s201, receiving a plurality of first system data of different types sent by a first subsystem; the plurality of different types of first system data includes at least one of operational status data of the first subsystem, first medical-business data related to the target patient, and abnormal data of the first subsystem.
Specifically, the number of the first subsystems may be one, or may be multiple, and each first subsystem is a system for a user to handle one or more types of services based on the first subsystem. Optionally, the first subsystem may be a medical system, a teaching management system, an office system, or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. Taking the first subsystem as a medical system as an example, the first subsystem a is a system for making an appointment for a doctor, and the first subsystem B is a system for getting a diagnosis report. The sub-computer device corresponding to the first subsystem may send the first system data to the computer device in real time or according to a preset period.
S202, executing corresponding processing strategies on each type of first system data, and generating content items corresponding to each type of first system data.
Specifically, the processing policy may be a manner of directly displaying the first system data, or a manner of processing the first system data according to a preset processing manner, for example, a manner of displaying the first system data in a histogram manner. The content item is content generated by executing a corresponding processing policy on the first system data, such as directly displayed first system data, or data obtained by processing the first system data according to a preset processing mode. Optionally, the different types of first system data may correspond to different processing policies, and the computer device may execute the corresponding processing policies on each type of first system data to generate content items corresponding to each type of first system data.
S203, displaying the content item in the content item display interface.
Specifically, the computer device may display the content item in a content item display interface in real time, may display the content item according to a trigger instruction input by a user, and may display the content item according to a preset period, where the trigger instruction carries a content item identifier, and the content item identifier may be a content item number or a content item name. Optionally, the content item display interface may include a control key corresponding to the trigger instruction and a control key corresponding to each content. Optionally, when there are a plurality of content items, the computer device may display all the content items at the same time, so as to facilitate system maintenance personnel to check different types of first system data, and to facilitate finding problems in time; optionally, the computer device may also display a part of the content items according to a preset display rule, where the preset display rule may be to display a preset type of the first system data.
In the system monitoring method provided by this embodiment, the computer device may receive a plurality of different types of first system data sent by the first subsystem, where the different types of first system data include at least one of operating status data of the first subsystem, first medical service data related to the target patient, and abnormal data of the first subsystem; and executing corresponding processing strategies for each type of first system data, and generating and displaying content items corresponding to each type of first system data on a content item display interface. In this embodiment, because the computer device can receive the different types of first system data sent by the first subsystem, and generate and display the content items corresponding to each type of first system data, the system maintainer can view the subsystems in sequence, and can view the different types of data of the subsystems directly based on the content item display interface, thereby greatly facilitating the system maintainer to view the different types of data of the subsystems, facilitating the timely problem finding, and improving the system maintenance efficiency.
Fig. 3 is a system monitoring method according to another embodiment. The embodiment relates to an implementation process in which, when the first system data includes at least one of operating state data of the first subsystem, first medical service data related to a target patient, and abnormal data of the first subsystem, the computer device executes a corresponding processing policy on each type of the first system data, and generates a content item corresponding to each type of the first system data. When the first system data comprises different types of data, executing corresponding processing strategies for each type of first system data, and generating the implementation process of the content items corresponding to each type of first system data.
When the abnormal data in the first system data includes abnormal traffic data related to the target patient, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, optionally, the step S202 may include:
s301, when the abnormal grade corresponding to the abnormal business data is greater than or equal to a preset grade threshold value, acquiring related business data corresponding to a target patient from a preset monitoring database; the monitoring database comprises first system data and relevant business data.
Specifically, the service exception data is an exception occurring when the user processes the service provided by the first subsystem, for example, the user does not register successfully when registering information by using the first subsystem. The exception grade is a grade corresponding to the abnormal service data, and optionally, the exception grade may include four grades: severe, more severe, normal and no abnormality. The condition that the abnormal data of the service causes a problem or a breakdown of a main function or a main module of the first subsystem is seriously represented, and taking the first subsystem as the subsystem for information registration as an example, when the abnormal data causes that the first subsystem cannot register information, that is, the abnormal data causes the main function of the first subsystem to be broken down, the abnormal grade corresponding to the abnormal number at the time can be determined as serious; the more serious abnormal data indicates that the to-be-function or module of the first subsystem has a problem, and the corresponding situation of the first subsystem can be influenced; generally, the abnormal condition caused by the abnormal data does not influence the normal operation of the system or causes the accidental abnormal corresponding condition of the first subsystem; the absence of the exception indicates that the first subsystem does not have a condition corresponding to the exception.
When the abnormal grade corresponding to the abnormal business data is greater than or equal to the preset grade threshold value, the computer equipment can acquire the ideal business data which has the corresponding relation with the target patient from the monitoring database. The preset grade threshold value can be a 'general' grade in the abnormal grades, and further, the abnormal grades can comprise serious grade, more serious grade, general grade and abnormal grade in four grades which can be respectively represented by numerical values 2, 1, 0 and-1; the monitoring database may include the first system data and related business data, where the related business data may be data having a corresponding relationship with a target patient, such as at least one of registration information of the patient and business processing information of the patient, information on success or failure of business processing, information on request processing from the first subsystem to other subsystems, and information on success or failure of request processing, where the request processing information may include context, request interface path, stack information, and the like when the first subsystem is abnormal.
Optionally, the exception class may be determined according to a class corresponding to an exception type to which the exception data belongs, where the exception type may include at least one type of a configuration error of each system function in the first subsystem, a format error of the first system data, a content error of the first system data, a connection failure between the first subsystem and another subsystem, a first subsystem crash, a plug-in invocation error, and a service logic error between different subsystems. Optionally, the exception type to which the exception data belongs and the level corresponding to the exception data may be determined by the first subsystem.
Optionally, the step of obtaining the relevant service data corresponding to the target patient from the preset monitoring database may include: according to the first subsystem identification of the first subsystem, determining a second subsystem having an interactive relation with the first subsystem from the medical system where the first subsystem is located; the medical system comprises a first subsystem and a second subsystem; determining second system data sent by the second subsystem from the monitoring database according to the second subsystem identification of the second subsystem; and extracting relevant business data from the second system data according to the patient information identification of the target patient.
Optionally, the second subsystem and the first subsystem belong to the same medical system, the number of the second subsystems may be one or multiple, and the medical system may include the first subsystem and the second subsystem. Optionally, each subsystem has a subsystem identifier, and the subsystem identifier may be a system name or a system number, which is not limited in this embodiment. The computer device can determine a second subsystem having an interactive relationship with the first subsystem according to a first subsystem identifier corresponding to the first subsystem and a preset subsystem interactive relationship, wherein the subsystem interactive relationship comprises an interactive relationship between different subsystems. After determining the second subsystem having an interactive relationship with the first subsystem, the computer device may determine, from the monitoring database, second system data transmitted by the second subsystem according to a second subsystem identifier of the second subsystem, where the second system data may include at least one of operating state data of the second subsystem, first therapy service data related to the target patient, and abnormal data of the second subsystem. Typically, the second system data will include more data that is not relevant to the target patient, and thus, the computer device may extract relevant business data that is relevant to the target patient from the second system data.
S302, generating a service abnormal snapshot according to the related service data and the service abnormal data, and taking the service abnormal snapshot as a content item; the business anomaly snapshot is used for representing related business data and business anomaly data in at least one of a table, a word, a flow chart and a change curve.
Specifically, the content displayed by the abnormal service snapshot may include related service data and abnormal service data, and further, the abnormal service snapshot may represent the related service data and the abnormal service data by using at least one of a table, a text, a flowchart, and a change curve. Optionally, the computer device may generate a service exception snapshot in real time or according to a preset period from the related service data and the service exception data, and add newly generated data to the service exception snapshot. Optionally, the service abnormal snapshot may be displayed to the user in a highlighted manner (for example, bold, red, font enlargement, and the like), or an alarm message may be sent to the user while displaying the abnormal snapshot to remind the system maintenance staff to perform maintenance as soon as possible, or the generated abnormal snapshot may be sent to the system maintenance staff, so that the system maintenance staff may know and quickly locate the abnormal problem, save time, and improve maintenance efficiency.
Taking the example that the relevant business data and the business abnormal data are represented by the flow chart in the business abnormal snapshot, the computer equipment can display the relevant business data and the business abnormal data to the system maintainer in the form of the flow chart according to the sequence of the business handling of the patient, so that the system maintainer can visually check the business handling flow of the patient, the abnormal problem can be quickly positioned, and the first subsystem can be timely repaired.
In the above embodiment, when the abnormal data in the first system data includes abnormal business data related to the target patient and the abnormal level corresponding to the abnormal business data is greater than or equal to the preset level threshold, the computer device may obtain, from the preset monitoring database, related business data having a corresponding relationship with the target patient; and generating a business abnormal snapshot according to the related business data and the business abnormal data, so that the generated business abnormal snapshot is used for representing the related business data and the business abnormal data by at least one of a table, characters, a flow chart and a change curve, so that system maintenance personnel can immediately know and quickly locate abnormal problems related to the business handling of a patient, the time is saved, and the system maintenance efficiency is improved.
(ii) when the abnormal data in the first system data includes the abnormal data of system operation of the first subsystem, based on the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the foregoing S202 may further include:
s401, extracting associated running state data within a preset time length from a monitoring database according to system running abnormal data; the associated running state data is data except system running abnormal data in the running state data.
Specifically, the monitoring database further includes running state data at each time, and the associated running state data is data other than the system running abnormal data in the running state data, for example, the running state data of the first subsystem includes a state of success or failure of reading the configuration file by the first subsystem, a CPU utilization rate and a physical memory occupation condition, and if the abnormal data is an abnormality of the CPU utilization rate, the associated running state data may include a state of success or failure of reading the configuration file by the first subsystem and a physical memory occupation condition.
S402, generating an abnormal operation snapshot according to the abnormal system operation data and the associated operation state data, and taking the abnormal operation snapshot as a content item; the operational anomaly snapshot is used to represent operational anomaly data and associated operational status data in at least one of a table, text, a flow chart, and a variation curve.
Specifically, the content displayed by the abnormal operation snapshot may include system abnormal operation data and associated operation state data, and further, the abnormal operation snapshot may represent the system abnormal operation data and the associated operation state data by using at least one of a table, a text, a flowchart, and a change curve.
