The connecting sleeve convenient for locking two pipe fittings is characterized by comprising a thick pipe joint (100), a fastening sleeve (200) and a thin pipe joint (300), wherein the thin pipe joint (300) used for installing a triangular prism thin pipe fitting (500) is movably inserted into one end of the fastening sleeve (200), the thick pipe joint (100) used for installing a triangular prism thick pipe fitting (400) is movably inserted into one end, far away from the thin pipe joint (300), of the fastening sleeve (200), and the triangular prism thick pipe fitting (400) is sleeved on the triangular prism thin pipe fitting (500);
the connecting sleeve convenient for locking two pipe fittings comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of high-density polyethylene, 10-20 parts of short glass fiber, 2-4 parts of styrene, 1-3 parts of modifier, 1-2 parts of composite stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 part of silane coupling agent and 0.1-0.3 part of benzoyl peroxide;
the connecting sleeve convenient for locking two pipe fittings is prepared by the following steps:

step four: handheld adapter sleeve (200), rotatory adapter sleeve (200) for adapter sleeve (200) rotate on thick union coupling (100), tubule joint (300), and adapter sleeve (200) is at the pivoted in-process, and centre gripping leg (103) are extruded by stopper (202) of adapter sleeve (200) inside, and centre gripping leg (103) tightly centre gripping triangular prism thin pipe fitting (500) are connected the lock ring with triangular prism thin pipe fitting (500) and triangular prism thick pipe fitting (400).
5. A production process of a connecting sleeve convenient for locking two pipe fittings is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials according to the weight parts of the components;
step two: treating short glass fibers: soaking the short glass fiber in 1-2% aqueous solution of silane coupling agent for 10 min; drying the soaked short glass fiber at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 30min, and then heating to 130 ℃ for reaction for 30min to obtain the short glass fiber with the surface treated;
step three: preparing a high-density polyethylene mixed material: mixing high density polyethylene, modifier and styrene at a rotating speed of 1500r/min for 3min, adding benzoyl peroxide, continuously mixing for 3min, adding a composite stabilizer, and continuously mixing for 2min to obtain a high density polyethylene mixed material;
step four: preparing a thin pipe joint, a fastening sleeve and a thick pipe joint:
s1, adding the short glass fiber subjected to surface treatment into the high-density polyethylene mixed material, stirring at the rotating speed of 800r/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain a connecting sleeve production material;
s2, installing a simple impurity removal device on an extrusion port of the single-screw extruder;
s3, conveying the connecting sleeve production material into the single screw extruder, conveying the connecting sleeve production material into an impurity removal box by the operation of the single screw extruder, continuously conveying the connecting sleeve production material forwards, when the connecting sleeve production material contacts a filter plate, conveying the impurities with the particle size larger than the aperture of a filter screen on the filter plate and the large-particle connecting sleeve production material which are blocked by the filter plate and gathered in front of the filter plate, respectively extruding the connecting sleeve production material with the particle size smaller than the aperture of the filter screen on the filter plate into a first mold for producing a thin pipe joint, a second mold for producing a fastening sleeve and a third mold for producing a thick pipe joint through three discharge pipes on the impurity removal box, shaping under a vacuum environment, cutting off the rim charge, and respectively obtaining the thin pipe joint, the fastening sleeve and the thick pipe joint;
step five: and (3) assembling the thin pipe joint, the fastening sleeve and the thick pipe joint to obtain the connecting sleeve convenient for locking the two pipe fittings.
6. The process for producing a connecting sleeve convenient for locking two pipes as claimed in claim 5, wherein the temperature of the feeding section of the single screw extruder in the fourth step is 160-.

step three: impurities with the grain size larger than the aperture of the filter screen on the filter plate (10) and large-grain connecting sleeve production materials are blocked by the filter plate (10) and are gathered in front of the filter plate (10);
step four: along with the continuous transport connection sleeve production material of single screw extruder (600), can observe through observing mouth (8) that the gathering is more before filter (10), stop single screw extruder (600), pulling handle (4), handle (4) rise to seal board (9) rotation through wire (11) pulling, one end leaves edulcoration case (2) bottom inner wall, expose row's cinder pipe (7), the gathering is discharged from row's cinder pipe (7) at the impurity before filter (10), close and seal board (9), open single screw extruder (600) and repeat above process.
