The above method has the following disadvantages: the high-pressure spunlace is used for reinforcement for many times, so that water resource waste and environmental pollution are caused, and the sustainable development of the environment is not facilitated.

s3: fine carding, namely feeding the semi-finished product B in the step S2 into an airflow carding machine through a conveying chain, and forming a semi-finished product C through high-speed fine carding;
s4: sterilizing, namely sterilizing the semi-finished product C in the step S3 to form a semi-finished product D;
s5: cutting, namely finishing and flattening the semi-finished product D, and cutting the semi-finished product D into required sizes through a lap former to form a semi-finished product E;
s6: and (5) packaging, namely packaging the semi-finished product E to form a finished product.
In the manufacturing process of the fiber and the non-woven fabric, the size of the short fiber/non-woven fabric in the step S1 is 1mm-600 mm.
In the manufacturing process of the fiber and the non-woven fabric, the semi-finished product C in the step S4 is sterilized by a high-temperature hot rolling mill.
According to the manufacturing process of the fiber and the non-woven fabric, the ratio of the warp tension to the weft tension of the semi-finished product C in the step S3 is 1: 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the polyethylene non-woven fabric prepared by the scheme has the advantages that the fabric surface gram weight is 5-60 g, the acid and alkali resistance is realized, the ratio of the warp tension to the weft tension is 1:1, the fabric surface is flawless, the fabric surface is smooth and flat, the uniformity is high, the tension and the extension reach the national standard, the air permeability reaches the standard, and the polyethylene non-woven fabric is suitable for: protective masks, protective clothing, barrier gowns, chemical protective clothing, tactical chemical protective clothing, cut tents, protection, cut protection, ballistic materials; because the fiber/non-woven fabric has high heat-conducting property, the fiber/non-woven fabric can be made into cool bedding and simple battlefield rest blankets, and can also be made into anti-stabbing clothes for military police, and can also provide protection guarantee for submarine facilities, and anti-cutting layers of optical cables and submarine pipes, and the like.
The invention not only can solve the needs of military police, but also has high application value for civil application.
