Examples
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for electronically signing an express waybill according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for electronically signing an express waybill, including:
101, acquiring an image of an express bill to be signed and a bill number of the express bill;
in some embodiments, the image of the to-be-signed express bill is acquired, and the to-be-signed express bill is photographed through a research and development system to acquire the image. The order number of the express bill can be manually input by a courier in an input box of the system, and the courier can scan a bar code on the express bill through a scanning module of the system to directly obtain the order number.
102, acquiring identity information of a user, wherein the identity information is acquired when the user signs the express bill;
in some embodiments, the identity information comprises signature information of the user. When the user signs for express delivery, the courier can take a picture of the bill and sign the bill on a corresponding interface of the system by the user so as to confirm the sign-in.
And 103, generating an electronic base bill according to the image, the bill number and the identity information and storing the electronic base bill in a preset database.
In the embodiment, the single number, the image and the user identity information of the express bill are stored in the database together, when a base bill needs to be searched, the information of the related bill can be found only by inputting the single number of the express bill, evidence can be found in time in express delivery, the storage process is convenient and concise, and the damage condition can not occur.
The specific implementation of step 103 may include:
in some embodiments, the identity information may be a signature of the user on the system when the user signs the express delivery, and in this embodiment, the identity information and the image are synthesized, that is, the signature of the user in the system is attached to the image of the express delivery receipt and is synthesized into a new image with the user signature and the express delivery receipt.
In some embodiments, the single number of the courier has already been acquired in step 101, and thus, after the new image is synthesized in step 201, the new image and the single number may be stored in correspondence for subsequent viewing.
Some embodiments provide a method for electronically signing for an express waybill, further comprising:
104, acquiring an inquiry sheet number of an express bill to be inquired;
in this step, the sheet number of the express bill is a sheet number to be searched by the clerk, and can be manually input by the clerk.
And 105, retrieving the inquiry list number in a preset database to obtain the electronic base list of the inquiry list number.
In step 103, the signed sheet sub-order is already stored in the database, and when the evidence needs to be searched, the document number can be searched in the database through input, so that the required electronic order is obtained.
The method for electronically signing for the express bill can achieve the following effects:
1. the clerk can scan/input the order number through the function of 'no-tearing-off receipt' when sending the order. And uploading the photo of the corresponding base order of the order number to a system, and enabling the signatory to sign on the functional interface. The system can automatically generate a receipt picture with the user signature, and the receipt picture is stored and uploaded to a receipt management module and a express tracking system.
2. When the salesman needs to check the base order, the salesman can directly search the order number to inquire through the management of the base order
3. If the work order number is received and a base order needs to be provided as evidence, the headquarter customer service can directly check the electronic base order through the system to determine whether the work order is created or not in the process of creating the work order. And the employee proof cost is reduced.
