Abstract
The invention discloses a process and equipment for preparing coal water slurry and concentrating the same, wherein the high moisture coal is weighed by a meter and then sent into a coal water slurry mill, a medicament and water are added according to a set proportion, the coal slurry ground by the coal water slurry mill falls into a buffer tank through a vibrating screen, part of the coal slurry is pumped out from the buffer tank and sent into a skid-mounted superfine slurry preparation unit, the superfine slurry ground by a superfine mill is sent back to the coal water slurry mill, the superfine slurry and the high moisture coal are ground for the second time and then sent into the buffer tank through the vibrating screen, and the high moisture coal is sent into a slurry mixing system through a slurry conveying pump for post-treatment. The process and the equipment adopted by the invention realize the doping of the superfine slurry, improve the slurry accumulation efficiency, realize the preparation of the high-concentration water-coal-slurry by the high-moisture coal, and improve the boiler combustion efficiency and gasification efficiency of the gasification furnace of the water-coal-slurry.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a process and equipment for preparing coal water slurry by high-moisture coal and pulping and concentrating the coal water slurry.
Background
The coal water slurry is a novel, efficient and clean coal-based liquid fuel and a liquid gasification raw material for coal chemical industry, and is a mixture prepared from 60-65% of fine coal particles with different particle size distributions, about 34-39% of water and about 1% of chemical additives. The process and the equipment can prepare high-moisture coal into high-concentration fuel coal water slurry and gasified coal water slurry, and are a flow-state clean fuel and a coal chemical gasification raw material. China is wide in region and is influenced by geological conditions, coal quality of a part of mining areas is high in moisture, the concentration of the prepared fuel coal water slurry is about 56-60%, the concentration of gasified coal water slurry is about 55-60%, efficient combustion of a coal water slurry boiler and efficient gasification of a gasification furnace are seriously influenced, therefore, the concentration of the coal water slurry prepared from high-moisture coal needs to be improved, and the filling rate of slurry can be improved by adding superfine slurry, so that the concentration of the coal water slurry is improved by about 2-3%. The skid-mounted superfine slurry preparation unit can form a complete high-concentration coal slurry preparation production line with a coal slurry mill, so that the integral integrity of a new production line for preparing the coal slurry is realized, and the perfect reconstruction of the produced coal slurry preparation production line can also be realized.

(3) the superfine coal water slurry is proportionally mixed into a coal water slurry mill by a metering type slurry conveying pump according to a set proportion to be secondarily ground with high-moisture coal, and the superfine slurry is continuously filled, so that the slurry accumulation efficiency is improved, and the concentration purpose is achieved;
(4) and the coal water slurry overflowing from the slurry outlet of the coal water slurry mill is filtered and screened again by a vibrating screen to separate steel balls and impurities, then the separated coal water slurry is input into a buffer tank, the unqualified coal water slurry is conveyed to an unqualified slurry barrel, the unqualified coal water slurry is returned to the coal water slurry mill by a slurry conveying pump according to a set proportion to be ground again, and the qualified coal water slurry is conveyed to a slurry mixing system to be subjected to aftertreatment to obtain qualified fuel coal water slurry and gasified coal water slurry.
The beneficial effects are as follows: the process and the equipment adopted by the invention increase the slurry accumulation efficiency through the doping of the fine slurry, thereby realizing the concentration of the coal water slurry prepared by high-moisture coal, and improve the combustion efficiency and gasification efficiency of the coal water slurry through the concentration.
