Technical Field

Background
The tank car with the pressure tank is a main mode for road transportation of dangerous chemicals. The tank car is easy to damage due to the influence of factors such as side turning, rear-end collision, rubbing, medium corrosion, welding defects, damage of sealing materials and the like, so that leakage, combustion and explosion accidents of dangerous chemicals are caused, and uncontrollable loss is brought to lives and properties of people. The flange is one of the parts of the tank truck which are easy to be damaged. Aiming at the leakage accident of the flange of the tank truck with the pressure tank, a fireman generally adopts an injection type plugging tool to carry out emergency plugging.
The injection type plugging tool mainly comprises a clamp, a glue injection gun head, a glue injection pump and plugging glue, and the use method comprises the following steps: firstly, a clamping apparatus is arranged at a leakage position, then the external thread of the glue injection gun head is screwed to the internal thread of the glue injection valve on the clamping apparatus, then proper sealant with pressure is selected and filled into a side filling port of the glue injection gun head, and finally the handle of the glue injection pump is repeatedly pressed to inject the leakage-blocking glue into the clamping apparatus until no leakage occurs.
However, injection plugging tools suffer from the following disadvantages: the size of the leakage flange is not fixed, and a clamp needs to be manufactured on site; the leakage accident of the tank truck is not fixed, mainly in suburbs and wild high-speed road sections, so that the clamp is difficult to manufacture on site and a large amount of time is consumed for preparation; the technical requirements on operators are high, multiple persons are required for cooperation, and the method is not suitable for rapid response and disposal of fire-fighting teams.
Therefore, a flange leakage plugging tool which is simple to operate, quick and reliable is needed to meet the requirement of fire fighting teams for emergency plugging of leakage of flanges of tank cars with pressure tanks.
