-cables 40 is welded to the ground connection portion, thereby achieving the grounding of the HDMI data line.
Specifically, the ground connection portion of this embodiment is the ground conducting strip, and the second end and the ground conducting strip short circuit connection of at least two in five signal terminals that are used for ground connection, and the upper surface and/or the lower surface of ground conducting strip are used for being connected with the shielding braid 43 electricity of a plurality of sub-cable 40 in coaxial cable 45, make things convenient for the welding like this, have improved production efficiency. Preferably, the end of the second end of the mounting body 20 of the present embodiment is parallel to two grounding conductive sheets, the two grounding conductive sheets are a first grounding conductive sheet 21 and a second grounding conductive sheet 22, respectively, and the second end of the fifth terminal 5, the second end of the eleventh terminal 11, and the second end of the seventeenth terminal 17 are all connected to the first grounding conductive sheet 21 in a short circuit manner by means of hardware stamping; the second end of the second terminal 2 and the second end of the eighth terminal 8 are electrically connected to the second grounding conductive sheet 22 by means of hardware stamping.
Wherein the second ends of the other fourteen signal terminals on the connector, which are not connected to the first and second ground conductive sheets 21 and 22, are disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the second end of the mounting body 20. For the convenience of wiring, a plurality of wiring grooves 23 are correspondingly formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the second end of the mounting body 20 of the embodiment, and after a plurality of sub-cables 40 in the coaxial cable 45 pass through the wiring grooves 23, the cores 41 of the sub-cables 40 are electrically connected with the second ends of the corresponding signal terminals. Meanwhile, the shielding braid 43 of the sub-cable 40 located in the second end upper surface cabling slot 23 of the mounting body 20 is electrically connected to the upper surface of the first grounding conductive sheet 21, and the shielding braid 43 of the sub-cable 40 located in the second end lower surface cabling slot 23 of the mounting body 20 is electrically connected to the lower surface of the second grounding conductive sheet 22. Since the shielding braid 43 of the sub-cable 40 needs to be separated from the core 41, but the distance between the two is not too far away, so that the shielding braid 43 and the core 41 are substantially on the same plane or close to each other during welding, two grounding conductive sheets are provided in the present embodiment, the first grounding conductive sheet 21 is close to the upper surface of the mounting body 20, and the second grounding conductive sheet 22 is close to the lower surface of the mounting body 20, which facilitates welding of the shielding braid 43 of the sub-cable 40 provided on the upper surface and the lower surface of the mounting body 20.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a method for preparing an HDMI data line with a coaxial cable, the HDMI data line comprises a coaxial cable 45 and an HDMI connector, the HDMI connector comprises a connector body, one end of the connector body is an HDMI interface end 31, the other end of the connector body is a terminal, the HDMI interface end 31 is used for being connected with an HDMI interface, and the terminal is used for being electrically connected with the coaxial cable.
The connector body comprises a mounting body 20 and 19 signal terminals arranged on the mounting body 20, the 19 signal terminals are arranged on the mounting body 20 in two rows, and first ends of the 19 signal terminals and first ends of the mounting body 20 jointly form an HDMI interface end 31 of the connector.
As shown in fig. 9, the preparation method of this embodiment includes:
step 301: a first grounding conducting strip and a second grounding conducting strip are arranged at the end part of the second end of the mounting body in parallel;
step 302: electrically connecting a second end of a fifth terminal, a second end of an eleventh terminal and a second end of a seventeenth terminal in the plurality of signal terminals with the first grounding conducting strip in a hardware stamping mode, and electrically connecting a second end of the second terminal and a second end of an eighth terminal with the second grounding conducting strip;
step 303: correspondingly electrically welding the wire cores of a plurality of sub-cables of the coaxial cable with the second ends of other signal terminals which are not connected with the first grounding conducting strip and the second grounding conducting strip one by one;
step 304: and welding the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the upper surface wiring groove at the second end of the mounting body with the upper surface of the first grounding conducting strip, and welding the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the lower surface wiring groove at the second end of the mounting body with the lower surface of the second grounding conducting strip.
Through the preparation method of the embodiment, the grounding welding of the shielding braid of the sub-cable and the signal terminal for grounding of the connector is facilitated, and the production efficiency of the HDMI data line is improved.

Claims (10)

1. The HDMI connector is characterized by comprising a connector body, wherein one end of the connector body is an HDMI interface end, the other end of the connector body is a wiring end, the HDMI interface end is used for being connected with an HDMI interface, and the wiring end is used for being electrically connected with a coaxial cable;
the connector body comprises an installation body and a plurality of signal terminals arranged on the installation body, the signal terminals are arranged on the installation body in two rows, and the HDMI interface end comprises first ends of the signal terminals and first ends of the installation body;
the second of installation body is served and is equipped with at least one ground connection portion, including five signal terminals that are used for ground connection in a plurality of signal terminals, and at least two signal terminals that are used for ground connection second end with ground connection portion electricity is connected, ground connection portion still be used for with the coaxial cable in a plurality of sub-cable shield braid electricity be connected, the wiring end include ground connection portion and not with the second end of other signal terminals that ground connection portion is connected.
2. The HDMI connector of claim 1, wherein said ground connection comprises at least one ground connection face for electrically connecting to a shielding braid of a plurality of sub-cables of a coaxial cable.

The HDMI connector of claim 1, wherein said ground connection is a ground conductive strip, and second ends of at least two of said five signal terminals for grounding are electrically connected to said ground conductive strip; the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the grounding conducting strip are used for being electrically connected with the shielding braid of a plurality of sub-cables in the coaxial cable.
4. The HDMI connector of claim 3, wherein the signal terminals for grounding among the plurality of signal terminals are a second terminal, a fifth terminal, an eighth terminal, an eleventh terminal and a seventeenth terminal, and the second end of the second terminal, the second end of the fifth terminal, the second end of the eighth terminal, the second end of the eleventh terminal and the second end of the seventeenth terminal are electrically connected to the grounding conductive sheet.
5. The HDMI connector of claim 4, wherein a first grounding conductive plate and a second grounding conductive plate are disposed in parallel at an end of the second end of the mounting body, and the second end of the fifth terminal, the second end of the eleventh terminal and the second end of the seventeenth terminal are electrically connected to the first grounding conductive plate by stamping;
and the second end of the second terminal and the second end of the eighth terminal are electrically connected with the second grounding conducting strip in a stamping mode.
6. The HDMI connector of claim 5, wherein second ends of other signal terminals not connected to said first and second ground conductive pads are provided on upper and lower surfaces of said mounting body second end;
a plurality of wiring grooves are correspondingly formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the second end of the mounting body, and the wire cores of a plurality of sub-cables in the coaxial cable penetrate through the wiring grooves to be electrically connected with the second ends of other corresponding signal terminals;
and the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the wiring groove on the upper surface of the second end of the mounting body is electrically connected with the upper surface of the first grounding conducting strip, and the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the wiring groove on the lower surface of the second end of the mounting body is electrically connected with the lower surface of the second grounding conducting strip.
7. The HDMI data line with the coaxial cable is characterized by comprising the coaxial cable and an HDMI connector, wherein the HDMI connector comprises a connector body, one end of the connector body is an HDMI interface end, the other end of the connector body is a wiring end, the HDMI interface end is used for being connected with the HDMI interface, and the wiring end is used for being electrically connected with the coaxial cable;
the connector body comprises an installation body and a plurality of signal terminals arranged on the installation body, the signal terminals are arranged on the installation body in two rows, and the HDMI interface end comprises first ends of the signal terminals and first ends of the installation body;
the second end of the mounting body is provided with at least one grounding connection part, the plurality of signal terminals comprise five signal terminals for grounding, the second ends of at least two of the five signal terminals for grounding are electrically connected with the grounding connection part, and the wiring end comprises the grounding connection part and the second ends of other signal terminals which are not connected with the grounding connection part;
the cable cores of a plurality of sub-cables of the coaxial cable are electrically connected with the second ends of other signal terminals which are not connected with the grounding connection part in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the shielding braid layers of the plurality of sub-cables are electrically connected with the grounding connection part.

The HDMI data line of claim 7, wherein said ground connection is a ground conductive strip, and second ends of at least two of said five signal terminals for grounding are electrically connected to said ground conductive strip; and the shielding braid of a plurality of sub-cables in the coaxial cable is electrically connected with the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the grounding conducting strip.
9. The HDMI data line of claim 8, wherein the signal terminals of said plurality of signal terminals for ground are a second terminal, a fifth terminal, an eighth terminal, an eleventh terminal, and a seventeenth terminal;
a first grounding conducting strip and a second grounding conducting strip are arranged at the end part of the second end of the mounting body in parallel, and the second end of the fifth terminal, the second end of the eleventh terminal and the second end of the seventeenth terminal are electrically connected with the first grounding conducting strip in a stamping mode; the second end of the second terminal and the second end of the eighth terminal are electrically connected with the second grounding conducting strip in a stamping mode;
the second ends of other signal terminals which are not connected with the first grounding conducting strip and the second grounding conducting strip are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the second end of the mounting body, a plurality of wiring grooves are correspondingly arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the second end of the mounting body, and the wire cores of a plurality of sub-cables in the coaxial cable penetrate through the wiring grooves to be electrically connected with the second ends of other signal terminals in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
and the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the wiring groove on the upper surface of the second end of the mounting body is electrically connected with the upper surface of the first grounding conducting strip, and the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the wiring groove on the lower surface of the second end of the mounting body is electrically connected with the lower surface of the second grounding conducting strip.
10. A method for preparing an HDMI data line with a coaxial cable is provided, the HDMI data line comprises the coaxial cable and an HDMI connector, the HDMI connector comprises a connector body, one end of the connector body is an HDMI interface end, the other end of the connector body is a wiring end, the HDMI interface end is used for being connected with an HDMI interface, and the wiring end is used for being electrically connected with the coaxial cable;
the connector body comprises an installation body and a plurality of signal terminals arranged on the installation body, the signal terminals are arranged on the installation body in two rows, and the HDMI interface end comprises first ends of the signal terminals and first ends of the installation body;
the preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first grounding conducting strip and a second grounding conducting strip are arranged at the end part of the second end of the mounting body in parallel;
electrically connecting a second end of a fifth terminal, a second end of an eleventh terminal and a second end of a seventeenth terminal in the plurality of signal terminals with the first grounding conducting strip in a hardware stamping mode, and electrically connecting a second end of a second terminal and a second end of an eighth terminal with the second grounding conducting strip;
correspondingly welding the wire cores of a plurality of sub-cables of the coaxial cable with the second ends of other signal terminals which are not connected with the first grounding conducting strip and the second grounding conducting strip one by one;
and welding the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the wiring groove on the upper surface of the second end of the mounting body with the upper surface of the first grounding conducting strip, and welding the shielding braid of the sub-cable positioned in the wiring groove on the lower surface of the second end of the mounting body with the lower surface of the second grounding conducting strip.
