If the measured total thrust clearance does not meet the use standard, only the inner ring lock nut 211 and the outer ring lock nut 111 on the measuring and adjusting device need to be disassembled, the two assembled angular contact ball bearings 300 can be easily taken out, the outer spacing ring 311 is taken out, and the thickness of the outer spacing ring 311 is processed and adjusted according to the calculated value. The measuring and adjusting device of the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, high practicability, low manufacturing cost, safety and reliability. By adopting the measuring and adjusting device of the embodiment, the two angular contact ball bearings 300 installed in pairs can be independently subjected to trial assembly, so that the thrust clearance can be accurately measured on the premise of reducing the steps of the traditional process, and the measuring and adjusting speed is increased; the assembly times of the bearing box are reduced to the minimum, the possibility of abrasion of the fastener and the matching piece is greatly reduced, and the additional workload is reduced. Meanwhile, the weight of equipment in the measurement and adjustment process is reduced, the risks of damage of parts and injury of personnel are greatly reduced, the matching of hoisting and hoisting is not needed, and the investment of machinery is reduced.
