The method can reduce more time consumption caused by face repeated recognition and improve the passing efficiency of face recognition.

Technical Field

Background
With the gradual maturity of face identification technology, more and more equipment has added face identification function, especially embedded equipment such as gate entrance guard. The equipment is widely applied to schools, communities, companies, parks and the like, and manpower and material resources for registering and checking identities of people are greatly saved. However, the door opening speed of the face recognition equipment on the market is generally slow, and most of the face recognition equipment is between several seconds and even more than ten seconds. Personnel experience is not friendly, and can not pass through in a non-sensible manner, and even people can be jammed if more people exist.

In a face recognition door opening scene, assuming that the time for extracting feature values of one face is 200ms and the comparison time is 50ms, an acquisition module acquires 15 images to be recognized and buffers the images in a queue under the condition that the face appears, and if the face is detected, the images need to be recognized, 15 images need to be recognized. When another person appears at this time, the second person needs to wait for the video buffer of the previous person to be completely consumed before entering the recognition, and assuming that the previous person has 12 remaining buffers, the time consumed for the second person to wait is 12 × 200+50 — 3000 ms. The processing module 13 is configured to, if the verification is successful, update the previous successfully recognized face id to the face id in the current frame of image to be recognized, so as to perform recognition, verification and passing processing on the next frame of image to be recognized.
The processing module 13 is configured to perform feature extraction on the current frame image to be identified to obtain image features; comparing the image characteristics with the face characteristics in the passing face database; if the comparison is successful, the verification is successful; and if the comparison fails, the verification fails.
The processing module 13 is configured to send a confirmation prompt, so that after receiving the confirmation prompt, a supervisor can confirm whether a person corresponding to a face in the current image to be recognized is in a passing list, and send confirmation information according to a confirmation result; acquiring confirmation information; and if the confirmation information indicates that the person corresponding to the face in the current frame image to be recognized is in the passing list, adding the current frame image to be recognized into a passing face database.
The face detection module 11 comprises a face id confirmation module, and the face id confirmation module is used for confirming the id of the face in the current frame image to be recognized when the face is detected from the current frame image to be recognized;
the judging module 12 is configured to determine whether at least one face id does not appear in the face id of the previous image to be recognized in the current image to be recognized, and if so, determine that a new face appears in the current image to be recognized; if not, determining that no new face exists in the current frame image to be recognized.
The face id confirmation module is used for determining the id of the face in the current frame image to be recognized based on a tracking algorithm.
