Abstract
The invention provides an extensible office system with process control, which comprises a user interaction layer and a process management layer, wherein the process management layer is connected with the existing business system of an enterprise through an interface layer, and comprises a process publishing module, a process application component, a form management module, a report management module, a log management module, a basic data management module and an interface management module; according to the invention, through building the process management layer and realizing the access with the service system, the personalized process application can be rapidly implemented, and the development cost is reduced; the process management layer covers the whole process of process development, release, management configuration, operation and monitoring, provides basis for management, supervision, assessment and optimization of the business process, improves the automation level of the approval flow, and provides a uniform information display platform and office entrance for users.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of enterprise intelligent office, in particular to an extensible office system with process control.
Background
Office Automation (OA) is a comprehensive technology developed through development of Management Information System (MIS) based on gradual Automation of devices and communications. The office system is a novel office mode combining computer network and modern office, can not only realize the automatic processing of office affairs, but also greatly improve the working efficiency of individual or group office affairs, and provides scientific basis for the management and decision of enterprises or department organs.
However, the traditional OA can only implement some simple process flows, that is, the OA office system can implement these processes through a certain process settings, and for some complex business processes, such as control flows of business function level sales process control, service process control, etc., the traditional OA will be too confident, so that the existing OA office system cannot be effectively switched into the business system of the enterprise.

Preferably, the user interaction layer comprises a desktop end and a mobile end, and the user interaction layer adopts a boottrapui framework.
Preferably, the desktop end and the mobile end are connected with the process management layer through an SSO single sign-on.
Preferably, the interface layer is an ESB enterprise service bus.
Preferably, the interface management module realizes the external release of the interface by adopting a webservices mode.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides an extensible office system with process control, which can quickly implement personalized process application and reduce development cost by building a process management layer and realizing access with a business system; the process management layer covers the whole process of process development, release, management configuration, operation and monitoring, provides basis for management, supervision, assessment and optimization of the business process, improves the automation level of the approval flow, and provides a uniform information display platform and office entrance for users.

The invention provides an extensible office system with process control, creates a workflow engine-based process management layer, provides a uniform information display platform and an office entrance for users, and accesses an enterprise business system through an interface layer, thereby realizing flexible and extensible rapid process deployment and enterprise information system integration.
Specifically, the office system comprises a user interaction layer and a process management layer, wherein the user interaction layer sends or receives an instruction to the process management layer through a user interface, and can provide a uniform information display platform and an office entrance for a user; in one embodiment, the mobile terminal includes two portals, a desktop terminal and a mobile terminal, the desktop terminal can access the process management layer through the process portal, and the mobile terminal can perform mobile approval in the form of, for example, a wechat applet.
In one embodiment, the user interaction layer employs a boottrap UI framework. The desktop end and the mobile end are connected with the process management layer through SSO single sign-on.
The flow management layer is used as a core platform of the invention, and the bottom layer of the flow management layer comprises a flow publishing module, a flow application component, a form management module, a report management module, a log management module, a basic data management module and an interface management module, wherein the flow publishing module is used for finishing the definition of a business flow and the configuration of a corresponding template, such as the definition of a cost flow, a purchase flow, an HR flow, an administrative flow and the like and the configuration of the corresponding template; the process application component is used for carrying out API (application programming interface) packaging on a process engine, and comprises application operations such as initiating, approving, skipping, transferring, terminating and the like; the form management module comprises form components of a business process, such as a charge reimbursement form, a travel request form and the like; the report management module provides a uniform process example and a KPI report, and also provides access to a business process report; the basic data management module is used for managing basic data required in the business form, such as accounting subjects and the like; the log management module comprises an administrator operation log, an error log and an interface log; the interface management module is used for realizing the external publishing and calling of the uniform interface, and in the embodiment, the external publishing of the interface is uniformly in a webservices mode.
In one embodiment, the interface layer is an ESB enterprise service bus.

and the interface management module is used for realizing the external publishing and calling of the uniform interface.
2. The extensible office with process control system of claim 1, wherein the user interaction layer comprises a desktop side and a mobile side, the user interaction layer employing a boottrap UI framework.
3. The extensible office with process control system of claim 2, wherein the desktop side and the mobile side are connected to the process management layer via an SSO single sign-on.
4. The scalable, process-controlled office system of claim 1, wherein the interface layer is an ESB enterprise service bus.
5. The extensible office system with process control as claimed in claim 1, wherein the interface management module implements the external publishing of the interface in a web services manner.
