It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
At present, after a patient is examined in a hospital, a doctor usually needs to provide a medical examination report for the patient and a clinician under examination, and often needs to fill in some professional medical terms when writing the medical examination report, which is tedious and increases the workload of the doctor, and now the format of the medical examination report is generally fixed, and generally has a fixed description specification of medical professional terms and sentences for the same symptom, and the report contents of different medical examination reports for the same symptom are basically the same, but the existing medical reports have the following problem defects: 1. since doctors often manually input many of the same medical terms and medical report conclusions repeatedly while writing medical examination reports, the efficiency of writing medical examination reports by doctors is seriously affected to some extent. 2. In the prior art reporting technique, the keyboard input of the doctor is monitored, the relevant terms are searched from the database through the keyboard input content, the doctor selects the proper terms among the terms, and the diagnosis conclusion generally includes a plurality of terms in the actual medical activity. In this way, the doctor needs to make corresponding keyboard input for each term, and the found large amount of diagnostic terms are not necessarily the content of the diagnostic terms needed by the current doctor, and the operation is tedious and time-consuming and labor-consuming. The same or similar diseases, the diagnosis terms formed by the diseases and the similar diseases, and the prompt range of the method is in terms, the whole or part of diagnosis is not, and only trees do not see forests, so that the diagnosis and input of doctors cannot be effectively assisted, the writing experience of the doctors is greatly reduced, and the risk of filling errors to influence the diagnosis is realized. The present application provides a method and an apparatus for generating an image report, a computer device, and a storage medium, which can solve the above technical problems.

In one embodiment, a method for generating an image report is provided, and the embodiment relates to a specific process of how to obtain a target medical term and target detection content based on a preliminary detection result of an object to be detected, and obtain an image report according to the target medical term and the target detection content. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
s202, acquiring a preliminary detection result obtained based on the medical image of the object to be detected.
Wherein, the object to be detected can be human, animal, etc.; for example, the medical image of the object to be detected may be a whole body or a local medical image of the object to be detected; in addition, the medical image of the object to be detected may be a CT (Computed Tomography) image, a PET (Positron Emission Tomography) image, an MR (Magnetic Resonance) image, a PET-MR image, a PET-CT image, or the like; the medical image of the object to be detected may be a one-dimensional image, a two-dimensional image, a three-dimensional image, or the like.
In addition, the preliminary examination result may include an examination portion, a preliminary examination conclusion, and the like, and the doctor may obtain the examination portion of the object to be detected, the preliminary examination conclusion about the examination portion, and the like by performing a preliminary observation analysis on the medical image of the object to be detected (for example, the doctor may observe empirically). Illustratively, the examination site may be a brain, a chest, a lung, an abdomen, a leg, etc. of a human body, and in the case of a lung, the preliminary examination result may be a lesion in the lung, a pulmonary nodule, etc.
S204, determining a target medical term and target detection content corresponding to the preliminary detection result in a preset first report database based on the preliminary detection result; the first report database comprises a plurality of detection results and medical terms and detection contents corresponding to each detection result.
In this step, before checking the object to be detected, a report database may be established in advance, and the establishment process may be: the method comprises the steps of obtaining historical image reports of a plurality of patients in advance, extracting detection results, medical terms, detection contents and the like of each patient from the historical image reports, binding the same detection results, the corresponding medical terms and the detection contents, and storing the binding results, the corresponding medical terms and the detection contents in a database to obtain a first report database. Certainly, the medical term and the detection content of different categories can be screened from historical image reports of a plurality of patients, and then the medical term and the detection content of each category and the corresponding detection result are bound together to obtain a report database which is divided into specialties, and the report database can also be used as a first report database. The test results in the historical image report of each patient may also include test sites, test findings, and the like. The detection content may include the type of detection performed on the patient (e.g., CT detection, PET detection, MR detection, etc.), the detection findings obtained after detecting the detection region of the patient, examination prompts, and so on.
Optionally, the first report database is generated from preference data of a current report writer, the preference data of the current report writer including a professional identification of the current report writer. The current report writer is generally a doctor, and since different doctors have different professions, different areas of adequacy and not adequacy, different writing habits and the like, the preference data can be the profession to which the doctor belongs, the areas of adequacy and not adequacy of the doctor, the writing habits of the doctor and the like. When the first report database is generated, the first report database can be generated according to the preference data of the current doctor and the addition of each detection result, the corresponding medical term and the detection content, so that report templates and report words which accord with the professional, the field of excellence and the writing habit of the doctor can be preferentially recommended.
Of course, the preference data of the doctor may be data input by the doctor history, or may be data input by the doctor when the doctor checks the object to be detected, logs in the report editing system, or the like.
Furthermore, the report editing system of the hospital has a special professional identification field for each professional to which the doctor belongs, which can be recorded as professional _ tag field, and when the doctor enters the report editing page after logging in the system, the system can preferentially display medical terms and detection contents of the professional in the database of the system through the professional _ tag field according to the current professional to which the doctor belongs. For example: the specialty of the doctor who fills in the report is CT at present, the system can automatically display the information of all the professional terms in the upper left corner of the interface in a priority mode, and other professional terms are folded, so that the doctor can conveniently operate. As another example, a general hospital is classified by human organs such as a physician, a surgeon, a psychiatrist, and the like when setting up a department. Among the physicians, the areas where the doctors are skilled are also different, such as the areas possibly including diabetes experts, hypertension experts, cardiologists and the like, when the patients make appointments, the most suitable experts in the physicians can be reserved according to possible diseases, so that when the doctors write reports, report templates can be generated according to the areas where the doctors are skilled, and the workload of the doctors is reduced.
Specifically, after obtaining a preliminary detection result of the object to be detected, the computer device may perform matching in the first report database according to the preliminary detection result to obtain a detection result matched with the preliminary detection result, and then use the medical term and the detection content corresponding to the matched detection result as the medical term and the detection content corresponding to the preliminary detection result, and record the medical term and the detection content as the target medical term and the target detection content.
And S206, filling the target medical terms and the target detection contents into corresponding positions in the initial image report template by adopting a preset editing mode to obtain an image report of the object to be detected.
The preset editing mode refers to a mode of filling target medical terms and target detection contents into the initial image report, and optionally, the preset editing mode includes a replacement mode, an additional mode and an insertion mode.
In addition, the initial image report may be a preset blank report template, or certainly may be a non-blank report template including partial medical terms and/or partial detection contents and other contents, or certainly may be an image report of a certain historical patient, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, after obtaining the target medical term and the target detection content, the computer device may also obtain an editing mode selected by the user from a plurality of preset editing modes, or may default to a default editing mode in a case where the user does not select the editing mode, and then add, replace or insert the obtained target medical term and the target detection content to corresponding positions of the medical term and the detection content on the initial image report in the default editing mode or the editing mode selected by the user, and after completion of filling, a filled image report may be obtained and recorded as the image report of the object to be detected.
In the method for generating the image report, the target medical term and the target detection content corresponding to the preliminary detection result can be obtained in the report database through the preliminary detection result of the object to be detected, and the target medical term and the target detection content are filled in the corresponding position in the initial image report template by adopting a preset editing mode to obtain the image report of the object to be detected. In the method, the target medical term and the target detection content can be directly obtained through the primary detection result, so that the obtained target medical term and the target detection content are relatively in line with the primary detection requirement of a doctor and are relatively accurate, and an accurate content basis can be provided for a subsequent image report; in addition, the obtained target medical term and the target detection content can be directly added into the image report through the preset editing mode, and a doctor does not need to manually and repeatedly input the medical term and other detection contents through a keyboard, so that the method can save labor and time, improve the efficiency of writing the image report by the doctor, improve the writing experience of the doctor and obtain the image report more accurately.
In another embodiment, another generation method of the image report is provided, and this embodiment relates to a specific process that before obtaining the target medical term and the target detection content, a professional database corresponding to the professional of the doctor is further obtained, and the target medical term and the target detection content are searched in the professional database. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before the foregoing S204, the foregoing method may further include the steps of:
s302, acquiring an input professional identifier; the professional identification is used for representing the category to which the medical image belongs.
S304, determining a first report database corresponding to the professional identification in a preset second report database based on the professional identification; the second report database includes a plurality of professional identifications and a first report database corresponding to each professional identification.
The professional identifier input here may be an identifier field belonging to each professional input by a doctor when the doctor logs in an image report editing page in a computer device, and the identifier field is recorded as a professional identifier, where the category of the professional identifier is generally the same as that of the medical image of the object to be detected, for example, the medical image of the object to be detected is a CT image, and the professional identifier here is generally a related identifier of CT. The professional identification may be letters, numbers, words, etc.
In addition, when the first report database is established, the historical image report of each patient may also include the medical image of the patient, so that the specialty to which each historical image report belongs can be obtained, of course, the historical image report of each patient may also be provided with the fields of the specialty to which the medical image corresponding to the report belongs, so that the specialty to which each historical image report belongs can also be obtained, so that the historical image reports can be divided into a plurality of different specialty categories according to the differences of the specialties, and then the first report database between the detection results and the detection contents and the medical terms can be established under each category, so that the first report database corresponding to each specialty and each specialty can be obtained, and the first report database corresponding to each specialty constitutes the second report database.
For example, referring to table 1, medical terms and detection contents in each historical image report may be pre-stored in a database according to different specialties and different detection results (including different detection sites, different detection conclusions, and the like), and these data may be stored in a tree structure, so that a hierarchical relationship between the medical terms and the detection contents of the different specialties may be embodied, where table 1 is as follows:
TABLE 1
ID/identification NAME/NAME PARENT _ ID/PARENT identification PATH/Path
1 MR PUBLIC/PUBLIC PUBLIC
2 CT PUBLIC PUBLIC
3 Abdomen part 1 PUBLIC,1
4 Chest part 2 PUBLIC,2
5 Calculus of biliary tract 3 PUBLIC,1,3
6 Hyperplasia of thymus 4 PUBLIC,2,4
Specifically, after the computer device obtains the input professional identifier, the computer device may find a target professional identifier matching the input professional identifier in the second report database, and then may obtain the first report database corresponding to the target professional identifier. After the first report database corresponding to the target professional identifier is obtained, the step S204 may be executed again, that is, the target medical term and the target detection content corresponding to the preliminary detection result may be determined in the first report database corresponding to the professional identifier based on the preliminary detection result, so that the computer device may preferentially display the target medical term and the target detection content under the target professional identifier on the report editing page, and the medical terms and the detection contents under other professional identifiers may be folded, thereby facilitating the subsequent reselection operation by the doctor.
The method for generating an image report according to this embodiment may obtain a professional identifier input by a doctor, and obtain a first report database corresponding to the professional identifier based on the professional identifier. In this embodiment, since the corresponding first report database can be found under the profession to which the doctor belongs, the obtained first report database is consistent with the profession to which the doctor belongs, and finally, the medical terms and the detection contents obtained through the first report database under the profession are consistent with the requirements of the doctor, that is, more accurate; in addition, the searching range can be narrowed by doing so, so that the efficiency of writing the image report by the doctor can be further improved, and the labor can be further saved.
In another embodiment, another method for generating an image report is provided, and this embodiment relates to a specific process of how to fill the target medical term and the target detection content into the corresponding position on the initial image report through the replacement mode to obtain the image report of the object to be detected if the preset editing mode is the replacement mode. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the above S206 may include the following steps:
s402, acquiring the medical terms selected in the initial image report template and the selected detection content.
S404, replacing the selected medical term with a target medical term, and replacing the selected detection content with target detection content to obtain an image report of the object to be detected.
In this embodiment, generally, when the content in the video report of the object to be detected is wrongly written or the video report contains the content of other objects to be detected, the content can be modified by adopting the replacement mode to obtain the updated video report of the object to be detected. Referring to fig. 4a, the graph (a) is the original report, and (b) is the updated report. The doctor can select medical terms and detection contents to be replaced on an initial image report template on a report editing page, for example, all contents seen by examination in the image and all contents of an examination prompt are selected, the contents seen by examination in the image can be regarded as the medical terms, and the contents included in the examination prompt can be regarded as the detection contents, and then after target medical terms and the target detection contents are obtained, all the contents seen by examination in the image can be replaced by the target medical terms, and all the contents included in the examination prompt in the image can be replaced by the target detection contents, so that after the target medical terms and the target detection contents are replaced, the replaced image report can be used as an image report of an object to be detected.
In the method for generating an image report provided by this embodiment, if the preset editing mode is the replacing mode, all the medical terms and the detection contents in the initial image report template may be replaced with the target medical terms and the target detection contents, so as to obtain the image report of the object to be detected. In this embodiment, because the content in the image report can be replaced by using the replacement mode, the obtained image report of the object to be detected is more accurate, and a doctor can conveniently and quickly edit the image report, so that the speed of obtaining the image report of the object to be detected is higher, and the efficiency of generating the image report can be improved.
In another embodiment, another method for generating an image report is provided, and this embodiment relates to a specific process of how to fill the target medical term and the target detection content into the corresponding position on the initial image report through the additional mode to obtain the image report of the object to be detected if the preset editing mode is the additional mode. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the above S206 may include the following steps:
s502, acquiring an input additional mode; the addition mode includes forward addition or backward addition.
S504, according to the input adding mode, adding the target medical term to the position corresponding to the medical term in the initial image report template, and adding the target detection content to the position corresponding to the detection content in the initial image report template to obtain the image report of the object to be detected.
In this embodiment, generally, the content in the image report of the object to be detected is not complete, and an additional mode is selected when the content needs to be supplemented, where the additional mode refers to a mode in which the obtained target medical term and the target detection content are added to the original initial image report template, and there are two additional modes, namely forward addition and backward addition, where the forward addition refers to adding the target medical term and the target detection content to the original content on the initial image report template before adding them, and the backward addition refers to adding the target medical term and the target detection content to the original content on the initial image report template after adding them. In the practical application process, the values of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) metadata of all contents in the initial image report template can be obtained from the edit report data, then the metadata of the HTML report needing to add data is found from the edit report data, then the HTML values of the metadata of the target medical term and the target detection content are obtained, and the HTML values of the metadata of the target medical term and the target detection content are combined with the HTML data contents in the original data of the initial image report template to obtain the added image report. The contents in the initial image report template, the target medical terms and the target detection contents can be combined to form a new image report, namely the image report of the object to be detected, by adding forwards or backwards.
For example, see fig. 5a, in which (a) is the original report and (b) is the updated report. The doctor can select a position to be added and an adding mode on the initial image report template, for example, what is to be added in the figure is an examination view and an examination prompt, the adding mode is a backward adding mode, the content included in the examination view in the figure can be regarded as a medical term, the content included in the examination prompt can be regarded as detection content, then the target medical term can be added backward behind the content of the original text seen in the examination, the target detection content is added backward behind the original content of the examination prompt, and the added content is the content in the frame in the figure, so that the added image report can be obtained. Here, when the target medical term and the target detection content are added, the target medical term and the target detection content may be added at the corresponding position of the initial image report template at the same time, or the target medical term and the target detection content may be added at the corresponding position of the initial image report template in a certain order, for example, the target medical term is added first, and then the target detection content is added, or of course, the target detection content is added first, and then the target medical term is added.
In the method for generating an image report according to this embodiment, if the preset editing mode is an adding mode, the target medical term and the target detection content may be added to the corresponding position of the initial image report template according to an input forward adding or backward adding manner, so as to obtain the image report of the object to be detected. In this embodiment, the content in the video report can be added by adopting the addition mode, so that the doctor can conveniently supplement the content in the video report, the content in the video report is enriched, and a more complete video report is obtained.
In another embodiment, another method for generating an image report is provided, and this embodiment relates to a specific process of how to fill the target medical term and the target detection content into the corresponding position on the initial image report through the insertion mode to obtain the image report of the object to be detected if the preset editing mode is the insertion mode. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the above S206 may include the following steps:
s602, a first insertion position selected at the position of the medical term in the initial image report template is obtained, and a second insertion position selected at the position of the content detected in the initial image report template is obtained.
S604, inserting the target medical term into the first inserting position, and inserting the target detection content into the second inserting position to obtain an image report of the object to be detected.
In this embodiment, the insertion mode may be similar to the additional mode, and may be applied when the content in the image report of the object to be detected is not complete and the content needs to be supplemented, but here, the insertion mode refers to that the target medical term and the target detection content can be inserted into any selected position in the initial image report template, that is, the format of the original content + new content + original content is formed, and the format of the original content + new content or new content + original content is formed in the additional mode, where the two formats are different; of course, the insertion mode can also be applied to the case where no content is written on the initial image report template.
In addition, since the medical term and the detection content can be inserted into any selected position of the initial image report template, the insertion position of the selected medical term and the insertion position of the detection content need to be obtained, the first insertion position in this embodiment refers to the position where the target medical term is inserted, the second insertion position refers to the position where the target detection content is inserted, and these insertion positions can be located by the doctor through the cursor on the editing interface when editing the image report to obtain these two insertion positions; meanwhile, because the content inserted each time comprises medical terms, detection content and the like, the optional insertion mode can be obtained; the insertion mode includes a single insertion or multiple insertions, and accordingly, in S604, the target medical term is inserted into the first insertion position and the target detection content is inserted into the second insertion position according to the input insertion mode, so as to obtain the image report of the object to be detected. The single insertion refers to that the target medical term and the target detection content are simultaneously inserted into the corresponding positions at one time; the multiple insertion refers to inserting the target medical term to the first insertion position and then inserting the target detection content to the second insertion position, or inserting the target detection content to the second insertion position and then inserting the target medical term to the first insertion position, and so on.
For example, see fig. 6a, in which (a) is the original report and (b) is the updated report. The doctor can obtain the current insertion position on the editing interface by using the cursor positioning, then can obtain the values of all content HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) metadata in the initial image report template from the editing report data, then finds the metadata of the HTML report needing to be inserted with data from the editing report data, then obtains the HTML values of the metadata of the target medical term and the target detection content, and calls the insertion command of the browser to insert the HTML values of the target medical term and the metadata of the target detection content into the image report of the current insertion position of the cursor, so as to obtain the inserted image report. The content included in the examination view in the figure can be regarded as medical terms, and the content included in the examination prompt can be regarded as detection content, so that the target medical term can be inserted into the cursor position in the examination view, the target detection content can be inserted into the cursor position in the examination prompt, and the inserted content is the content in the frame in the figure, so that an additional image report can be obtained.
It should be noted that, while editing the report, the doctor can flexibly combine the three editing modes to edit the image report, and during the report editing process, the important content in the image report can be highlighted in a manner of changing the font format, highlighting the displayed font, changing the font size, and the like, so that the doctor can observe the important content, and thus, the doctor can make an inspection conclusion quickly.
In the method for generating an image report according to this embodiment, if the preset editing mode is the insertion mode, the target medical term and the target detection content may be inserted into the corresponding position according to the acquired insertion position. In the embodiment, the target medical term and the target detection content can be inserted into any position in the image report by adopting an insertion mode, so that different requirements of a user or a doctor can be met, and the flexibility of report editing is improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-6 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
