As shown in fig. 14 and 15, it should be noted that, for the connection relationship between the adjusting panel 40 and the front panel 10b, a frame 11 is disposed at the front side of the front panel 10b and can accommodate the adjusting panel 40, the frame 11 limits the adjusting panel 40 from disengaging, and the adjusting panel 40 can move in the frame 11, and different positions of the adjusting panel 40 in the frame 11 can be adjusted, and one of the pen insertion holes 41 can be selected to correspond to the pen inlet hole b 1.
The frame 11 includes an annular member 11d bent inward, and an annular notch h is formed between the annular member 11d and the front panel 10b, and at least a part of the outer edge of the adjustment panel 40 is located in the annular notch h.
The upper surface of the adjustment panel 40 is flush with the upper surface of the bezel 11. So as to ensure that the surface formed by the adjusting panel 40 and the frame 11 is smooth and coherent, and has more integrity.
The trigger switch 20 is a contact type trigger switch or a non-contact type trigger switch. For a touch trigger switch, the specific scheme is as follows: as shown in fig. 5, 6, 8, 9 and 13, the trigger switch 20 includes a movable trigger 21 and a switch 22; when the movable trigger piece 21 touches the switch 22, the electric pencil sharpening mechanism 30 is started; when the movable trigger 21 leaves the switch 22, the electric pencil sharpening mechanism 30 is turned off. In actual operation, a pencil is inserted into the pencil feeding channel 101, the outer wall of the pencil is touched to displace the movable trigger 21 slightly to touch the switch 22, and then the electric pencil sharpening mechanism 30 is started to sharpen the pencil.
The trigger switch 20 is movable, and the position of the trigger switch 20 is adjusted so that the outer walls of pencils with different outer diameters touch the trigger switch 20.
More specifically, the cutting trigger system in this case includes a switch base 23 for mounting the trigger switch 20, a front panel 10b having a pen inlet hole b1, and an adjustment panel 40 having a pen insertion hole 41 with a different caliber, wherein the switch base 23 is located on the inner side of the front panel 10b, and the adjustment panel 40 is movably located on the outer side of the front panel 10 b.
When the adjusting panel 40 moves to align the selected pen inserting hole 41 into the pen channel 101, the position of the switch seat 23 is adaptively adjusted to enable the outer wall of the pencil with different outer diameter to trigger the trigger switch 20. The calibers of the pencil insertion holes 41 are different, so that a user can conveniently cut pencils with different thicknesses.
As shown in fig. 13 and 15, what needs to be further expanded for the adaptive adjustment of the position of the switch seat 23 is that an adjusting piece c1 is fixedly arranged on the switch seat 23, a waist-shaped adjusting hole c2 is arranged on the front panel 10b, a curved sliding chute c3 is arranged on the adjusting panel 40, the adjusting piece c1 penetrates through the waist-shaped adjusting hole c2 and extends into the curved sliding chute c3, and the switch seat 23 moves to different positions of the waist-shaped adjusting hole c2 along with the adjusting panel 40.
In the practical application process, three pen inserting holes 41 with different outer diameters are formed and are positioned on the same straight line; correspondingly, the curved sliding groove c3 comprises three groove positions which are not on the same straight line, and the adjusting piece c1 penetrates through the waist-shaped adjusting hole c2 and extends into the curved sliding groove c 3. The adjusting panel 40 slides to make the curved sliding groove c3 push the adjusting piece c1 to move slightly, and then the position of the switch seat 23 is properly adjusted, so that the outer walls of pencils with different outer diameters can trigger the trigger switch 20 to cut the pencils. The touch here can be either a physical touch or an inductive touch.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 13, the front end of the movable trigger 21 is provided with an arc contact surface 21s fitting the outer wall of the pencil. The arc contact surface 21s is adapted to the outer wall of the pencil so that the pencil can more fully touch the movable trigger 21.
