Preferably, the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a fixed sleeve, the lower side wall of the cavity is fixedly provided with a support rod, the support rod is hinged with a rotating lever, a return spring is connected between the spiral fixed block and the second belt wheel, a sliding plate is connected in the sliding cavity in a sliding manner, and a spiral groove and a vertical groove are formed in the spiral groove.
