Compared with the prior art, the paper peeling device has the advantages that the paper at the arc-shaped roller can be quickly peeled off under the working condition of high vehicle speed by arranging the grooves on the arc-shaped roller, the arch height range of the arc-shaped roller is limited, the arc-shaped roller can adapt to the ultra-wide paper web width, and the height of the arc-shaped roller can be more conveniently adjusted by arranging the adjusting seat.
