Referring to fig. 9, the adjusting mechanism 29 includes a second screw rod bracket 48, the second screw rod bracket 48 is fixedly connected to two ends of the second slide rail 28, a second adjusting screw rod 49 is installed in the second screw rod bracket 48, the second adjusting screw rod 49 is rotatably connected to the second screw rod bracket 48, a threaded sleeve 51 is connected to the second adjusting screw rod 49 in a threaded manner, a connecting rod 52 is welded to the upper end of the threaded sleeve 51, the upper end of the connecting rod 52 is fixedly connected to the movable plate 24, and a second hand wheel 50 is installed at a port of the second adjusting screw rod 49 located at the outer side of the second screw rod bracket 48.
Referring to fig. 10, the limiting bracket 32 is configured to be circular arc-shaped, the limiting bracket 32 is internally provided with a plug hole 53, the plug hole 53 is long-strip-shaped, the outer wall of the limiting bracket 32 is provided with scale marks 54, the lower end of the limiting bracket 32 is provided with a bottom plate 55, and the bottom plate 55 is fixedly connected with the workbench 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the glass edge grinding machine is used, decorative glass is placed on the moving platform 2, the hand wheel I47 in the limiting mechanism 8 is adjusted to drive the adjusting screw rod I46 to rotate, meanwhile, the sliding rod 44 slides along the fixing plate 43, the limiting plate 45 is attached to two ends of the glass, the position of the glass can be quickly adjusted, the edge of the glass is enabled to be parallel to the edge of the moving platform 2, the hand wheel I47 is rotated in the direction to enable the limiting plate 45 to be separated from the glass after the glass is fixed through the sucking disc 4, and the position of the glass can be quickly located through the structural design, so that the edge grinding is facilitated;
starting a driving motor 16 to drive a second belt pulley 15 to rotate and a first belt pulley 7 to rotate, so that a reciprocating screw rod 5 rotates, a moving platform 2 moves towards a cleaning mechanism 11 along a first slide rail 3, starting a polishing motor 25 to drive a third belt pulley 26 to rotate, so that a fourth belt pulley 40 drives a polishing shaft 41 and a polishing wheel 42 to rotate, the outer wall of the polishing wheel 42 is perpendicular to the glass, the edge of the glass is polished by the polishing wheel 42 in the polishing mechanism 12, the edge of the glass is polished flat, the polishing wheel 42 of the polishing mechanism 13 is inclined, an inclined plane can be polished on the upper surface of the glass, when the inclination angle of the inclined plane needs to be adjusted, the rotating plate 30 is pushed upwards, one side of the rotating plate 30, which is close to a limit bracket 32, rotates anticlockwise, a scale line 54 penetrates through the rotating plate 30 and the inclination angle of the working platform 1, and then a bolt is inserted into an insertion hole 53 to fix the rotating plate 30, the angle adjustment of the rotating plate 30 is realized, so that the inclination angle of a polishing wheel 42 in the second polishing mechanism 13 can be conveniently adjusted, and the glass can be polished to form inclined planes with different angles;
when the distance between the polishing wheel 42 and the slot 10 needs to be adjusted, the second hand wheel 50 is rotated to drive the second adjusting screw rod 49 to rotate, so that the threaded sleeve 51 can move back and forth along the second adjusting screw rod 49, the movable plate 24 is driven by the connecting rod 52 to move back and forth along the second sliding rail 28, the adjustment of the front and rear positions of the polishing wheel 42 is realized, and the device is suitable for polishing glass with different lengths and has a wider application range;
during polishing, the cooling mechanism 14 on one side is connected with an external water source, the polishing wheel 42 is cooled by the two nozzles 35, cooling water enters the water tank 9 from the slot 10, is filtered by the sand filter layer 17 and the filter cloth 18, passes through the through hole of the support plate 19 and flows into the bottom of the water tank 9, the circulating water pump 22 is started, the filtered water enters the cooling mechanism 14 on the other side from the water pipe 23, and the polishing wheel 42 on the other side is cooled by the nozzles 35;
after polishing, the mobile station 2 continues to remove to clean mechanism 11 direction, when the height of 36 departments of scraper blade needs to be adjusted, rotate scraper blade 36, scraper shaft 37 rotates along stop collar 38, scraper blade 36 and workstation 1 slope form, the inclination of scraper blade 36 is adjusted to the glass according to different thickness, it is fixed with scraper shaft 37 to recycle the bolt and insert stop collar 38, make scraper blade 36's rigidity, the design of this structure, can get rid of the remaining cooling water in glass surface, utilize scraper blade 36 can scrape the remaining cooling water in glass upper surface, rivers go into basin 9 and recycle after filtering, effective water economy resource.
