Abstract
The invention relates to a method for processing a spiral baffle plate pipe hole for a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, which belongs to the field of chemical equipment and is characterized in that: the device comprises a control system, a spiral baffle plate, a hole opening device, a hole opening positioning device and a spiral baffle plate supporting and positioning device, wherein the control system controls the working state of the hole opening device and the position state of the hole opening positioning device; the processing component of the perforating device is fixed on the perforating customizing device. The sweep angle of the spiral baffle plate is 90-360 degrees. The spiral baffle plate is opened once or twice, namely, the pipe holes on the spiral surface of the spiral baffle plate within the range of not less than the sweep angle 1/2 are firstly processed for the first time, then the spiral baffle plate is turned over, and the rest pipe holes are processed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for processing a spiral baffle plate pipe hole for a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, belonging to the field of chemical equipment.
Background
The bow baffle is the most commonly used baffle in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, has simple formation and easy opening, but is gradually replaced by a spiral baffle in recent years due to the defects of large shell-side pressure drop, flow stagnation dead zones, easy scaling, heat transfer efficiency and the like. The spiral baffle plate can be divided into a continuous spiral baffle plate and a discontinuous spiral baffle plate, and the difference is that the continuous spiral baffle plate is a standard spiral curved surface, and the discontinuous spiral baffle plate is generally formed by connecting a plurality of 1/4 fan-shaped plane plates instead of curved surfaces alternately to form an approximate spiral plane forming a certain angle with a main axis. Both the continuous spiral baffle and the discontinuous spiral baffle need to be provided with a plurality of holes on the plate for fixing the heat exchange tube. For a conventional segmental baffle, the opening direction is perpendicular to the plate surface because the segmental baffle is a plane and the normal line of the hole is parallel to the main axis. For the non-spiral baffle plate, although the baffle plate is planar, the normal line of the hole of the baffle plate has a certain angle with the axis, so the direction of the opening of the baffle plate must form a corresponding angle with the plate surface; for the continuous spiral baffle plate, the baffle plate is curved, the normal line of each hole of the baffle plate has different angles with the axis, and the opening direction needs to be determined according to the curvature of the curved surface, so that the opening can not be realized by the conventional method.
In a patent of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a continuous spiral baffle, which is disclosed in patent number ZL 2005100430335, a first processing method of a specific embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a spiral plate by using a forging die and a punching die, and the greatest disadvantage of the embodiment is that the adaptability of the forging die and the punching die is poor, and the processing of baffles with various specifications cannot be met; the second processing method of the specific embodiment of the patent provides a method for manufacturing a spiral plate by using a pull piece clamp, the method needs to cut a small fan shape on a circular ring piece, and the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the circular ring piece are both larger than the inner diameter and the outer diameter of a formed spiral piece when materials are selected, the drawn spiral piece needs to be subjected to subsequent beating treatment, so that the surfaces of adjacent pieces are attached as much as possible, the greatest defects of the second processing method are that the processing precision is poor, the process is complex, uncertain factors are too many, the stability of the quality of the spiral plate cannot be guaranteed, and the industrial production is not easy to realize.
In a patent of a method for machining a hole in a spiral baffle disclosed in publication No. CN 110091082 a, a continuous spiral baffle is perforated by a control system, a rotary driving device, a perforating device, and a supporting and positioning device. The processing method has two problems, namely, the coordinated movement and the comprehensive control of a plurality of mechanisms in the processing equipment are involved, the precision requirement is extremely high, the control system is complex, the actual implementation difficulty is high, and the overall dimension of the perforating device is large and cannot penetrate into the spiral baffle plate with small screw pitch for processing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for processing a spiral baffle plate pipe hole for a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, which can realize the processing of the spiral baffle plate pipe hole with lower cost and simple working procedures. The technical scheme for solving the technical problem is as follows: a method for processing a spiral baffle plate pipe hole for a shell-and-tube heat exchanger is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the device comprises a control system 1, a spiral baffle plate 2, a hole opening device 3, a hole opening positioning device 4 and a spiral baffle plate supporting and positioning device 5, wherein the control system 1 controls the working state of the hole opening device 3 and the position state of the hole opening positioning device 4; the processing component of the perforating device 3 is fixed to the perforating customizing device 4. The sweep angle of the spiral baffle plate 2 is 90-360 degrees. The spiral baffle plate 2 is opened once or twice, namely, the pipe holes on the spiral surface of the spiral baffle plate 2 within the range of not less than the sweep angle 1/2 are firstly processed for the first time, then the spiral baffle plate 2 is turned over, and the rest pipe holes on the spiral surface of the spiral baffle plate 2 are processed. The perforating device 4 can adopt a laser cutting mode, a drilling mode, a plasma cutting mode, a high-pressure water jet cutting mode or a linear cutting mode. The hole opening direction of the hole opening device 4 is parallel to the axial direction of the spiral baffle plate 2. The thickness of the spiral baffle plate 2 is between 2 mm and 30mm, and the outer diameter of the spiral plate is between 100 mm and 2000 mm. The diameter of the pipe hole of the spiral baffle plate 2 is not less than 10mm and not more than 57 mm.

The control system moves the perforating positioning device, determines a space coordinate point in the moving process, starts the perforating device to perforate when the spatial coordinate point is consistent with a preset value, finely adjusts the position of the perforating device by the perforating positioning device, completes perforating operation and stops the perforating device. And after the hole is opened, the control system moves the hole opening positioning device again to reach the next space coordinate point consistent with the preset value to perform hole opening operation. The circulation is periodically carried out until all the holes are opened. When the rotation angle of the spiral baffle plate is larger than 180 degrees, the tapping device is easy to interfere with the spiral baffle plate in the operation process, and tapping can be performed twice, namely, a pipe hole in the 1/2 range of the rotation angle on the spiral surface of the spiral baffle plate is firstly machined for the first time, then the spiral baffle plate is turned over, the fact that the rotation axis of the turned spiral baffle plate is overlapped with the rotation axis of the spiral baffle plate before turning is guaranteed, and the remaining pipe holes on the spiral surface of the spiral baffle plate are machined. The perforating device can select laser cutting, drilling, ion cutting, high-pressure water jet cutting, linear cutting and other equipment as required. The continuous spiral baffle plate with the spiral rotation angle exceeding 360 degrees is decomposed into a plurality of spiral baffle plates with the spiral rotation angle not exceeding 360 degrees and then processed.
