The sensing acquisition module is internally provided with an intelligent sensor module, so that data acquisition in a distribution network range is realized, and simultaneously acquired signals comprise alternating current analog signals such as voltage and current, direct current analog signals such as temperature and rotating speed, and switching value signals such as protection action and switching state. The sensing acquisition module can adopt a splicing module design, and intelligent sensor modules with different quantities and types can be selected and matched according to the requirements of the field. The intelligent sensor module adopts a wide frequency band design, and the acquired data can simultaneously ensure the signal measurement precision in no-load operation and fault, thereby meeting the requirements of measurement and protection data analysis application.
The sensing signal receiving module is used for realizing the access of the analog signals of the existing sensors of temperature, pressure, rotating speed and the like in the power distribution network of a factory. The design of splicing modules can be adopted, and different numbers and types of sensing signal receiving modules can be selected and matched according to the requirements of the field.
The digital signal analysis module realizes signal access of field intelligent instruments such as a protection device, a multifunctional electric power instrument and an intelligent electric meter. Communication protocols of various industrial field meters such as 103, 104, Modbus and the like are built in. The module adopts a splicing module design, and different digital signal analysis modules can be selected and matched according to the requirements of the site.
The front-end signal acquisition module can be jointly composed of the sensing acquisition module, the sensing signal receiving module and the digital signal analysis module, the front-end signal acquisition module is used for acquiring sensing data and sensing signals in the range of a power supply and distribution network, and all the modules are designed by adopting splicing modules, so that the requirements of different configurations on site are met. The data quantity of various types collected by the front-end signal collection module can be configured through a configuration channel setting item and a fixed value setting item of a system management main control.
The signal anti-interference module is composed of an isolation conversion and filtering circuit, and is used for isolating, converting and filtering analog signals acquired by the sensing acquisition module and the sensing signal receiving module so as to prevent signal interference.
The analog/digital conversion module is composed of a sampling and holding circuit and an analog/digital conversion circuit, carries out sampling and holding on analog signals acquired by the sensing acquisition module and the sensing signal receiving module, carries out analog/digital conversion, converts the analog signals into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to the data acquisition and arrangement module through an internal bus.
The data acquisition and arrangement module can receive the data transmitted by the analog-digital conversion module and the digital signal analysis module, perform operation processing such as alignment, verification, cleaning, combination, summarization and the like on the data, and arrange the data from various sources into operation state data of different types of equipment of the power supply and distribution network in a standard manner. The data acquisition and management module is internally provided with a power supply and distribution grid system node running state model, a power supply equipment running state model (comprising a power supply line running state model, a feeder line running state model, a transformer running state model, a GIS running state model, a breaker state model and the like), an electric equipment running state model (comprising an asynchronous motor running state model, an air compressor running state model, an induced draft fan running state model, a blower running state model, a primary air fan running state model, a water pump running state model and the like), and the data acquisition module performs correlation mapping on the acquired multi-source data and the corresponding power supply and distribution grid system node running state model, the power supply equipment running state model and the electric equipment running state model, so that the data can represent the running states, the energy consumption states, the energy distribution states, the power supply and distribution electric equipment, Fault status, life status, etc.
Here, the number, type, etc. of the models of the data collecting and sorting module can be configured by the "model setting" of the system management module. In addition, the data acquisition and arrangement module can simultaneously realize the alarm of the device abnormity and faults, and the alarm setting of the device faults and the abnormity of the device, such as communication abnormity, data acquisition abnormity, time abnormity, storage abnormity and the like, can be realized through the device alarm setting of the system management module.
The data storage module realizes the data storage of the device on site, and the data storage time and the storage strategy can be set through a data storage setting item of the system management main control.
And the data transmission (wired/wireless) module is used for transmitting the data acquired by the field monitoring system to the data acquisition system according to the agreed data format. The necessary configuration parameters when the data transmission (wired/wireless) module performs data transmission are configured through the communication transmission setting of the system management module. The data transmission (wired/wireless) module is provided with a wired transmission module and a wireless transmission module which are both in modular design, and wired or/and wireless transmission can be selected according to the field requirements. Namely, when the field has wired communication conditions such as optical fibers and the like, the wired data transmission module can be selected; when the site does not have wired communication conditions and meets wireless transmission conditions, a wireless data transmission module can be selected; and a wired and wireless data transmission module can be simultaneously selected on the site.
Here, the debugging setting function may select a normal operation mode and a debugging mode of the monitoring system, and if the debugging mode is selected in the debugging setting function in the system management main control, the monitoring system enters a debugging state, and at this time, functions such as data acquisition, storage, and transmission may be debugged.
Here, the configuration management system may perform management control of a data acquisition policy, a data storage policy, and a data organization policy on the data acquisition and organization module and the data transmission module by using configuration management data.
In the present invention, the configuration management system 12 mainly implements configuration management of a data acquisition policy, a data storage policy, and a data organization policy, and various policies configured by a user can be stored through the configuration management database.
Specifically, the configuration management system 12 may run on a general computer or server, and is connected to the configuration management database through an ethernet network. According to the reality of an industrial application field, a user can flexibly construct a data acquisition strategy, a data storage strategy and a data sorting strategy which meet the practical application requirements through a configuration management system.
The data sorting strategy can configure various generation strategies of industrial production management application data models with different levels and different application dimensions according to actual needs, such as: the method comprises the steps of establishing a single equipment (power supply line, transformer, circuit breaker, fan, air compressor, water pump and the like) operation data model, establishing a workshop/production line power consumption model, establishing a whole plant power supply and distribution model, establishing an important electric health monitoring model, establishing an electric energy quality monitoring model, and monitoring an economic operation model. And reading the strategies by the data sorting system, and carrying out data sorting and data model generation according to the strategies. And the theme application database manages the application model data based on the data sorting strategy. The configuration management system mainly realizes the configuration management of a data acquisition strategy, a data storage strategy and a data sorting strategy, and various strategies configured by a user are stored in a configuration management database by the configuration management system.
In the present invention, the data organizing system 13 can obtain a data organizing strategy from the configuration management database, and obtain corresponding original data from the original database according to the data organizing strategy, and then reconstruct the original data into intelligent power supply and distribution model data of different levels and different application dimensions, and store the power supply and distribution model data into the theme application database of the data warehouse. Here, one or more theme application databases may be configured by the configuration management system according to the needs of the application service, and one or more theme application databases may be established in the data warehouse.
Specifically, the data sorting system can be connected with a configuration management database, an original database and a theme application database through a network, reads a data sorting strategy from the configuration management database, classifies, models, integrates and the like data sent by the field monitoring system and the system data acquisition module according to various data models configured in the data sorting strategy, generates a corresponding industrial production management data application model, and stores the industrial production management data application model into the theme application database to form a special topic application data model required by an industrial user.
Referring to fig. 4, the invention provides a data classification of a subject application database of the intelligent data acquisition and arrangement system for distribution and utilization power grid based on a factory framework and a relationship block diagram between the subject application database and other systems and databases. The theme application database may include a power supply device data model, a power consumption device data model, a device topic data model, a production process topic data model, and a matching associated topic data model, where each data model corresponds to corresponding model data, such as power supply device model data corresponding to a power supply device data model.
The power supply equipment data model can be correspondingly constructed by power supply line data, return line data, transformer data, GIS data and breaker data, the power utilization equipment data model can be correspondingly constructed by asynchronous motor data, air compressor data, draught fan data, air feeder data, primary air fan data and water pump data, the equipment special data model can be correspondingly constructed by operating electrical data, operating state data, equipment energy consumption data, equipment efficiency data, equipment fault data and service life state data, the production process special data model can be correspondingly constructed by operating electrical data, data state data, energy consumption data, efficiency data, fault abnormal data, production safety data and the like, and the matching related special data can be correspondingly constructed by main and auxiliary machine matching data, similar equipment matching data, whole process group matching data, power supply and distribution matching data, And constructing power load matching data and the like.
It can be understood that the various types of data are all obtained by sorting the data in the original database and the configuration management database by the data sorting system, and the obtained data models with different levels and different application dimensions are constructed according to the sorted data.
In the invention, the data acquisition system 14 can be used for acquiring power supply and distribution data, production process data and the like of systems and equipment such as a monitoring system, an intelligent instrument, an SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system, an electric energy meter reading system, an energy management system and the like, analyzing and classifying different types of data from different systems, and storing the data into an original database, a time sequence database and a real-time database of a data warehouse.
Specifically, the data acquisition system can run on a common computer or a server, is in communication connection with external systems such as the monitoring system, the SCADA system, the electric energy meter reading system, the energy management system and the like through a wired or wireless communication network, is in communication connection with the time sequence database, the real-time database, the original database and the configuration management database through a wired network, reads configuration management data in the configuration management database to obtain a data acquisition strategy and a data storage strategy, realizes field data communication acquisition, analysis and processing according to the data acquisition strategy, and stores corresponding data into the time sequence database, the real-time database and the original database according to the data storage strategy.
Here, the data acquisition system may have built-in communication protocols of various industrial field systems such as 103, 104, OPC, and the like, and the relatively independent data acquisition module may be beneficial to ensuring stability and safety of data acquisition.
In the invention, the data warehouse provides data storage, data processing and data service support for the data acquisition and arrangement system, and upper-layer application of an intelligent factory can conveniently call the original database and various historical application data through a data warehouse service interface. The data warehouse mainly comprises a configuration management database, one or more original databases and one or more subject application databases. Each topic database is dedicated to store data of a certain application domain, serving a specific business application. And the data sorting system is responsible for data inspection, cleaning, extraction, conversion and loading of the data warehouse according to the data sorting strategy. The data warehouse provides various data sharing services for external users through a database service interface, and the safety of the data warehouse is ensured by configuring data operation authority and configuring a legal access account.
Specifically, the data warehouse mainly comprises a configuration management database, an original database and a theme application database, wherein the configuration management database mainly realizes storage of a data acquisition strategy, a data storage strategy and a data sorting strategy of the system. The original database is mainly used for storing original data acquired by the data acquisition system according to a storage strategy, and the data in the original database is raw materials of the whole data warehouse. The theme application database is mainly used for storing the application model data after the data sorting system sorts the application model data according to the data sorting strategy. The data warehouse provides an external access interface, and various required original data, theme application data and the like are provided for other peripheral business application systems through the data interface.
The time sequence database mainly realizes the storage of time sequence data with high real-time requirements in the data, such as production tripping data, production line load abnormal fluctuation data and the like, and provides data support for tracking and analyzing high real-time sequence production process events. The time sequence database provides an external access interface to realize real-time sharing of time sequence data.
The real-time database mainly realizes the high-efficiency management of data with real-time monitoring requirements in a system, realizes the functions of real-time calculation, real-time display, real-time limit judgment, real-time event alarm and the like of the data, and stores the calculation result, the alarm event and the like into the original database according to a built-in storage strategy. The real-time database provides an external access interface, and real-time data sharing is achieved.
The time sequence database, the real-time database and the data warehouse cooperate together to form a complete data base platform for power supply and distribution of an intelligent factory.

the monitoring system is used for acquiring operation data of preset power supply and distribution monitoring nodes and preset power utilization monitoring nodes of a factory power supply and distribution grid, analyzing and processing the operation data by using a preset analysis model so as to output monitoring data reflecting the operation state, the energy consumption state, the fault state and/or the service life state of the monitoring nodes in real time;
the configuration management system is used for carrying out configuration management on the data acquisition strategy, the data storage strategy and the data sorting strategy according to configuration management data;
the data sorting system is used for acquiring the configuration management data, acquiring corresponding original data according to a data sorting strategy corresponding to the configuration management data, and reconstructing the original data into power supply and distribution model data with a preset hierarchy and a preset application dimension;
the data acquisition system is in communication connection with the monitoring system and a preset system in the power supply and distribution system, and is used for acquiring and analyzing the monitoring data, the power supply and distribution data of the preset system in the power supply and distribution system and the production process data so as to classify the data; the preset system of the power supply and distribution system comprises a data acquisition and monitoring control system, an electric energy meter reading system and/or an energy management system;
the data storage system is in communication connection with the configuration management system, the data sorting system and the data acquisition system respectively, the data storage system is used for storing data, and the data storage system comprises a time sequence database, a real-time database and a data warehouse, wherein:
the time sequence database is used for storing time-series data which are classified by the data acquisition system and have real-time requirements;
the real-time database is used for storing the data which are classified by the data acquisition system and have real-time monitoring requirements;
the data warehouse at least comprises an original database, a configuration management database and a theme application database; the original database stores original data acquired by the data acquisition system; the configuration management database correspondingly stores the configuration management data, and the theme application database correspondingly stores the power supply and distribution model data.

The intelligent power supply and distribution grid intelligent data acquisition and arrangement system based on the intelligent factory framework is characterized in that the preset power supply and distribution monitoring nodes comprise one or more of the following: the power supply circuit, the feeder circuit, the transformer, the gas insulated switchgear and the circuit breaker;
the preset power consumption monitoring node comprises one or more of the following components: asynchronous motor, air compressor, draught fan, forced draught blower, primary air fan, water pump.
3. The intelligent factory framework-based power supply and distribution grid intelligent data acquisition and arrangement system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the time-sequenced data with real-time requirements is production tripping data and/or production line load abnormal fluctuation data.
4. The intelligent factory framework-based power supply and distribution grid intelligent data acquisition and arrangement system according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring system comprises:
the front-end signal acquisition module is used for acquiring sensing data and sensing signals within the range of the power supply and distribution network.
5. The intelligent factory framework-based power supply and distribution grid intelligent data acquisition and management system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the monitoring system further comprises an analog/digital conversion module and a data acquisition and management module,
the analog/digital conversion module comprises a sampling hold circuit and an analog/digital conversion circuit and is used for sampling and holding the analog signal acquired by the front-end signal acquisition module and performing analog/digital conversion to obtain corresponding conversion data;
and the data acquisition and arrangement module is used for receiving the conversion data and performing data processing to obtain running state data of different devices and/or systems in the power distribution network.

The intelligent factory framework-based power supply and distribution grid intelligent data acquisition and arrangement system according to claim 4, wherein the monitoring system further comprises a data communication interface, and the data communication interface is used for transmitting the monitoring data to the data acquisition system.

The intelligent factory framework-based intelligent data acquisition and arrangement system for the power supply and distribution grid according to claim 4, wherein the front-end signal acquisition module comprises a sensing signal acquisition module, a sensing signal receiving module and a digital signal analysis module, wherein:
the sensing signal acquisition module is used for acquiring alternating current analog signals and direct current analog signals of equipment and instruments in the distribution power grid range;
the sensing signal receiving module is used for receiving an analog signal of an existing sensor in a power distribution network;
and the digital signal analysis module is used for accessing and analyzing signals output by the intelligent instrument in the power distribution and consumption network.
