the top end of the first support (1) is fixedly provided with a second support (2) through a bolt, the second support (2) is provided with a scattering mechanism (5), the scattering mechanism (5) comprises an installation frame (501), a baffle (504) and a scattering plate (505), wherein one end of the installation frame (501) is horizontally provided with a first fixing plate (502) through a bolt, one end of the first fixing plate (502) is provided with a plurality of second fixing plates (503) in parallel, the first fixing plate (502) and the second fixing plates (503) are fixedly connected with the second support (2) through bolts, one end of the first fixing plate (502) is provided with the baffle (504), one end of the baffle (504) is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting rods (506) through bolts, and the connecting rods (506) are fixedly connected with the first fixing plate (502) through threaded holes;
a plurality of scattering plates (505) are arranged on the plurality of second fixing plates (503) at equal intervals, the plurality of scattering plates (505) are made of rigid materials, extension lines of the plurality of scattering plates (505) are arranged at an included angle of 30-35 degrees, one ends of the plurality of scattering plates (505) are fixedly connected with the connecting rod (506) through threaded holes, and the connecting rod (506) is fixedly connected with the second fixing plates (503) through bolts;
one end of the second bracket is provided with a scraper mechanism (6), the scraper mechanism (6) comprises a scraper (602) and a buffer column (604), wherein the scraper (602) is fixedly connected with a third fixing plate (601) through a bolt, the bottom end of the scraper (602) is provided with a scraping brush which is made of soft material, two ends of the third fixing plate (601) are both fixedly provided with mounting plates (603) through fixing blocks (606), the mounting plates (603) are fixedly connected with the first bracket (1) through bolts, two ends of the mounting plates (603) are both fixedly provided with the buffer column (604) through threaded holes, one end of the buffer column (604) penetrates through the mounting plates (603) to extend outwards, one end of the buffer column (604) is provided with a buffer spring (605), the buffer spring (605) is fixedly welded with the buffer column (604), one end of the second bracket (2) is fixedly provided with a dirt blocking buffer plate (14) through a bolt, the bottom of keeping off dirty board (14) is provided with water-collecting sheet (20), and water-collecting sheet (20) are the V-arrangement groove, and water-collecting sheet (20) pass through bolt and first support (1) fixed connection, and the bottom intercommunication of water-collecting sheet (20) has drain pipe (21).
