Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of the present disclosure and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities.
The exemplary embodiment provides a semantic retrieval method of patent documents, which, referring to fig. 1, may include the following steps 101 to 103:
step 101: receiving a technical information description text of a technology to be retrieved, which is input by a user;
step 102: performing semantic analysis on the technical information description text, and determining a target key phrase and a semantic relationship between target keywords in the target key phrase;
step 103: and acquiring the corresponding patent literature and displaying the acquired patent literature according to the target key phrase and the semantic relation.
In the semantic retrieval method of the patent documents exemplified in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a technical information description text of a technology to be retrieved, which is input by a user, is received, semantic analysis is performed on the technical information description text, a target keyword group and a semantic relationship between target keywords in the target keyword group are determined, and then, according to the target keyword group and the semantic relationship, a corresponding patent document is obtained and the obtained patent document is displayed. Therefore, the user can directly input the description text of the technology to be retrieved, such as the invention points in the cross-reference book, the keywords can be basically determined without the time analysis of the user, the retrieval formula can be constructed, the retrieval operation of the user is simplified, the retrieval convenience of patent documents is improved, the intelligent analysis and retrieval are basically realized, and the patent retrieval efficiency of the user is improved.
Specifically, the receiving of the technical information description text of the technology to be retrieved, which is input by the user in step 101, may specifically include the following sub-steps:
step 1011: and displaying a retrieval page in response to a first preset operation, wherein the retrieval page comprises a text input box.
For example, a user inputs a website address at a PC end through a browser to log in a patent database website, such as a wojjie cloud search database website, and then presents a general search page corresponding to the patent database, where the general search page may include a search mode selection button, and a transition to a semantic search mode may be triggered by a first preset operation, such as clicking the selection button, and the loaded semantic search page may be a specific search page in the scheme, and may include a text input box for semantic search. In some embodiments, a prompt may also be displayed next to the text entry box to instruct the user how to enter the search information.
Step 1012: and receiving technical information description text input in the text input box by the user.
For example, after the semantic retrieval page is presented, the user can input a technical information description text in a text input box in the semantic retrieval page, where the technical information description text may be, for example, "technology for acquiring an array substrate of an OLED display panel".
Optionally, in step 102, semantic analysis is performed on the technical information description text, and a semantic relationship between a target keyword group and a target keyword in the target keyword group is determined.
Illustratively, the target keyword sets and semantic relationships may be used to characterize the true meaning of the technical information description textual expression. Specifically, as an example, the target keyword group may include a plurality of target keywords extracted from the technical information description text, and the semantic relationship may be a semantic relationship of the plurality of target keywords.
For example, if the inputted technical information description text is "technology for acquiring an array substrate of an OLED display panel", the extracted plurality of target keywords may include OLED, display, panel, array, substrate. The semantic relationship may be a logical relationship between several target keywords, such as "OLED and display and array and substrate", or "OLED and display and array and substrate", which is not limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the performing semantic analysis on the technical information description text to determine a target keyword group includes:
and performing semantic analysis on the technical information description text according to a preset text semantic analysis algorithm to determine a target key phrase.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the text semantic analysis algorithm may include, but is not limited to, at least, a Baidu AI text semantic analysis algorithm and/or a natural language processing (NPL) semantic analysis algorithm. The specific implementation of the above exemplary algorithm can refer to the prior art, and the adoption of the Baidu AI text semantic analysis algorithm of the above example in this embodiment can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of determining the target keyword group, and further can further improve the patent retrieval efficiency of the user.
In step 103, according to the target keyword group and the semantic relationship, acquiring a corresponding patent document and displaying the acquired patent document.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of acquiring the corresponding patent document according to the target keyword group and the semantic relationship in step 103 may specifically be: generating a first retrieval formula according to the target key phrase and the semantic relation; and acquiring a corresponding first patent document from a patent database according to the first search formula.
For example, the first index may be TI, ABST, CLM + (OLED and display and array and substrate), but is not limited thereto. Wherein, TI represents the patent name, ABST represents the abstract, and CLM represents the claim, namely, the patent literature is searched in three search fields of TI, ABST and CLM at the same time.
In the embodiment, a novel retrieval mode is provided, and a user can directly input a description text of a technology to be retrieved, such as an invention point in a cross-reference book or technical description text information of the technology to be retrieved, so that patent retrieval display is automatically completed, the user basically does not need to analyze and determine keywords in time, a retrieval formula is constructed, the user retrieval operation is simplified, the convenience of retrieving patent documents is improved, intelligent analysis retrieval is basically realized, and the patent retrieval efficiency of the user is improved.
Further, after the preliminary retrieval result, in order to avoid increasing complexity and inconvenience of the retrieval operation due to manual adjustment of the retrievable re-retrieval by the user, on the basis of the above embodiment, in combination with the method shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further include the following steps 201 to 203:
step 201: and after the acquired first patent literature is displayed, receiving a second preset operation input by a user.
Specifically, for example, after a plurality of first patent documents corresponding to a first search formula TI, ABST, CLM + (OLED and display and panel and array and substrate) are acquired and displayed, a user browses and finds that a search result is not ideal, and when the search formula needs to be adjusted, the current method generally needs to manually tap a keyboard matched with a computer to input characters to adjust the search formula, and the operation is slightly complicated. In this embodiment, the second preset operation input by the user may be received on the display page of the current patent document, and the second preset operation may be a click operation on a preset blank area of the display page, such as a mouse click operation, but is not limited thereto.
Step 202: and responding to the second preset operation, and generating a second retrieval formula according to the target key phrase and the semantic relation.
Specifically, the preset blank area may be a part of a display page, and may display a prompt message to prompt a user to click, and automatically generate the second search formula when the click operation of the user is detected. Wherein the second search formula is different from the first search formula. The search fields included in the second search expression and the first search expression include one or more of a specification abstract, a claim, a specification, and a patent name. For example, the second index may be TI, ABST, CLM + (OLED and display and panel and array substrate), but is not limited thereto.
Step 203: and acquiring a corresponding second patent document from a patent database according to the second search formula.
For example, after the second search formula is automatically generated, a plurality of corresponding second patent documents are automatically obtained from the patent database by the second search formula TI, ABST, CLM + (oled display and panel and array substrate) and displayed. In the scheme of the embodiment, the adjustment of the search mode and the subsequent patent search and display can be automatically completed only by clicking operation, the user does not need to manually input information to adjust the search mode for re-search, the search operation is further simplified, the use convenience of the user is improved, and the search efficiency is relatively higher. In some embodiments, the retrievable re-retrieval may be continually adjusted by a multi-click operation.
Optionally, after the preliminary retrieval result, in order to avoid increasing complexity and inconvenience of the retrieval operation due to manual adjustment of the retrievable re-retrieval by the user, on the basis of the above embodiment, in combination with fig. 3 and fig. 4, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further include the following steps 301 and 302:
step 301: after the acquired first patent literature is displayed, a virtual display interface 30 is displayed in a floating mode on a patent literature display page; a plurality of different third search formulas are sequentially displayed in the virtual display interface 30 from top to bottom, and a corresponding virtual button is arranged at the tail side of each third search formula.
By way of example, the virtual display interface 30 may be a transparent floating window control or a semi-transparent floating window control. Wherein each of the third search expressions (e.g., search expression 31, search expression 32, search expression 33, and search expression 34) is different from the first search expression (e.g., search expression 1); each of the third search expression and the first search expression includes search fields including one or more of a specification abstract, a claim, a specification, and a patent name. Each of the third search expressions may be any one search expression different from the first search expression, and for example, the first search expression such as search expression 1 is: TI, ABST, CLM + (oled display and panel and array and substrate), summary information of patents 1 to 6 shown in fig. 4, i.e., a search result display interface obtained based on the search formula 1, is only illustrative and is not intended to limit specific display results. An exemplary third search formula may be a search formula after adding a search element "specification", such as "TI, ABST, CLM + (display and panel and array and substrate) and DESCR (OLED)", in short, the search element, i.e., the keyword, may be added and deleted, and the search formula may be configured based on various combinations of the keywords, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 302: and monitoring clicking operation of each virtual button in the virtual display interface, and acquiring and displaying a corresponding third patent document from a patent database according to a third search formula corresponding to the clicked virtual button.
For example, an exemplary third search formula, for example, search formula 31 is "TI, ABST, CLM + (display and panel and array and substrate) and DESCR ═ OLED", and if the right virtual button corresponding to search formula 31 is clicked, the corresponding third patent document can be acquired from the patent database and displayed according to the third search formula. In the embodiment, a virtual display interface is presented on a patent literature display page in a floating manner. The retrieval strategy is adjusted by clicking the virtual button corresponding to at least one third retrieval formula in the virtual display interface, the retrieval formula can be automatically adjusted and subsequent patent retrieval and display can be automatically completed by clicking operation, the retrieval formula is adjusted and retrieved again without manually inputting information by a user, the retrieval operation is further simplified, the use convenience of the user is increased, and the retrieval efficiency is relatively higher.
It should be noted that although the various steps of the methods of the present disclosure are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the depicted steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc. Additionally, it will also be readily appreciated that the steps may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, e.g., among multiple modules/processes/threads.
