s3, blow-compression mold assembly: adding the silica gel mixed in the step S2 into a hot melt machine 4, blowing the silica gel in a molten state into a die spotting machine through a die head 41 on the hot melt machine 4 to expand, controlling the film forming thickness of the silica gel within 40 mu m by using a blow molding stretching mode, simultaneously dividing a cylindrical silica gel film formed by blow molding into four equal parts by ribs of the die head 41, respectively corresponding to four side surfaces of the die spotting machine, pressing the cylindrical silica gel film into a flat film surface through a roll shaft 43, and preliminarily forming the shape of a vibrating diaphragm adhesive tape by the pressed silica gel film on the die spotting machine under the action of a pressing die 2; the method has the advantages that the method of blow molding is used for replacing injection molding of the silica gel vibrating diaphragm to prepare a vibrating diaphragm product with thinner thickness, so that a better performance effect of the silica gel vibrating diaphragm is obtained, the cylindrical silica gel diaphragm obtained by blow molding is cut by the mold closing machine, the interference of the blow molding film forming process on the vibrating diaphragm forming is avoided, and meanwhile, the production efficiency of the silica gel vibrating diaphragm is improved;
s4, rolling and shaping: the vibrating diaphragm adhesive tape preliminarily formed in the step S3 is transmitted to the collecting tank 6, the bulge 31 on the surface of the roller diaphragm column 3 on the collecting tank 6 is attached to the shape of the silica gel vibrating diaphragm and acts with the vibrating diaphragm part on the silica gel diaphragm, and the silica gel vibrating diaphragm is finally shaped; the silica gel vibrating diaphragm is shaped through the bulge 31 on the roller diaphragm column 3, so that the vibrating diaphragm shape in the processing deformation of the silica gel diaphragm is ensured;

The silica gel diaphragm adhesive tape comprises 55 parts of vinyl silicone resin, 35 parts of hydrogen-containing vinyl silicone oil, 3 parts of a catalyst, 1 part of an inhibitor and 2 parts of a tackifier, wherein the catalyst comprises dimethyl polysiloxane and polyarylester which are used immediately after being prepared by field reaction, and is mixed to form a raw material for preparing the silica gel diaphragm; the water content of the polyarylate in the catalyst needs to be kept within 0.02% in use, otherwise, the action effect of the catalyst can be damaged, and the catalyst components are synthesized on site in the preparation of the raw materials, so that the loss of the catalytic effect in the raw materials is avoided, and the preparation of the silica gel diaphragm adhesive tape is ensured.
When the silica gel vibrating diaphragm works, an acoustic signal needs to be accurately transmitted in acoustic application, and the silica gel vibrating diaphragm has higher requirements on performance parameters; producing a silicon film in a blow molding mode through an arranged mold closing machine, guiding the blown silicon film into four sides through an air opening 51 arranged on a prismatic table 5, respectively cutting the blown silicon film into single membranes by matching with a prismatic strip 42, carrying out preliminary membrane molding on the membranes through a pressing die 2 on the mold closing machine, dividing the blown membranes into four parts before the membrane molding, finally taking the membranes out through the traction action of a roller membrane column 3 on the membranes, and shaping the membranes on the membranes through bulges 31 on the roller membrane column 3; the supporting balls 421 arranged at the top ends of the ribs 42 are supported on the support blocks 422 of the frame 1, when silica gel diaphragms with different specifications are switched and produced, the ribs 42 on the support blocks 422 are directly replaced, so that the specifications of the silica gel diaphragms switched and produced by the die spotting machine are reached, the roll shafts 43 arranged between the top ends of the ribs 42 assist the silica gel diaphragms to be guided to the pressing dies 2 of the die spotting machine, and the pressing process of the silica gel diaphragms by the die spotting machine is stabilized; the transmission wheel shell 432 is arranged on the roller shaft 43, the roller shaft 43 actively pulls out the divided diaphragms under the driving of the servo motor 13, the interference of the traction force difference between the roller diaphragm columns 3 on the silica gel diaphragms produced in the pressing die 2 is avoided, and meanwhile, the accurate driving of the servo motor 13 by a controller is utilized to maintain the surface tension of each divided diaphragm; the spoiler 44 arranged on the rib 42 separates the air flow of the adjacent air opening 51 on the prism table 5, and the air flow blown out of the adjacent air opening 51 on the prism table 5 is adjusted through the swinging of the spoiler 44 by the shaft column 441, so that the blow molding effect on the split silicone film is balanced, and the thickness of the silicone film formed by blow molding is further stabilized; a blade 45 arranged on the sharp edge of the ridge 42 ensures that the divided membrane is in a fixed position on the blown silicone membrane, and the blade tips 451 protruding from the blade 45 prevent the silicone membrane under the bulging condition from being not divided; the directional air cylinder 21 arranged between the pressing films is driven to cooperate with the shaft rod 23 which is rotatably arranged on the frame 1, so that the pressing process of the silica gel film in the pressing film 2 is in a stable range, and the thickness variation range of the produced silica gel vibrating diaphragm is reduced.

Claims (7)

1. A preparation method of a silica gel diaphragm adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, silicon material preparation: vinyl silicone resin is selected as a main material of silica gel, the viscosity of the vinyl silicone resin is 10000mPa & s, the mass fraction of vinyl is 1-3%, hydrogen-containing vinyl silicone oil, the mass fraction of active hydrogen is more than 1%, the viscosity of the hydrogen-containing vinyl silicone oil is more than 15000mPa & s, an inhibitor and a tackifier are added, and finally a reaction catalyst is added;
s2, mixing and forming glue: adding the raw materials selected and matched in the step S1 into a stirring kettle, controlling the temperature in the stirring kettle within 280 ℃, maintaining the pressure in the stirring kettle at 1.5-1.8bar, circularly changing the temperature in the reaction kettle within 220 ℃ to 280 ℃ in the operation process of the stirring kettle, changing the temperature at the speed of 2 ℃/min, and operating for 2-3h to obtain qualified mixed silica gel;
s3, blow-compression mold assembly: adding the silica gel mixed in the step S2 into a hot melt machine (4), blowing the silica gel in a molten state into a die spotting machine through a die head (41) on the hot melt machine (4) to expand, controlling the film forming thickness of the silica gel within 40 mu m by using a blow molding stretching mode, simultaneously dividing a cylindrical silica gel film blown out by using ribs (42) of the die head (41) into four equal parts which respectively correspond to four side surfaces of the die spotting machine and are pressed into a flat film surface through a roll shaft (43), and preliminarily forming the shape of the vibrating diaphragm adhesive tape by using the pressed silica gel film under the action of a pressing die (2) on the die spotting machine;
s4, rolling and shaping: conveying the vibrating diaphragm adhesive tape preliminarily formed in the step S3 to a collecting tank (6), fitting the shape of the silica gel vibrating diaphragm through a bulge (31) on the surface of the roller diaphragm column (3) on the collecting tank (6), and acting with the vibrating diaphragm part on the silica gel diaphragm to finally shape the silica gel vibrating diaphragm;
the die spotting machine in the S3 comprises a frame (1), a die (2), a roller film column (3) and a controller; a hot melting machine (4) is arranged at the bottom of the rack (1), and a frustum-shaped die head (41) is arranged on the hot melting machine (4); four conical edges of the die head (41) are provided with convex ribs (42), and sharp edges on the ribs (42) extend along the conical edges of the die head (41); an inverted frustum pyramid (5) is arranged above the die head (41), air ports (51) are arranged on four edges of the top end of the frustum pyramid (5), and an air pipe (52) is arranged in the middle of the frustum pyramid (5); corresponding pressing dies (2) are respectively arranged above the air openings (51) of the prismatic tables (5), the pressing dies (2) are installed on the rack (1), and the silica gel film is pressed into the shape of the vibrating diaphragm through the pressing dies (2); an air pump (11) communicated to an air pipe (52) is arranged at the top end of the rack (1), cylinder shafts (12) rotatably mounted are arranged on four sides of the top end of the rack (1), and collecting tanks (6) are arranged on four sides of the rack (1) corresponding to the cylinder shafts (12); a roll film column (3) is arranged on the collecting tank (6), and a bulge (31) corresponding to the shape of the vibrating diaphragm is arranged on the roll film column (3); the controller controls the operation of the air pump (11) and the roller film column (3).
