The preparation method comprises the following steps: naphthenic base crude oil is used as a raw material, a normal pressure distillation device is used for distillation, normal two-line oil is selected, the distillation range is controlled at the temperature of 240-360 ℃, the flash point of the selected components is more than or equal to 120 ℃, the viscosity at 40 ℃ is in the range of 7-10mm/s, the condensation point is controlled to be lower than-25 ℃, and the cut product is the special oil for the porous granular ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive. The special oil for the porous granular ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive has high flash point, can effectively reduce the possibility of spontaneous combustion of oil products in the production and transportation processes, has low condensation point, can resist the low temperature of more than 25 ℃ below zero, and has high oil absorption rate and low cost.

Background
The porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is a novel explosive and is prepared by mixing porous ammonium nitrate and common diesel oil, but the common diesel oil has a low flash point (45-65 ℃), belongs to dangerous chemicals, and has high purchasing cost and strict storage requirements. Especially in winter, the use of low-grade diesel oil (higher management and purchase cost and poorer safety) at outdoor temperature is also considered. Meanwhile, most components of the additives contained in diesel oil in the market have no benefit on the production of the ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive, and individual components can play a role in inhibiting the explosion process to influence the explosion effect. In addition, the diesel oil has poor safety in the production and transportation of the ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive. In the outdoor high-temperature burning rock area, spontaneous combustion is easily caused.

(4) the material cost is low: the price is equivalent to that of diesel oil, but the price is lower than the average price of diesel oil used in winter and summer, the key addition usage proportion is greatly reduced (the addition proportion of the original diesel oil is higher than 6%, and the addition proportion of the special oil for the porous granular ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is below 5.5%), thereby the cost is greatly reduced compared with the original diesel oil.
