When the temperature in the heat preservation box is higher than the specific temperature, the PLC controls the heating wire 3 to stop working, and simultaneously controls the second motor 12 to start working, the second motor 12 drives the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the rotating shaft 11 drives the air door 10 to synchronously rotate, when the air door 10 rotates to the horizontal position, the PLC controls the second motor 12 to stop working, at the moment, the air door 10 separates the air opening into an air outlet 13 and an air inlet 14 which are arranged up and down, the outside cold air enters the heat preservation box from the air inlet 14, the hot air in the heat preservation box rises and is discharged from the air outlet 13, the air convection is formed, and the temperature in the heat preservation box quickly drops to the specific temperature. In addition, it should be noted that the stirring fan 8 is always operated during the temperature reduction process inside the heat preservation box body 1, and the stirring fan 8 plays a role in accelerating the gas flow. The stirring fan 8 is matched with air convection to realize rapid cooling of the interior of the heat preservation box body 1.
