As shown in fig. 7, a water outlet 11 is opened at the bottom of the tank, and the water outlet 11 is used for discharging the cleaned wastewater; the pipeline cleaning equipment further comprises a hot water tank 12, the hot water tank 12 is located below the water tank 2, the hot water tank 12 is communicated with the water tank 2 through a pipeline and used for collecting hot water for cleaning the pipeline, specifically, a water outlet 11 is connected with a three-way valve, one outlet of the three-way valve is connected with the hot water tank 12 through a pipeline, the other outlet of the three-way valve is a wastewater outlet, the hot water tank 12 is also connected with a pipeline filter, the filter is connected with a water pump through a pipeline, the water pump is connected with a water source for providing cleaning water for the pipeline cleaning equipment through a pipeline, the water source can be water storage equipment such as a water tank, a water pool and the like, and the water source; the hot water tank 12 is designed to reduce the cost, because oil stains and the like on a cleaning pipeline need to be cleaned by hot water, when the hot water does not reach the replacement standard, the hot water in the hot water tank 12 is continuously introduced into a high-pressure water source, so that the hot water is recycled, and the cost for heating the cleaning water is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, a cover plate 13 is further disposed at the upper end of the water tank 2, one end of the cover plate 13 is hinged to the rear side edge of the upper end of the water tank 2 through a hinge, the upper end surface of the cover plate 13 is further connected with a third driving mechanism 14, the third driving mechanism 14 is hinged to the upper end of the rear side frame 1, the third driving mechanism is provided with a third movable end moving along a straight line, and the third movable end is hinged to the upper end surface of the cover plate 13.
The first driving mechanism 701, the second driving mechanism 601, and the third driving mechanism 14 are preferably air cylinders, and they may be linear motion mechanisms such as hydraulic cylinders and electric push rods.
The specific working process and principle of the invention are as follows:
the cover plate 13 is pulled upwards through the driving mechanism III 14, so that the water tank 2 is completely opened, the pipeline to be cleaned is placed in the through groove 503 of the hinged block according to the corresponding position, then the second driving mechanism 601 drives the pressing block 603 to stably position the pipeline in the through groove 503, actuating drive mechanism one 701 moves the cleaning head 704 to the port of the line and places outlet one in communication with the line port, then the cover plate 13 is put down to seal the water tank 2, high-pressure hot water is firstly introduced into the flow dividing block 10 and is divided into a water inlet II and a water inlet I by the flow dividing block 10, the high-pressure hot water is sprayed out from the outlet II to clean the outer wall of the pipeline, the high-pressure hot water is sprayed out from the outlet I to clean the inner wall of the pipeline, the water tank 2 is communicated with the hot water tank 12 through three-way switching, hot water enters the hot water tank 12, and after the hot water is cleaned, the communication between the water tank 2 and the hot water tank 12 is closed through the three-way switching; then high-pressure cold water is introduced into the flow dividing block 10, the flow dividing block 10 divides the water into a water inlet II and a water inlet I, then the high-pressure cold water is sprayed from an outlet II to clean the outer wall of the pipeline, the high-pressure cold water is sprayed from an outlet I to clean the inner wall of the pipeline, a drain pipe is opened to discharge the cleaned cold water, and after the cold water is cleaned, a connecting pipeline between a high-pressure water source and equipment is closed; and opening a high-pressure gas source to enable the high-pressure gas to be sprayed out from the first outlet and the second outlet, air-drying the inner wall and the outer wall of the pipeline, starting the third driving mechanism 14 to pull up the cover plate 13 after the air-drying is finished, starting the second driving mechanism 601, removing the pressing block 603 from the upper end face of the hinged block, taking out the pipeline again, and finishing the whole cleaning process.
