A concealed lever type quick wiring socket and a wiring method thereof relate to the field of electricity; the wiring structure comprises a panel, a middle frame, a pressing plate and a rear core which are sequentially connected, wherein a wiring cavity is arranged in the rear core, an installation structure and a conductive structure are arranged in the wiring cavity, and the conductive structure is electrically connected with a jack; the installation structure comprises a wiring hole pressing plate, a driving handle and an elastic piece, wherein the driving handle and the elastic piece do rotary motion, a wiring hole is formed in the wiring hole pressing plate, the wiring hole corresponds to the elastic piece, one end of the elastic piece is fixedly connected with the pressing plate, and the other end of the elastic piece is abutted to the driving handle; when the driving handle is rotated, the elastic piece is compressed and moved; when the driving handle rotates reversely, the elastic piece moves in a resetting way. The socket is stable in structure and simple to operate; through the rotation of the control driving handle, the elastic part is compressed and a wiring space for accommodating the wire is vacated, and the driving handle is rotated reversely, so that the elastic part resets and fixes the wire, and the quick wiring is realized.

Background
A socket is a receptacle into which one or more circuit connections can be inserted, through which various connections can be inserted. This facilitates the connection with other circuits. The socket comprises a surface-mounted socket and a concealed-mounted socket.
The concealed socket is relatively obviously mounted, namely, the concealed socket does not have a rear cover box, is generally used for power supply of mechanical equipment or engineering, and when the concealed socket is mounted on a panel, the socket is used for supplying power to the concealed socket by running a concealed wire from the panel. Because the wiring area of the concealed socket is behind the socket, the concealed socket is in consideration of attractiveness and sealing performance, and the panel of the concealed socket is not detachable, the concealed socket is small in wiring space, high in construction difficulty, low in wiring speed and low in efficiency, most of nominal quick wiring sockets on the market can only be connected with 1.5-4 square single-core wires, cannot be connected with multi-core wires, and is low in compatibility.

the mounting structure comprises a wiring hole pressing plate, a driving handle and an elastic piece, wherein the driving handle and the pressing plate are in rotary connection; when the driving handle is rotated, the elastic piece is compressed and moved; when the driving handle rotates reversely, the elastic piece moves in a resetting way.
Further, the elastic piece is of a U-shaped structure.
Furthermore, the elastic part comprises an installation part and an elastic part, and the elastic part is of a multi-section structure; 1-6 square single-core wires and multi-core wires can be compatible.
Further, the elastic piece is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the driving handle; the driving of the driving handle is convenient.
Further, the driving handle is a labor-saving lever. The elastic member with larger elasticity can be compressed by a small force, and the operation load is reduced.
Furthermore, a clamping block matched with the elastic piece is arranged at the end part of the driving handle. The fixture block assembly can prevent the driving handle from falling off.

The wiring method of the concealed lever type quick wiring socket is provided, a handle is driven to rotate towards the panel direction, and the other end of the handle compresses an elastic piece, so that a wiring space is formed in a wiring cavity; and inserting the lead into the wiring cavity from the wiring hole, rotating the driving handle in the opposite direction, resetting the elastic piece, and abutting the elastic piece and the lead to fix the lead.
Furthermore, after the wire is inserted into the wiring cavity, the conductive structure reversely buckles the wire. The conductive structure reverse buckle can prevent the lead from being easily separated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the socket is stable in structure and simple to operate; through the rotation of the control driving handle, the elastic part is compressed, a wiring space for accommodating the wire is vacated, the wire is inserted, and the driving handle is rotated reversely, so that the elastic part is reset and the wire is fixed, and therefore rapid wiring is achieved.

The concealed lever type quick connection socket comprises a panel 1, a middle frame 2, a pressing plate 3 and a rear core 8 which are sequentially connected, wherein the pressing plate 3 is provided with a jack 11 communicated with the panel 1, a connection cavity is arranged inside the rear core 8, a mounting structure and a conductive structure 4 are arranged in the connection cavity, the conductive structure 4 is electrically connected with the jack 11, and the mounting structure comprises a connection hole pressing plate 5, a driving handle 7 and an elastic piece 6 which do rotary motion.
As shown in fig. 2, the wiring hole pressing plate 5 further includes a wiring hole 51 and a retaining wall 52, the retaining wall 52 is located on one side of the wiring hole 51, and the retaining wall 52 is a convex plate; preventing the installed wire from bending to open the drive handle 7.
As shown in fig. 3, the elastic member 6 is a U-shaped structure, the elastic member 6 specifically includes an installation portion 63 and an elastic portion 61, and the elastic portion 61 is a two-segment structure; 1-6 square single-core wires and multi-core wires can be compatible. In addition, two sides of the elastic part 61 are provided with arc-shaped grooves 62 matched with the driving handle 7; facilitating actuation of the actuating handle 7.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the lead 9 is inserted into the wiring hole 51, and then the lead 9 is bent outward toward the stopper wall 52, and the stopper wall 52 and the stopper 81 form a separation band to prevent the lead 9 from being bent and deformed to open the driving handle 7 by a wrong touch, and when the handle 7 is opened and the socket is used, poor contact may occur.
