The polystyrene board, also known as foam board and EPS board, is a white object which is made up by using expandable polystyrene beads containing volatile liquid foaming agent through the processes of heating, prefoaming and heating-forming in mould, and has the structural characteristics of microfine closed pores, and is mainly used for building wall body, roof heat-insulating, composite board heat-insulating, cold storage, air-conditioner, vehicle and ship heat-insulating, floor heating and decorative carving, etc. When the polystyrene board is produced, the raw materials in a molten state are extruded and then cooled to form, but the width of the discharge port is fixed, so that the width of the board extruded from the discharge port is the same, the boards with different widths cannot be produced, and different building requirements cannot be met.
