Abstract
An ARM-based intelligent attendance machine comprises a support, wherein a shell is arranged at the top of the support, a loudspeaker and an LED lamp are arranged at the top end of a front panel of the shell in parallel, an LCD screen is arranged below the loudspeaker and the LED lamp, and a fingerprint identification module and an IC card induction module are arranged below the LCD screen in parallel; the top of the shell is provided with a cradle head support, the cradle head support is provided with an infrared distance measuring sensor, a camera and an infrared temperature measuring sensor in parallel, and the shell is internally provided with an ARM chip, a wireless gateway module and a GPRS communication module; the ARM chip is used for processing the acquired data information so as to carry out personnel identification and body temperature monitoring, and storing and managing through software; the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, accurate identification and easy management of instantaneity.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an attendance machine, in particular to an intelligent attendance machine based on an ARM.
Background
Because offices belong to intensive staff places, if infectious diseases such as influenza occur and measures are not found and taken in time, a large number of staff are likely to be infected with the infectious diseases, so that preventive measures are required to be added to places such as offices or classrooms, and temperature detection is necessary when employees or students check cards and sign on the cards. The traditional attendance machine adopts fingerprint check-in, and non-contact check-in cannot be achieved, so that the intelligent attendance machine with face recognition and temperature detection is very suitable for the application scenes.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the ARM-based intelligent attendance machine, which can intelligently identify the attendance without contact, detect the body temperature of the attendance personnel and store the data for the management of a manager, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, accuracy in identification, instantaneity and easiness in management.

the infrared distance measuring sensor 1, the camera 2 and the infrared temperature measuring sensor 3 are respectively connected with the ARM chip 7 through RS232 interfaces;
the holder support 4 is connected with one end of a MAX3232 chip through an RS485 interface, and the other end of the MAX3232 chip is connected with an ARM chip 7 through an RS232 interface;
the loudspeaker 5 and the LED lamp 6 are connected with the ARM chip 7 through GPIO interfaces;
the LCD screen 11 is connected with the ARM chip 7 through a flat cable;
the fingerprint identification module 12 and the IC card induction module 13 are respectively connected with the ARM chip 7 through UART interfaces;
the wireless gateway module 9 and the GPRS communication module 10 are respectively connected with the ARM chip 7 through RS232 interfaces.
The ARM chip 7 writes the collected data into a database of a memory of the ARM chip 7 through running in a Linux operating system and using a sqlite3 tool for storage.
A WEB server program is arranged in the ARM chip 7 and can send the check-in personnel data information recorded in the database to the browser client in the local area network; and an administrator can view the statistics and make modifications to the alarm temperature thresholds in a browser.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, through arranging the infrared distance measuring sensor 1, the camera 2, the infrared temperature measuring sensor 3, the wireless gateway module 9 and the GPRS communication module 10 to interact with the ARM chip 7, the identification and body temperature detection of a person can be carried out within an effective distance; through information interaction between the fingerprint identification module 12 and the IC card induction module 13 and the ARM chip 7, check-in personnel are identified and verified, meanwhile, the stored data are written in by using a sqlite3 tool through a Linux operating system, and a WEB server program can send data information of the check-in personnel recorded in a database to a browser client side in a local area network and manage the data information.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the ARM-based intelligent attendance machine comprises a support 14, wherein a shell 8 is arranged at the top of the support 14, a loudspeaker 5 and an LED lamp 6 are arranged at the top end of a front panel of the shell 8 in parallel, an LCD screen 11 is arranged below the loudspeaker 5 and the LED lamp 6, and a fingerprint identification module 12 and an IC card induction module 13 are arranged below the LCD screen 11 in parallel; the top of the shell 8 is provided with a tripod head support 4, the tripod head support 4 is provided with an infrared distance measuring sensor 1, a camera 2 and an infrared temperature measuring sensor 3 in parallel, and an ARM chip 7, a wireless gateway module 9 and a GPRS communication module 10 are arranged in the shell 8;
the infrared distance measuring sensor 1, the camera 2 and the infrared temperature measuring sensor 3 are respectively connected with the ARM chip 7 through RS232 interfaces; the system comprises an infrared distance measuring sensor 1, a camera 2, an ARM chip and an infrared temperature measuring sensor 3, wherein the infrared distance measuring sensor 1 is used for detecting whether a person who signs in is in a face recognition distance range, the camera 2 is used for collecting face information for an ARM chip to recognize, and the infrared temperature measuring sensor 3 is used for detecting the body temperature of the person who signs in;
the holder support 4 is connected with one end of a MAX3232 chip through an RS485 interface, and the other end of the MAX3232 chip is connected with an ARM chip 7 through an RS232 interface;
the PTS-326 model is adopted by the holder bracket 4; the camera 2, the infrared distance measuring sensor 1 and the infrared temperature measuring sensor 3 which are carried on the cradle head are enabled to realize 355-degree intelligent rotation according to the positions of the persons who sign in by controlling the rotation of a motor in the cradle head;
the loudspeaker 5 and the LED lamp 6 are connected with the ARM chip 7 through GPIO interfaces and used for performing sound-light alarm or voice prompt;
the LCD screen 11 is connected with the ARM chip 7 through a flat cable and is used for displaying real-time pictures of the camera and information or information of the person signing in;
the fingerprint identification module 12 and the IC card induction module 13 are respectively connected with the ARM chip 7 through UART interfaces and are used for carrying out fingerprint identification verification on the person who signs in;
the fingerprint identification module 12 is of the AS608 type.
The IC card sensing module 13 is of the MFRC522 type.
The wireless gateway module 9 and the GPRS communication module 10 are respectively connected with the ARM chip 7 through RS232 interfaces, wherein the wireless gateway module 9 is used for sending data obtained by the intelligent attendance machine to a local area network, and the GPRS communication module 10 is used for sending short messages through a GPRS network.
The wireless gateway module 9 is of HF2211 type.
The ARM chip 7 adopts an ARM Exynos4412 model and is used for data processing and program operation.
The ARM chip 7 writes the collected data into a database of a memory of the ARM chip 7 through running in a Linux operating system and using a sqlite3 tool for storage.
A WEB server is arranged in the ARM chip 7 and can send data information of the check-in personnel recorded in the database to the browser client in the local area network; and an administrator can view the statistics and make modifications to the alarm temperature thresholds in a browser.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to fig. 3 and 4, after the infrared distance measuring sensor 1 detects that a person approaches, if the person who signs in is too far away or too close to the attendance machine and is not in the detection range of the camera 2 and the infrared temperature measuring sensor 3, the attendance machine reminds the person who signs in to move back and forth through the loudspeaker 5; and then the ARM chip 7 controls the holder support 4 to rotate according to the position of the person who signs in, and adjusts the directions of the camera 2 and the infrared temperature measurement sensor 3 to just face the person who signs in.
After the personnel of registering correctly get into camera 2 collection within range, ARM chip 7 can be in real time with the image display that camera 2 gathered on LCD screen 11, and the display process goes on with the process of registering simultaneously. In the rest of the time, the LCD screen 11 displays weather information acquired through the network.
The infrared temperature sensor 3 then detects the body temperature of the person who checked in and displays it on the LCD screen 11. If the body temperature of the check-in personnel is within the threshold range, entering a check-in process; if the body temperature of the person who signs in is higher than the temperature threshold value, the person information is recorded through the face information identified by the camera, and the manager is reminded through the loudspeaker 5 and the LED lamp 6 through sound-light alarm.
After entering the check-in process, the camera 2 starts to collect the face information, the ARM chip 7 compares the collected face information with the face of a person which is input into the system in advance, if the comparison is successful, the person is checked in, and the person is checked in successfully. And if the face comparison fails, the face recognition check-in fails.
If the face recognition is not passed, but the user determines that the user registration information exists in the memory of the ARM chip 7, the user can perform fingerprint verification on a fingerprint recognition module 12 at the lower left of the attendance machine so as to sign in; if the attendance check-in machine still can not pass through, the administrator needs to swipe the card through the IC card induction module 13 at the right lower part of the attendance check-in machine to enter the system to sign in for the attendance check-in personnel.
Whether the check-in person successfully checks in or not, the ARM chip 7 writes the information of the check-in person, the body temperature and the time of the check-in person into a database of a memory of the ARM chip 7, and if the face recognition of the check-in person fails, the personal information of the check-in person cannot be matched through the face recognition, the ARM chip 7 stores the pictures collected during the face recognition into the database.
The intelligent attendance machine has the function of a WEB server, and can provide WEB pages for users in a local area network through the wireless gateway module 9.
The administrator uses the browser to log in a specified webpage in the local area network, and a WEB server program of the intelligent attendance machine sends related content to the webpage through the wireless gateway module 9. The administrator can inquire the information of the attendance card punching personnel every day in the webpage and can also screen and check the information of the personnel with abnormal temperature every day. According to different temperature measurement requirements, an administrator can modify the temperature threshold value of the body temperature of the detected personnel in the intelligent attendance machine through the webpage.
When the abnormal body temperature of the person is detected, the attendance machine sends a short message containing the information of the person to the administrator through the GPRS communication module 10.
When a new person needs to input information, the administrator needs to use the IC card to swipe the card to enter the person information input flow, and after entering the person information input flow, the ARM chip 7 starts to collect the face of the person and writes the face of the person into the memory of the ARM chip 7 to input the information.
