A magnetotherapeutic machine as claimed in claim 5, further comprising two sets of fastening handles (28), inner ends of the two sets of fastening handles (28) being connected to left and right ends of the fastening knob (13), respectively; the moving assembly (4) is a universal wheel assembly, and four universal wheel assemblies are provided.
