A large-scale turntable walking wheel with an automatic compensation function comprises a walking wheel device, wherein a spring guide sleeve group in the walking wheel device comprises a first connecting plate fixedly connected with the turntable device so as to install the walking wheel device on the turntable device, and a plurality of spring guide sleeves of which the top ends are fixedly connected with the first connecting plate; the travelling wheel frame comprises a travelling wheel mounting plate, a dust scraping block mounting sleeve and a travelling wheel frame mounting plate, wherein the dust scraping block mounting sleeve is arranged on at least one side of the travelling wheel mounting plate along the travelling direction of the travelling wheel; a spring is nested in the spring guide sleeve, and the bottom end of the spring extends out of the spring guide sleeve and is in contact with the travelling wheel frame mounting plate; the spring group seat comprises a second connecting plate fixedly connected with a travelling wheel frame mounting plate of the travelling wheel frame and a guide sleeve nested with a corresponding spring guide sleeve. Furthermore, the inner wall of the bottom end of the guide sleeve is provided with a limiting groove, and the outer wall of the bottom end of the spring guide sleeve is provided with a limiting bulge which is in sliding fit with the limiting groove so that the spring guide sleeve can slide up and down relative to the guide sleeve and can limit the spring guide sleeve to be separated from the guide sleeve when the spring floats up and down.
Furthermore, the travelling wheel comprises a travelling wheel body, a bearing and an end cover, wherein the bearing is arranged in the travelling wheel body, the inner ring of the bearing penetrates through the travelling wheel shaft so as to install the travelling wheel body on the travelling wheel installation plate, and the end cover enables the bearing to be positioned.
Compared with the prior art, the large-scale turntable traveling wheel with the automatic compensation function has the beneficial effects that:
1. when the turntable device runs, the travelling wheel device automatically compensates the large-amplitude fluctuation caused by the low flatness of the turntable device and the track through the adjusting action of the spring, and meanwhile, the spring is more reliably arranged in the spring guide sleeve, so that the stable running of the turntable device is ensured;
2. the dust scraping block cleans sundries falling on the circular track, and the safe and stable operation of the travelling wheel device is ensured.
