Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for regulating and controlling a compressor of an air conditioning system, including the following steps 101 to 105:
and 101, acquiring the evaporation temperature of the air conditioning system.
In a possible implementation manner, the evaporating temperature may be set by the user in combination with the actual service requirement, and the evaporating temperature indicates the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioning system required by the user.
In another possible implementation manner, when the heat load of the designated space corresponding to the air conditioning system is constant, the evaporation temperature may be determined according to parameters, such as the indoor temperature of the designated space, the actual temperature of the designated space at the current time, and the heat load, set by the user in combination with the actual service demand of the user.
Here, the air conditioning system may specifically be a multi-connected unit central air conditioning system, but may also be other types of air conditioning systems.
In order to avoid that the obtained evaporation temperature is too high, and the heat transfer temperature difference of the indoor unit of the air conditioning system is too much decreased when the subsequent regulation and control step is performed according to the too high evaporation temperature, so that the air conditioning system cannot provide the cooling capacity required by the specified space, referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, before step 102, the method further includes:
step 201, detecting whether the evaporation temperature is greater than a third set value, if so, executing step 201, otherwise, executing step 102;
and step 202, alarming.
Step 202 may be implemented in one or more ways of generating and displaying an alert message, generating a beep, etc.
It is obvious that the third set value may be determined by the user in combination with the actual physical parameters of the air conditioning system.
And 102, determining an upper limit evaporation temperature and a lower limit evaporation temperature corresponding to the evaporation temperature according to a preset precision deviation value.
Here, the precision deviation value may be an empirical value set by the user in combination with the actual service scenario, and generally, the precision deviation may be 0.5 degrees celsius; then, for the obtained evaporation temperature T, it can be determined that the corresponding upper limit evaporation temperature is (T +0.5) celsius and the corresponding lower limit evaporation temperature is (T-0.5) celsius.
Step 103, determining a first refrigerant saturation pressure corresponding to the upper limit evaporation temperature, and determining a second refrigerant saturation pressure corresponding to the lower limit evaporation temperature.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, for the refrigerant, there is a certain corresponding relationship between the temperature and the pressure, the corresponding relationship between the temperature and the pressure of the refrigerant can be recorded in advance by a temperature-pressure comparison table, and then the form of the temperature-pressure comparison table is usually queried to obtain a first refrigerant saturation pressure corresponding to the upper limit evaporation temperature and a second refrigerant saturation pressure corresponding to the lower limit evaporation temperature.
And 104, detecting the suction pressure of the suction side of the compressor of the air conditioning system.
The actual pressure of the refrigerant is indicated by the suction pressure on the suction side of the compressor, the actual evaporation temperature of the refrigerant at the current moment can be more accurately reflected by the detected suction pressure by detecting the suction pressure on the suction side of the compressor, and whether the actual outlet air temperature of the indoor unit at the current moment is within the operating precision range of the evaporation temperature can be more accurately reflected by the size between the detected suction pressure and the saturation pressure of the first refrigerant and the saturation pressure of the second refrigerant.
And 105, regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system according to the suction pressure, the first refrigerant saturation pressure and the second refrigerant saturation pressure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the controlling the rotation speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system according to the suction pressure, the first refrigerant saturation pressure, and the second refrigerant saturation pressure includes:
when the suction pressure is smaller than the second refrigerant saturation pressure, regulating and controlling the rotation speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system to be reduced; or, when the suction pressure is greater than the first refrigerant saturation pressure, regulating and controlling the rotation speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system to increase.
Specifically, whether the suction pressure is smaller than the saturation pressure of the second refrigerant or not can be detected, if so, it is indicated that the actual outlet air temperature of the indoor unit at the current moment is smaller than the lower-limit evaporation temperature, and the actual outlet air temperature of the indoor unit at the current moment exceeds the precision range allowed by the evaporation temperature, which may cause the temperature of the designated space corresponding to the air conditioning system to be too low and affect the comfort level of the designated space, at this time, the rotation speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system can be regulated and controlled to be reduced, that is, the working frequency of the compressor is regulated and controlled to be reduced to increase the temperature of the refrigerant, so that the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit is increased to approach the obtained evaporation temperature, and thus the outlet air; if the air suction pressure is not less than the saturation pressure of the second refrigerant, continuously detecting whether the air suction pressure is greater than the saturation pressure of the first refrigerant, if so, indicating that the actual air outlet temperature of the indoor unit at the current moment is greater than the upper limit evaporation temperature, and the actual air outlet temperature of the indoor unit at the current moment exceeds the precision range allowed by the evaporation temperature, which may cause the temperature of the designated space corresponding to the air conditioning system to be too high and affect the comfort level of the designated space, at the moment, the rotation speed of a compressor of the air conditioning system can be regulated and controlled to be increased, namely the working frequency of the compressor is regulated and controlled to be increased to reduce the temperature of the refrigerant, so that the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit is reduced to approach the obtained evaporation temperature, and thus the air outlet temperature; if the suction pressure is not less than the second refrigerant saturation pressure and not more than the first refrigerant saturation pressure, the actual outlet air temperature of the indoor unit at the current moment does not exceed the precision range allowed by the evaporation temperature, and the compressor of the air conditioning system can be maintained in the original running state without regulating and controlling the compressor again.
In order to avoid the overlarge change of the rotating speed of the compressor and further avoid the influence of the larger change of the temperature in the designated space corresponding to the air conditioning system on the comfort level of the air conditioning system in a very short time, in one embodiment of the invention,
the regulating and controlling of the reduction of the rotation speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system includes: regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system to reduce a first set value;
or, the regulating the increase of the rotation speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system comprises: and regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the compressor of the air conditioning system to increase by a second set value.
Obviously, the first setting value and the second setting value may be relatively small experience values set by the user in combination with the actual service scenario, and the first setting value and the second setting value may be the same.
In this embodiment, after the rotational speed of the compressor is adjusted once, and the compressor operates at a new rotational speed, the actual outlet air temperature of the indoor unit in the air conditioning system may still not be within the precision range allowed by the evaporation temperature, so that after the rotational speed of the compressor is adjusted once, the cumulative time of the compressor operating at the adjusted rotational speed may be recorded, and when the recorded cumulative time reaches the preset length, step 104 may be executed again; therefore, the actual air outlet temperature of the indoor unit in the air conditioning system can be within the precision range allowed by the evaporation temperature by regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the compressor once or for multiple times.
