Abstract
The invention relates to an ultra-light composite hose, which comprises a composite hose body and a composite hose joint, wherein the composite hose body comprises an inner aluminum wire, and the inner aluminum wire is formed by spirally winding an aluminum material; the outer surface of the inner aluminum wire is coated with a contact film layer, the contact film layer is made of a PP material, and one surface of the contact film layer, which is in contact with the inner aluminum wire, is covered with a PA film; the outer surface of the contact membrane layer is coated with a tensile cloth layer; the outer surface of the tensile cloth layer is coated with an outer surface layer; an outer aluminum wire is spirally coiled on the outer surface of the outer surface layer; the composite hose connector is arranged at two end parts of the composite hose body and comprises an aluminum inner spiral pipe, the inner side of the aluminum inner spiral pipe is fixedly connected with an aluminum outer ring outwards respectively, and the outer side of the aluminum outer ring is detachably provided with a nylon union respectively. The invention can effectively and greatly reduce the self weight on the basis of ensuring that the pipeline has enough compression resistance and bending performance, thereby effectively facilitating the transportation and connection construction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a composite hose, in particular to an ultra-light composite hose.
Background
The composite hose is a hose compounded by various high polymer materials, has good flexibility and high safety, and is widely applied to the transportation, loading and unloading of oil products and aromatic products in road and railway tank cars, storage areas, factories, wharfs and ships. The existing composite hose is mainly formed by winding various high polymer plastic materials and fastening an inner steel wire and an outer steel wire, the self weight of the composite hose is too high, and the composite hose with the length of 6m generally has the weight of 150-16 OKG. The existing composite hose is very troublesome to carry, connect and construct in the actual application process, and particularly in a warehouse area, a factory area and the like which can not be reached by some transport vehicles.
Therefore, on the basis of ensuring that the pipeline has enough pressure resistance and bending performance, the invention aims to design the ultra-light composite hose which can effectively and greatly reduce the self weight so as to effectively facilitate the transportation and connection construction of the pipeline.

In view of the problems in the prior art, the present invention is to provide an ultra-light composite hose, which can effectively solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The nylon system union contains coupling nut and union and connects, coupling nut passes through the threaded connection mode and connects in the screwed pipe outside in corresponding aluminium system, the union connects the rigid coupling in one side that coupling nut does not connect in the screwed pipe in aluminium system.
The outside outstanding edge that is equipped with the round arc of one side of solenoid in coupling nut does not connect in aluminium system, the union connect through its inner joint protruding along with the protruding fixed joint of cooperation along the arc in coupling nut is last.
The end part of the composite pipe body is clamped in an interlayer formed by the aluminum inner spiral pipe and the aluminum outer ring through corresponding Y-shaped sealing rings.

The invention has the advantages that:
1) the composite hose has the advantages that the inner aluminum wire and the outer aluminum wire made of aluminum materials are used as the framework of the composite hose, and compared with the inner steel wire and the outer steel wire made of traditional carbon steel, stainless steel and the like, the weight of the composite hose is reduced by more than 80%, so that the weight of the composite hose body is effectively reduced.
And the inner aluminum wire and the outer aluminum wire are prepared by using aluminum materials, so that the rigidity, the deformation resistance, the supporting stress capability and the like of the composite hose body are greatly reduced, the composite hose body cannot reach the product standard and the industrial standard, and the composite hose is difficult to effectively put into use. Therefore, the diameter and the tensile strength of the aluminum material for preparing the inner aluminum wire and the outer aluminum wire are specially limited, and the screw pitch of the aluminum material is specially limited, so that the integral rigidity, the deformation resistance and the supporting stress capability of the inner aluminum wire and the outer aluminum wire are effectively improved on the basis of not excessively influencing the compression resistance of the composite hose body, and the framework effect of the inner aluminum wire and the outer aluminum wire is ensured.
On the basis, the invention also specially selects the materials for preparing the contact film layer, the tensile cloth layer and the outer surface layer, and effectively controls the material thickness of each layer, thereby effectively improving the integral rigidity, the deformation resistance and the supporting stress capability of the composite hose body on the basis of not influencing the bending performance of the composite hose, and ensuring that the composite hose body still has enough bending performance and pressure resistance after the weight is greatly reduced.
2) On the basis of greatly reducing the weight of the composite hose body, the invention also replaces the material for preparing the composite hose joint, and the invention adopts the aluminum inner screw tube and the aluminum outer ring, and replaces the steel fixing flange by the nylon union, thereby effectively and greatly reducing the weight of the composite hose joint.
In order to ensure that the aluminum inner solenoid, the aluminum outer ring and the nylon union have enough pressure resistance, the nylon union is divided into a connecting nut and a union joint, the connecting nut is connected to the outer side of the aluminum inner solenoid to form double-layer thickness, and the connecting part is ensured to have enough pressure resistance; the outside salient of one side of solenoid is equipped with the protruding edge of round arc in coupling nut does not connect in aluminium system, the union connects protruding edge and the protruding fixed joint that cooperates of arc along on coupling nut through the protruding edge of its inner joint, through the protruding edge of arc, and the setting on the protruding edge of joint, effectively ensure that the joint part has sufficient compressive property, and the union connects not the joint then with other articulate in the part on the protruding edge of arc, also form double-deck thickness, can effectively ensure compressive property, thereby ensure that composite hose connects after weight reduces by a wide margin, still have sufficient compressive property.

the outer surface of the inner aluminum wire 101 is coated with a contact film layer 102, the contact film layer 102 is made of a PP material, one surface of the contact film layer 102, which is in contact with the inner aluminum wire 101, is covered with a PA film, the thickness of the contact film layer 102 is 0.03mm, and the thickness of the PA film is 0.033 mm;
the outer surface of the contact film layer 102 is coated with a tensile cloth layer 103, the tensile cloth layer 103 is made of a woven cloth material, and the thickness of the tensile cloth layer 103 is 0.45 mm;

The nylon union 3 comprises a connecting nut 301 and a union joint 302, the connecting nut 301 is connected to the outer side of the corresponding aluminum inner screwed pipe 201 in a threaded connection mode, and the union joint 302 is fixedly connected to one side, which is not connected to the aluminum inner screwed pipe 201, of the connecting nut 301.
The end of the composite pipe body 1 is clamped in the interlayer formed by the aluminum inner spiral pipe 201 and the aluminum outer ring 202 through the corresponding Y-shaped sealing ring 6.
The interlayer formed by the aluminum inner solenoid 201 and the aluminum outer ring 202 is filled with an epoxy glue layer 7 in a sealing manner.
The weight data of the composite hose prepared in the above example are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the weight of the composite hose prepared by the present invention is greatly reduced compared to the weight of the conventional composite hose, and the weight of the composite hose body 1 prepared by the present invention is reduced by more than 80% compared to the weight of the conventional composite hose body; compared with the traditional composite hose, the overall weight of the composite hose prepared by the invention is reduced by more than 60%.
The composite hoses prepared in the above examples were subjected to quality tests, and the quality test reports are shown in tables 1 and 2:

Therefore, the invention can ensure that the composite hose still has enough bending performance and compression resistance after the weight is greatly reduced, and meets the requirements of product standards, industrial standards and actual use.
