Compared with the prior art, the spot welding fixture has the advantages that spot welding fixing can be automatically carried out on the plurality of lithium battery packs, in the spot welding process, a worker only needs to orderly stack the plurality of lithium batteries into the clamping area of the clamping mechanism and take out the spot-welded lithium battery packs, the clamping, conveying and spot welding processes of the lithium batteries are fully automatic, the labor intensity of the worker is greatly reduced, the working efficiency of the worker is improved, and the spot welding fixture can be operated by one person, so that the labor cost is saved; in the lithium battery clamping process, the clamping mechanism adopts a square clamping mode, the lithium batteries subjected to spot welding at one time can be stably clamped no matter how many the lithium batteries are, the clamping effect is better, and the applicability is wider; in the spot welding process of the lithium battery, the existence of the first buffer spring/the second buffer spring in the spot welding mechanism can effectively avoid the occurrence of accidents caused by damage of the lithium battery due to deviation in the spot welding process.

The conveying members are provided with two groups, and the distance direction between the two groups of conveying members is parallel to the ground and perpendicular to the axial direction of the output shaft of the conveying motor 211.
A power transmission part 215 is arranged between the power output end of the conveying motor 211 and any one of the two groups of conveying screw rods 213, the power transmission part 215 is in power connection transmission between the two groups of conveying screw rods 213, a power synchronization part 216 is arranged between the two groups of conveying screw rods 213, and the power synchronization part 216 is in power connection transmission between the two groups of conveying screw rods through the power synchronization part 216.

The clamping mechanism 220 is installed on the two groups of bearing platforms 214, the clamping mechanism 220 comprises a fixed support, a clamping component and a power component, the fixed support is of a hollow square annular frame structure, the fixed support is fixedly installed on the two groups of bearing platforms 214, the central lines of the fixed support are vertically arranged, the clamping component is used for clamping the lithium battery, and the power component is used for driving the clamping component to clamp the lithium battery or cancel clamping of the lithium battery.
The clamping component comprises a clamping assembly and a driving assembly, the clamping assembly comprises a clamping plate 221, the clamping plate 221 is vertically arranged in the fixed support, the clamping plate 221 is provided with four groups of clamping plates 221, the four groups of clamping plates 221 jointly form a clamping area, the clamping area is of a square structure, the central line of the clamping area and the central line of the fixed support are located on the same vertical straight line, and the clamping area and the fixed support are arranged in a shape of a square.
The driving assembly comprises a clamping guide rod 222 and a clamping screw rod 223, wherein the clamping guide rod 222 and the clamping screw rod 223 are movably mounted at the right angle of the fixed support, the extending directions of the clamping guide rod 222 and the clamping screw rod 223 are parallel to the diagonal extending direction of the fixed support at the right angle, the clamping guide rod 222 can displace along the extending direction of the clamping guide rod, the clamping screw rod 223 can displace along the axial direction of the clamping guide rod, one end of each of the clamping guide rod 222 and the clamping screw rod 223 is fixedly connected with the corresponding clamping plate 221, the other end of each of the clamping guide rod 222 and the clamping screw rod 223 penetrates through the fixed support and is located outside the fixed support, the driving assemblies are correspondingly provided with four groups, and when the four groups of driving assemblies displace along the extending direction of the four groups of driving assemblies synchronously, the area of the clamping assemblies can be changed, and the clamping area always keeps a square structure.
The power member comprises a clamping motor 224, a first power connecting piece 225 and a second power connecting piece 226, the clamping motor 224 is vertically and fixedly mounted on the fixed support, the first power connecting piece 225 is used for receiving power of the clamping motor 224 and transmitting the power to the second power connecting piece 226, the second power connecting piece 226 is used for receiving the power and transmitting the power to a clamping screw rod 223 of the driving assembly, and four groups of the second power connecting pieces 226 are correspondingly arranged.
The power connecting piece II 226 comprises a first connecting shaft 2261, a second connecting shaft 2262, a driving bevel gear 2263 and a driven bevel gear 2264, the first connecting shaft 2261 is vertically and movably mounted on the fixed support and can rotate around the axial direction of the first connecting shaft, the second connecting shaft 2262 and a clamping screw 223 of the corresponding driving assembly are coaxially arranged, the second connecting shaft 2262 is movably mounted on the fixed support and can rotate around the axial direction of the second connecting shaft, the second connecting shaft 2262 is further coaxially mounted outside the clamping screw 223 of the corresponding driving assembly in a threaded mounting mode, and the second connecting shaft 2262 rotates around the axial direction of the second connecting shaft and can pull the clamping screw 223 to displace along the axial direction of the second connecting shaft.
The driving bevel gear 2263 is coaxially and fixedly arranged outside the first connecting shaft 2261, the driven bevel gear 2264 is coaxially and fixedly arranged outside the second connecting shaft 2262, and the driving bevel gear 2263 is meshed with the driven bevel gear 2264.

The head end of the conveyor belt 2254 sequentially passes around the driving pulley 2251, the pressing pulley 2252, the four driven pulleys 2253, and the pressing pulley 2552, and is fixedly connected to the head end of the conveyor belt 2254 to form a closed loop.
The working process of the clamping mechanism 220 is as follows: the clamping motor 224 operates and drives the clamping screw rods 223 of the four groups of driving assemblies to synchronously displace along the self axial direction through the matching of the power connecting piece I225 and the four groups of power connecting pieces II 226, the clamping screw rods 223 move and pull the clamping plate 221 to synchronously move, even if the area of the clamping assembly changes and the clamping area always keeps a square structure, the purpose of clamping or unclamping the lithium battery placed in the clamping area is achieved.
Lithium cell spot welding device 300 include feed mechanism 310, spot welding mechanism 320, feed mechanism 310 is used for providing lift power and feeding power for spot welding mechanism 320 carries out the spot welding in-process for the lithium cell, spot welding mechanism 320 is used for carrying out the spot welding and making the synthetic lithium cell group of a plurality of lithium cell groups to the lithium cell that is located the centre gripping subassembly clamping area.

The working process of the feeding mechanism 310 is specifically as follows: the lifting motor 311 runs and pulls the lifting screw 312 to rotate around the self axial direction, the lifting screw 312 rotates and pulls the push-pull bracket 315 and the mounting bracket 314 to displace along the guiding direction of the lifting guide rod 313, and the height of the feeding component can be controlled by controlling the running condition of the lifting motor 311.
The spot welding mechanism 320 comprises a connecting bracket 321, a guide member, a linkage member and a spot welding machine 329, wherein the connecting bracket 321 is movably connected with the feeding guide rod 318, the connecting bracket 321 and the feeding guide rod 318 form sliding guide fit, the connecting bracket 321 is also arranged outside the feeding screw rod 317 through a nut, and the feeding screw rod 317 rotates around the self axial direction and can pull the connecting bracket 321 to displace along the guide direction of the feeding guide rod 318.
The guide component comprises a guide sliding rod 322, a driving block 323, a first buffer spring 327 and a second buffer spring 328, the guide sliding rod 322 is vertically and movably mounted on the connecting support 321 and can move along the guide direction of the guide sliding rod, two groups of guide sliding rods 322 are arranged, the driving block 323 is horizontally and movably mounted outside the guide sliding rod 322, and sliding guide matching is formed between the guide sliding rod 322 and the guide sliding rod.

The second buffer spring 328 is sleeved outside the guide slide bar 322, one end of the second buffer spring 328 is in contact with the lower abutting lantern ring, the other end of the second buffer spring 328 is in contact with the bottom of the lower abutting groove, the driving block 323 is driven by the elastic force of the second buffer spring 328 to move upwards along the guide direction of the guide slide bar 322, and the second buffer spring 328 is correspondingly provided with two groups and two groups of lower abutting lantern rings and two groups of lower abutting grooves are correspondingly provided.
The spot welding machine 329 is fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the two groups of guide sliding rods 322; the spot welder 329 is a conventional spot welding technique and will not be described in detail herein.
The linkage component comprises a driving motor 324, a linkage block 325 and a linkage rod 326, wherein the axial direction of the output shaft of the driving motor 324 is parallel to the axial direction of the output shaft of the feeding motor 316, the driving motor 324 is fixedly arranged on the connecting bracket 321, and the linkage block 325 is eccentrically and fixedly arranged at the power output end of the driving motor 324.
The driving block 323 is provided with a linkage hole, the guiding direction of the linkage hole is parallel to the axial direction of the output shaft of the conveying motor 211, the extending direction of the linkage rod 326 is parallel to the axial direction of the output shaft of the driving motor 324, one end of the linkage rod 326 is fixedly connected with the free end of the linkage block 325, the other end is positioned in the linkage hole, and the linkage rod 326 and the linkage hole form sliding guide fit.
The working process of the spot welding mechanism 320 is specifically as follows: the driving motor 324 operates and pulls the linkage block 325 to rotate axially around the output shaft of the driving motor 324, the linkage block 325 rotates and drives the driving block 323 to do lifting reciprocating motion through the cooperation between the linkage rod 326 and the linkage hole arranged on the driving block 323, in addition, the driving motor 324 operates for a period, the driving block 323 performs the lifting reciprocating motion once, the driving block 323 moves and drives the guide sliding rod 322 to perform synchronous motion through the cooperation of the buffer spring I/II, the guide sliding rod 323 moves and pulls the spot welding machine 329 to perform synchronous motion, and further, the spot welding operation is completed.
During actual work, after a plurality of lithium batteries are neatly stacked in the clamping area of the clamping assembly by a worker, the clamping motor 224 runs and drives the clamping screw rods 223 of the four groups of driving assemblies to synchronously displace along the self axial direction through the matching of the power connecting piece I225 and the four groups of power connecting pieces II 226, the clamping screw rods 223 move and pull the clamping plates 221 to synchronously move, so that the area of the clamping assembly is reduced, and the clamping motor 224 stops running until the lithium batteries are clamped;
then, the conveying motor 211 runs, and the conveying screw rods 213 of the two groups of conveying members are pulled by the cooperation of the power transmission piece 215 and the power synchronization piece 216 to rotate around the self axial direction and have the same rotation direction, the conveying screw rods 213 rotate and pull the supporting platform 214 to displace along the guiding direction of the guiding track 212, so that the clamping area of the clamping assembly is positioned right below the mounting bracket 314, and even if the lithium battery pack in the clamping area of the clamping assembly is positioned right below the mounting bracket 314, the conveying motor 211 stops moving;
then, the lifting motor 311 and the feeding motor 316 both start to operate, the lifting motor 311 operates to enable the spot welding mechanism 320 to do descending motion, the feeding motor 316 enables the spot welding mechanism 320 to do motion close to the lithium battery in the clamping area of the clamping assembly, and after the spot welding end of the spot welding machine 329 is located right above the lithium battery pack through cooperation of the lifting motor 311 and the feeding motor 316, the lifting motor 311 and the feeding motor 316 stop moving;
then, the driving motor 324, the feeding motor 316 and the conveying motor 211 are matched to operate to perform fixed spot welding operation on a plurality of lithium batteries, and the plurality of lithium batteries are fixed into a lithium battery pack through spot welding;
after spot welding, the driving motor 324 stops running, meanwhile, the feeding motor 316 and the lifting motor 311 run in reverse directions, the spot welding machine 329 is far away from the clamping area of the clamping assembly, the conveying motor 211 runs in reverse directions, and the clamping mechanism 220 is restored to the original position;
then, centre gripping motor 224 reverse operation makes the grip area grow of centre gripping subassembly, and then makes the centre gripping subassembly withdraw the centre gripping to the lithium cell, and the staff takes out the fixed lithium cell that finishes of spot welding, afterwards, can carry out the lithium cell spot welding of next round.
