s2: when larger precipitation occurs, a large amount of rainwater is mixed with a large amount of sundries to enter the well lid, the rainwater and some small sundries can flow away along the gap between the second water leakage hole (351) and the first water leakage hole (311), and some sundries with larger volume can be left on the baffle plate (31), because more sundries are accumulated on the baffle plate (31), the impact baffle plate (31) of the rainwater can be forced to move downwards, and meanwhile, the impact baffle plate (31) can move obliquely, so that the impact baffle plate (31) and the isolation plate (35) can change angles,
s3: the gap between the second water leakage hole (351) and the first water leakage hole (311) is enlarged, so that more rainwater flows in unit time, and meanwhile, sundries with larger volume also fall down, so that the well cover is prevented from being blocked;
s4: after the rainwater is finished, the baffle plate (31) automatically returns to the initial state under the action of the elastic force of the return spring (362).
