Referring to fig. 7, the adjusting assembly 61 is composed of a pressing element 611, a clamping cavity 612, positioning rods 613 and a housing 614, the clamping cavity 612 is disposed at the middle position of the top of the pressing element 611, the positioning rods 613 are disposed at the left and right sides of the clamping cavity 612, the bottoms of the positioning rods 613 are fixedly fastened to the left and right ends of the pressing element 611, the pressing element 611 is vertically embedded in the housing 614 at the middle position, the die head is fixedly mounted on the clamping cavity 612, and the pressing element 611 is adjusted so that the positioning rods 613 move outward to release the die head, thereby ensuring that a worker can rapidly replace the die head and improving the rubber granulating efficiency.
Referring to fig. 8, the pressing element 611 is composed of a movable elastic rod 6111, a fixing groove 6112, a pressing push rod 6113 and a fastening press plate 6114, the movable elastic rod 6111 is disposed at the middle position of the fixing groove 6112, the movable elastic rod 6111 penetrates through the fixing groove 6112 and is connected to the fastening press plate 6114, the fastening press plate 6114 is disposed on the left side and the right side of the pressing push rod 6113, the fastening press plate 6114 is mounted at the middle position of the fixing groove 6112, the movable elastic rod 6113 is movably pressed, so that the movable elastic rod 6111 drives the fastening press plate 6114 to slide outwards, and the pressing push rod 6113 is loosened, so that the clamping cavity 612 can replace and take the die head, and the replacement efficiency of the die.
Referring to fig. 9, the clamping cavity 612 is composed of a movable rod 6121, a fixed shaft 6122, buffering members 6123 and a pressing elastic plate 6124, the movable rod 6121 and the buffering members 6123 form a parallel structure, the buffering members 6123 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the pressing elastic plate 6124, the pressing elastic plate 6124 is installed on the buffering members 6123 through the fixed shaft 6122, the middle position of each buffering member 6123 is tightly attached to the corresponding pressing elastic plate 6124, the die head is vertically installed at the middle position of the corresponding pressing elastic plate 6124, the movable rod 6121 is pulled outwards, the die head is taken out to be replaced, the die head is protected, and the installation accuracy of the die head and the rubber granulation efficiency are improved.
The working principle of the above technical solution is explained as follows:
when the granulating device is used, a rubber material is conveyed into a granulating cavity 9 through a feed hopper 3, water vapor in the rubber material is treated and discharged through an exhaust device 4, the granulating cavity 9 is extruded and granulated through a roller on a roller seat 1, a replacing device 6 is used for replacing a granulating cutter frame 5 according to the size of the rubber material needing granulating, then the granulating cutter frame 5 is used for granulating the rubber material, and extruded rubber granules are discharged into a granule containing barrel 8 through a granule outlet 7, so that the granulating efficiency of the rubber is ensured.
When the rubber material is exhausted, the screw push block 441 moves on the slide rail 442 to push the water vapor in the granulation chamber 9 to the inside of the push groove 443 through the screw push block 441, the push groove 443 is communicated with the inside of the exhaust pipe 43, the screw push block 441 moves upwards to convey the gas in the push groove 443 to the inside of the exhaust pipe 43, the adsorption plate 414 and the drying assembly 412 are used for treating and adsorbing the moisture in the water vapor, so that most of moisture is treated, the hot air in the hot air guide 4133 is conveyed to the inside of the hot air guide 4133 through the hot air pipe 413, the hot air in the hot air guide 4133 is uniformly conveyed to the inside of the exhaust pipe 43 through the shunting block 4132 in equal quantity, the moisture in the granulation chamber 9 is rapidly discharged, the rubber material is kept dry, the rubber is prevented from being scattered in the granulating process, and the granulating quality and the granulating effect of the rubber are improved.
When the rubber material is cut into particles, the die head is fixedly arranged on the pressing elastic plate 6124, then the die head is assisted by the buffer part 6123 to work, the phenomenon of shaking of the die head during working is prevented, when the die head needs to be replaced, the pressing push rod 6113 is adjusted to move downwards, the two fastening pressing plates 6114 are outwards sprung, the pressing elastic plate 6124 is driven by the movable rod 6121 to be outwards pulled open to loosen the die head, so that the die head can be quickly replaced, can protect the die head in the replacement process to prevent the die head from being damaged, clamps the replaced die head by the clamp plate 62 and the positioning rod 613 after the die head is replaced, the die head is driven by the rotating block 64 to adjust the position, so that the die head can adjust the size according to the grain size of the rubber, the quick replacement efficiency and the installation accuracy of the die head are higher, and the rubber granulation efficiency is improved.
The problem to be solved by the invention is that when rubber is granulated, a large amount of water vapor is generated in the granulating cavity due to the overlarge moisture content in the rubber material, and the water vapor in the granulating cavity cannot be rapidly discharged through the exhaust holes in the granulating cavity, so that a large amount of water vapor is generated in the rubber material, the granulated rubber is easy to disperse, and the granulating quality of the rubber is reduced; in the process of granulation, when extrusion molding is carried out according to particles with different sizes, die heads with different extrusion sizes are required to be used, and when the die heads are replaced, the die head is required to be frequently disassembled and replaced by workers, so that the die head is damaged, the invention can realize that the gas in the pushing groove is conveyed into the exhaust pipe by the combination of the components, the moisture in the water vapor is treated and adsorbed by the adsorption plate and the drying component, the hot air pipe is connected with the hot air guide part, hot air in the hot air guide part is uniformly conveyed into the exhaust pipe in an equivalent manner through the flow dividing block, water vapor in the granulation cavity is quickly discharged, the rubber is prevented from scattering in the granulation process, and the granulation quality and granulation effect of the rubber are improved; when changing the die head, the push rod is pressed in the adjustment and activity downwards, outwards pops open two lock clamp plates, and the movable rod drives to compress tightly and pops the board outwards and pull open and loosen the die head for the die head can carry out quick replacement, and prevents that the phenomenon of damage from appearing in the die head, when changing the back, carries out the clamp with clamp board and locating lever to the die head after changing and presss from both sides tightly, makes the quick replacement efficiency and the installation precision of die head higher, improves the granulation efficiency of rubber.
