s3, cooling and conveying: two ice blocks are respectively placed on a cooling drawer frame (12) and a placing net (24), cold air emitted from the two ice blocks is blown to the upper end face and the lower end face of a waterproof coiled material by a working air pump (16) and an operating air pump (32), the waterproof coiled material is driven to convey rightwards by a traction electric roller (5), water drops melted on the surfaces of the ice blocks on the placing net (24) are concentrated in a cooling bag set (36), and the cooling bag set (36) filled with ice water is used for attaching and cooling the upper end face of the waterproof coiled material;
s4, collecting: after the waterproof coiled material is cooled, the waterproof coiled material is collected on the traction electric roller (5) in a winding mode.
