Description

Automatic lifesaving bracelet of pressure control
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water life saving, and particularly relates to a pressure control automatic life saving bracelet.
Background
As the living standard of people increases, more and more people begin to pay attention to physical exercise. Swimming as a whole-body exercise is increasingly popular with all age classes, and the people who keep swimming can shape muscle lines, strengthen muscle strength, improve bone and exercise heart and lung ability. In addition to that diving has begun to be pursued by many young people as an extreme sport. However, when people use water to exercise bodies and pursue stimulation or underwater work, some dangerous emergencies such as cramping of hands and feet, weakness of limbs and the like are inevitable. A plurality of drowning events occur every year, and particularly, children drown, so that great loss is caused to the children and the family.
As for the existing commonly used life-saving equipment, such as a life buoy or a life jacket, the life buoy or life jacket has the limitations of overlarge volume, long inflation time and the like, is inconvenient to carry in the swimming process, and cannot play a role in diving or underwater operation. Moreover, once an emergency situation, such as a flood or a water fall due to foot loss, the conventional lifesaving equipment cannot fully play a lifesaving role, and the life safety of the distressed people cannot be guaranteed. Moreover, some swimming enthusiasts do not use life buoys or life jackets in the process of swimming and relaxing again, and drowning accidents are easy to happen once emergencies occur.
At present, some lifesaving bracelets have appeared in the market, work in a mode of inflating an air bag by a compressed air tank, and a starting mode is basically limited to manual operation. The electronic bracelet has a complex structure and high manufacturing cost. As for some life saving bracelets appearing on the market at present, there are following various drawbacks:
1. the compressed gas tank is generally made of metal, has large mass and volume, and influences the underwater activities of users.
2. The manual starting mode cannot sufficiently cope with emergency situations, such as the situation that children fall into water or people falling into water lose consciousness and the like and cannot save themselves.
3. The electron bracelet structure is complicated, and the cost is high, uses the risk that has the short circuit that leaks under water, and the reliability is not enough.
4. The repeated use of the compressed gas tank needs the additional inflating equipment, and the compressed gas tank is not easy to carry.
Therefore, a life-saving bracelet which is convenient to carry, simple in structure and capable of being automatically triggered according to environmental requirements is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a life-saving bracelet to solve the technical problems that existing life-saving equipment is large in size, not easy to carry, and lack of a self-starting function. The life-saving bracelet provided by the invention has two starting modes of manual operation and automatic operation, and in addition, the starting depth of the bracelet can be adjusted, so that the life-saving bracelet can be automatically started at different depths below the water surface. When a user has an accident during swimming or carelessly falls into water with the user, the trigger device can be manually opened for self rescue. When the carrier loses the ability of independently opening the trigger device, after the body sinks to a certain degree, the pressure control trigger device can be automatically started along with the increase of the pressure in water, the gas generating device immediately generates a large amount of gas to fill the folding air bag, and the folding air bag can be used for the carrier to float on the water surface after being inflated to wait for rescue.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a pressure control automatic life saving bracelet, comprising: pressure control trigger device, gas generating device, folding gasbag, frenulum, one-way pipe, thin breather hose, thick breather hose. The pressure control trigger device and the gas generating device are both arranged on the lacing tape through clamping grooves, and the folding air bag is arranged at the upper parts of the pressure control trigger device and the gas generating device;
the two corresponding sides of the gas generating device are respectively provided with a gas output end, each gas output end is connected with a coarse ventilation hose, and the gas output end of the coarse ventilation hose is connected with the folding airbag; a one-way conduit and a fine vent hose are arranged between the pressure control trigger device and the gas generating device; the one-way catheter and the fine vent hose are used for communicating the pressure control trigger device and the gas generating device;
the pressure control trigger device comprises an induction piston, a sealing ring, a spring, an adjusting piston and an adjusting bolt; the induction piston is connected with one end of the adjusting piston through a spring; the other end of the adjusting piston is connected with the adjusting bolt through threads; sealing rings are respectively arranged on the induction piston and the adjusting piston; the sealing rings are respectively used for sealing the inlets of the one-way catheter and the fine vent hose;
reactants are placed in the gas generating device and react violently after contacting with water to generate a large amount of gas, and the gas is used for expanding the folded airbag; the spring and the adjusting bolt in the pressure control trigger device are used for adjusting the starting depth of the life-saving bracelet, so that the life-saving bracelet can be automatically started at different depths below the water surface;
the pressure control trigger device can be triggered manually or automatically according to the environmental pressure;
a layer of PTFE membrane is arranged between the gas generating device and the gas channel of the folded airbag, so that reactants in the gas generating device are limited in the gas generating device, and gas generated in the gas generating device can rapidly enter the folded airbag.
Furthermore, the pressure control trigger device and the gas generating device are connected with the fine vent hose through the one-way conduit.
Further, the reactant is sodium peroxide.
Furthermore, the two ends of the lace are connected in a buckling and buckling hole matching mode.
Furthermore, the gas generating device and the folded airbag are both made of heat-resistant materials.
Has the advantages that:
(1) the utility model provides a lifesaving bracelet to solve current lifesaving equipment bulky, be difficult for carrying, lack technical problem such as self-starting function. The life-saving bracelet provided by the invention has two starting modes of manual operation and automatic operation, in addition, the starting depth of the bracelet can be adjusted, the life-saving bracelet can be automatically started at different depths below the water surface, and the problem that the bracelet cannot be normally started when a child without self-rescue ability falls into water or a carrier is in a hurry is effectively solved.
(2) The gas generating device and the folding airbag are made of heat-resistant materials, so that the gas generating device has good elasticity, good physical properties and good mechanical strength, and is beneficial to the comfort and safety of users; meanwhile, the high-temperature resistant air bag is high in temperature resistance, high in strength and impact resistant, and is favorable for the reliability of the air bag.
