Abstract
The invention provides a combined nut and a processing method thereof, wherein the combined nut comprises a first nut, a second nut and a pipe sleeve; the first nut is arranged in a tubular shape, and two ends of the first nut are correspondingly bent after being connected with the pipe sleeve in a sliding manner; the second nut comprises a tubular nut, one end of the tubular nut is connected with the spherical nut in a welding mode, the second nut is connected with the groove-shaped structure on the pipe sleeve in a sliding mode, and the two ends of the second nut are the same as those of the first nut and are bent.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nut processing, in particular to a combined nut and a processing method thereof.
Background
The nut is a nut, and is screwed together with a bolt or a screw rod to play a role in fastening, and one element which is necessary for all production and manufacturing machines is divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal (such as copper) and other types according to different materials.
Nowadays, according to the increase of the demand, the demand is larger and larger, the nut has to be combined for use, and the existing combination mode is that two nuts are welded, so that the desired nut is obtained.

Embodiment, referring to fig. 1-2, a combined nut and a method for manufacturing the same includes a first nut 1, a second nut 2, and a socket 3;
the first nut 1 is arranged in a tubular shape, and two ends of the first nut 1 are correspondingly bent after being connected with the pipe sleeve 3 in a sliding manner;
the second nut 2 comprises a tubular nut 21, one end of the tubular nut 21 is connected with a spherical nut 22 in a welding mode, the second nut 2 is connected with the groove-shaped structure on the pipe sleeve 3 in a sliding mode, and two ends of the second nut are the same as those of the first nut 1 in bending processing.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1-2, the groove-shaped structure 31 is two circular grooves having a diameter equal to the diameter of the tubular structures of the first nut 1 and the second nut 2, and the tubular diameters of the first nut 1 and the second nut 2 are the same.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1-2, the cross section of the groove-shaped structure 31 is shaped like an i, and two ends of the groove-shaped structure are slidably connected to the bending structures at two ends of the first nut 1 or the second nut 2.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1-2, the tubular structure outer side of the first nut 1 and the second nut 2 is symmetrically provided with two first limiting grooves 4, the pipe sleeve 3 and the groove structure 31 are correspondingly provided with second limiting grooves 32, the first limiting grooves 4 and the second limiting grooves 32 are correspondingly arranged, and the first limiting grooves 4 and the second limiting grooves 32 are correspondingly slidably connected with arc-shaped limiting plates 41, and the arc-shaped limiting plates 41 are detachably connected with the pipe sleeve 3.
In an embodiment, with reference to fig. 1-2, the upper end of the spherical nut 22 of the second nut 2 is provided with a through hole 23, the corresponding through hole 23 having the same diameter as the tubular nut 21.
In the embodiment, referring to fig. 1-2, when the second nut 2 is installed by using only the tubular nut 21 during use, the corresponding inner opening of the spherical nut 22 is detachably connected with a rubber ball 24, the middle part of the rubber ball 24 is provided with a threaded hole identical to that of the tubular nut 21, the outer side of the rubber ball 24 is provided with a second threaded structure 25, and the second threaded structure 25 is in threaded connection with the threaded structure of the inner opening of the spherical nut 22.
The processing method of the combined nut is characterized in that:
s1, selecting alloy steel suitable for the material as a raw material according to the strength grade requirement;
s2: annealing the raw material in an annealing furnace to reduce the hardness of the material to obtain an annealed raw material;
s3: molding: firstly, drawing and correcting by using a drawing machine, and then processing the required thickness by using a cold header to obtain a nut ingredient;
s4: punching: stamping by using a stamping machine matched with a die, and processing a hexagonal shape and an inner central hole to obtain a punched blank;
s5 combination: firstly, correspondingly welding a punched blank to obtain a second bolt, then correspondingly connecting the second bolt and the first bolt with a pipe sleeve in a sliding manner, and then correspondingly bending by using bending equipment;
s6 positioning and forming: then, the positioning structure is utilized to perform corresponding positioning, and after the positioning is completed, the cover plate is buckled, namely the first nut and the second nut are limited to a certain extent;

1. The combined nut comprises a first nut (1), a second nut (2) and a pipe sleeve (3);
the first nut (1) is arranged in a tubular shape, and two ends of the first nut (1) are correspondingly bent after being connected with the pipe sleeve (3) in a sliding mode;
the second nut (2) comprises a tubular nut (21), one end of the tubular nut (21) is connected with a spherical nut (22) in a welding mode, the second nut (2) is connected with the groove-shaped structure on the pipe sleeve (3) in a sliding mode, and two ends of the second nut are bent as same as those of the first nut (1).

The combined nut and the processing method thereof according to claim 1, wherein: the groove-shaped structure (31) is two circular grooves, the diameter of the two circular grooves is equal to the diameter of the tubular structures of the first nut (1) and the second nut (2), and the tubular diameters of the first nut (1) and the second nut (2) are the same.
3. The combined nut and the processing method thereof according to claim 1, wherein: groove type structure (31) cross-section is the setting of class "worker" style of calligraphy, and its both ends sliding connection the bending structure at first nut (1) or second nut (2) both ends.
