Therefore, a hat rack chassis polishing device which is simple to operate, capable of improving the working efficiency and saving manpower during operation needs to be developed.

In order to overcome the defects that the operation process is complicated, the working efficiency is low and the labor is consumed during the operation in the mode, the invention provides the hat rack chassis polishing device which is simple to operate, can improve the working efficiency and saves the labor during the operation.

Preferably, the fixing mechanism comprises a mounting frame which is connected to the top of the base, and the middle part of the mounting frame is connected with a hollow screw through threads; the fixed disc is connected with the inner lower part of the hollow screw in a sliding way; the buffer spring is connected between the fixed disc and the hollow screw; the return spring is connected between the hollow screw and the mounting frame; the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to one side of the mounting frame, and the bottom of the rotating shaft is connected with the first gear; and the two third gears are respectively connected to the upper part of the rotating shaft and the hollow screw rod and are meshed with each other.
Preferably, the polishing device also comprises a polishing mechanism, the polishing mechanism comprises a sliding seat, one side of the top of the base is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding groove is connected with the sliding seat in a sliding manner, and a tension spring is connected between the sliding seat and the inner wall of the sliding groove; the arc-shaped grinding plate is connected to the top of the sliding seat; the guide frame is connected to one side, close to the arc-shaped grinding plate, of the top of the base, a guide rod is connected to the guide frame in a sliding mode, and the guide rod is connected with the hollow screw; and the wedge block is connected to the arc-shaped grinding plate and matched with the guide rod.
Preferably, the cleaning device also comprises a cleaning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a mounting plate which is connected to one side of the lower part of the arc-shaped grinding plate close to the rotating disc; the two conveying mechanisms are respectively connected to the two sides of the mounting plate in a rotating mode, and conveying belts are wound on the conveying mechanisms; the two threaded sleeves are respectively connected to one sides, far away from each other, of the two side conveying mechanisms; the threaded rods are arranged in two ways, the two threaded rods are connected to two sides of the top of the base respectively, and the threaded rods on two sides are matched with the threaded sleeves on two sides respectively.
(3) Advantageous effects
1. According to the invention, the driving mechanism and the fixing mechanism are matched to operate, and then the hat and coat stand chassis is polished by manually holding polishing paper, so that the effect of polishing the hat and coat stand chassis is achieved.
2. According to the hat rack chassis polishing device, the hat rack chassis is polished through the polishing mechanism, manual polishing paper is not needed to be held by hands for polishing, and manpower is effectively saved.
3. The invention only needs to place the chassis and then start the driving mechanism to operate during operation, has simple operation and effectively improves the working efficiency.

First embodiment
A grinding device for a hat rack chassis is shown in figures 1-2 and comprises a base 1, supporting legs 2 and a rotary disc 3, wherein the supporting legs 2 are connected to the bottom of the base 1, the rotary disc 3 is connected to the middle of the top of the base 1 in a rotating mode, a driving mechanism 4 and a fixing mechanism 5 are further included, the driving mechanism 4 is arranged between the base 1 and the rotary disc 3, and the fixing mechanism 5 is arranged on the base 1.
The driving mechanism 4 comprises a speed reducing motor 401, a first gear 402 and a second gear 403, the speed reducing motor 401 is installed on the front side of the bottom of the base 1, an output shaft of the speed reducing motor 401 penetrates through the base 1 to be connected with the first gear 402, the transmission shaft of the rotary disc 3 is connected with the second gear 403, and the second gear 403 is meshed with the first gear 402.
Fixing mechanism 5 is including mounting bracket 501, hollow screw 502, fixed disk 503, buffer spring 504, reset spring 505, pivot 506 and third gear 507, base 1 top is connected with mounting bracket 501, there is hollow screw 502 at the middle part of mounting bracket 501 through threaded connection, lower part sliding type is connected with fixed disk 503 in hollow screw 502, be connected with buffer spring 504 between fixed disk 503 top and the hollow screw 502 bottom, be connected with reset spring 505 between hollow screw 502 and the mounting bracket 501, the rotatory pivot 506 that is connected with in mounting bracket 501 front side, pivot 506 bottom is connected with first gear 402, all be connected with third gear 507 on pivot 506 upper portion and the hollow screw 502, two third gear 507 intermeshing.
When the hat rack chassis needs to be polished, the device can be used, firstly, a user can place the chassis on the rotary disc 3, then the speed reduction motor 401 is started to drive the first gear 402 to rotate, the first gear 402 rotates to drive the rotary disc 3 to rotate through the second gear 403, the rotary disc 3 rotates to drive the chassis to rotate, the first gear 402 also drives the rotating shaft 506 to rotate when rotating, the rotating shaft 506 rotates to drive the hollow screw 502 to rotate through the third gear 507, the hollow screw 502 moves downwards through the mounting rack 501 when rotating, the hollow screw 502 moves downwards to drive the fixed disc 503 to move downwards, when the fixed disc 503 moves downwards to be in contact with the chassis, the fixed disc 503 does not move downwards, at the moment, the hollow screw 502 continues to move downwards to enable the buffer spring 504 to be compressed, at the moment, polishing paper can be held by hands to be attached to the side edge of the chassis, so that polishing is performed through the rotation of the chassis, when the buffer spring 504 is compressed to the limit, the chassis is also polished, the speed reducing motor 401 can be turned off, the hollow screw 502 and the fixed disc 503 reset under the action of the return spring 505 and the buffer spring 504, and the polished chassis is taken out, so that the chassis can be polished.
Second embodiment
On the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the polishing device 6 is further included, the polishing device 6 includes a sliding seat 602, an arc-shaped polishing plate 603, a tension spring 604, a guide frame 605, a guide rod 606 and a wedge block 607, two sliding grooves 601 are formed in the rear side of the top of the base 1, the sliding seat 602 is connected in the sliding groove 601, the tension spring 604 is connected between the sliding seat 602 and the inner wall of the sliding groove 601, the arc-shaped polishing plate 603 is connected between the tops of the sliding seats 602 on the two sides, the guide frame 605 is connected on the rear side of the top of the base 1, the guide rod 606 is connected in the sliding groove 605, the guide rod 606 is connected with the hollow screw 502, the wedge block 607 is connected on the arc-shaped polishing plate 603, and the wedge block 607 is matched with the guide rod 606.
The hollow screw 502 also drives the guide rod 606 to move downwards when moving downwards, the guide frame 605 plays a guiding role, when the guide rod 606 moves downwards to be in contact with the wedge block 607, the fixed disc 503 presses the chassis, at this time, the guide rod 606 continues to move downwards to push the arc grinding plate 603 to move forwards through the inclined plane on the wedge block 607, the tension spring 604 is stretched, when the arc grinding plate 603 moves forwards to be in contact with the chassis, the chassis can be ground, and thus, the chassis is not needed to be ground by manually holding the grinding paper, and manpower is effectively saved.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the polishing machine further comprises a cleaning mechanism 7, the cleaning mechanism 7 comprises a mounting plate 701, a transmission mechanism 702, a conveyor belt 703, a threaded sleeve 704 and a threaded rod 705, the mounting plate 701 is connected to the front side of the lower portion of the arc-shaped grinding plate 603, the transmission mechanisms 702 are rotatably connected to the left side and the right side of the mounting plate 701 respectively, the conveyor belt 703 is wound on the transmission mechanism 702, the threaded sleeve 704 is connected to one side of the transmission mechanisms 702 away from each other, the threaded rod 705 is connected to the left side and the right side of the top of the base 1, and the threaded rods 705 on the two sides are respectively matched with the threaded sleeves 704 on the two sides.
Arc grinds board 603 and still drives mounting panel 701 and move forward when moving forward, mounting panel 701 moves forward and drives all devices on it and move forward together, back in threaded rod 705 inserts threaded sleeve 704, threaded sleeve 704 continues to move and can rotate through threaded rod 705, threaded rod 705 rotates and drives conveyer belt 703 through transport mechanism 702 and rotate, the saw-dust that arc ground board 603 fell when polishing can fall on conveyer belt 703, conveyer belt 703 can move away the saw-dust on it when rotating, so, just can avoid the saw-dust to fall and still need clean once more on base 1.
