With the iterative renewal of cell biology and molecular biology technology, microcentrifuge tubes (EP tubes, from 200 microliters to thousands of microliters) and micropipettes (also called pipette guns, from 0.1 microliter to 1000 microliters in multiple formats) of different volumes have long become very common consumables in laboratories. But with some problems of garbage classification:
firstly, a disposable plastic suction head (commonly called a gun head) matched with the micropipette is small in volume, but the tail end is sharp, so that a garbage bag is easy to puncture, a small amount of liquid which is carelessly remained in biological garbage in a laboratory leaks, mould propagation and the like generate stink, and the liquid is sometimes scattered along the way in garbage transportation, so that the garbage is extremely unhygienic. Although a more effective garbage classification mode is established on a laboratory table, such as solid garbage such as a gun head and liquid garbage such as culture medium waste liquid are strictly used by a special experimental garbage classification and treatment device, experimental staff carelessly lose the gun head by mistake in the experiment, and the gun head is frequently fallen into liquid in a pipetting process. Therefore, a large amount of plastic consumables in laboratory biological garbage are mixed with a small amount of harmful liquid such as bacteria which are easy to develop mould, cell culture medium waste liquid and the like, and the waste liquid becomes normal.
Secondly, the wide use of molecular biology experiments makes the operations such as virus transfection very wide. Although most laboratories use lentiviral vectors or adenoviruses, retroviruses, which are highly attenuated. However, laboratories often lack the proper disinfection practices for viral transfection-related laboratory supplies after use. For example, the microcentrifuge tube and the pipette tip after use in virus transfection experiments need to be soaked in hypochlorous acid and the like for disinfection. In actual operation, enamel jar, plastic bottle and the like are used for soaking and disinfection. The enamel jar is often corroded by hypochlorous acid and the like, and the tightness is poor, so that the taste of the hypochlorous acid and the like in a laboratory is too heavy, and the physical health of experimental staff is not facilitated. And the narrow-mouth plastic bottle is not beneficial to the accurate throwing of the centrifuge tube and the pipette tip. More important problems are that after soaking, solid garbage such as a centrifuge tube, a pipette tip and the like cannot be quickly and effectively separated from liquid.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an experimental garbage classification and treatment device, which aims to solve the technical problems that a disinfection vessel in the prior art is poor in tightness, and solid garbage such as a centrifuge tube, a pipette gun head and the like cannot be rapidly and effectively separated from liquid after soaking and disinfection are finished.
