Abstract
The invention discloses an infusion apparatus with the functions of preventing empty flow and returning blood for pediatrics, which comprises a drip cup, a flow regulator, a puncture head and an injection needle, wherein the drip cup is provided with a needle hole; the upper end of the drip cup is communicated with the puncture head through an upper conduit, and the lower end of the drip cup is communicated with the injection needle through a lower conduit; the outer wall of the lower guide pipe is sleeved with a flow regulator; a one-way valve for preventing air flowing and blood returning is arranged in the drip cup, and the lower catheter is coiled into a disc shape through a coil pipe structure; the drip cup comprises a lower cup barrel and an upper cup barrel sleeved on the outer wall of the upper end of the lower cup barrel; the one-way valve comprises a valve seat which is connected with the inner wall of the lower pot cylinder in a sliding way, a valve body which is detachably arranged at the lower end of the valve seat, a valve core which is arranged in the valve body in a sliding way and a reset mechanism which is arranged between the valve body and the valve core and is convenient for resetting the valve core. According to the invention, the one-way valve is arranged in the drip cup, so that the problem of leakage of the sealing part of the ball float valve caused by fluctuation of blood pressure of a human body in the prior art can be effectively solved, and emptying and blood return can be better prevented.

Further, the valve seat comprises a seat plate and a threaded sleeve, wherein the seat plate is integrally arranged, and the threaded sleeve is arranged at the lower end of the seat plate and is used for connecting the valve body; the core part of bedplate from the top down has set gradually first through-hole and taper hole, outer wall are provided with the first seal ring groove of being convenient for place first sealing washer.

Referring to FIGS. 1-3: an infusion apparatus with the functions of preventing empty flow and returning blood for pediatrics comprises a drip cup 1, a flow regulator 2, a puncture head 3 and an injection needle 4; the upper end of the drip cup 1 is communicated with the puncture head 3 through an upper conduit 5, and the lower end of the drip cup is communicated with the injection needle 4 through a lower conduit 6; the outer wall of the lower guide pipe 6 is sleeved with the flow regulator 2; the drip cup 1 is internally provided with a check valve 7 for preventing air flowing and blood returning, and the lower conduit 6 is coiled into a disc shape through a coil pipe structure 8; the drip cup 1 comprises a lower cup barrel 11 and an upper cup barrel 12 sleeved on the outer wall of the upper end of the lower cup barrel 11; the one-way valve 7 comprises a valve seat 71 slidably connected with the inner wall of the lower pot 11, a valve body 72 detachably arranged at the lower end of the valve seat 71, a valve core 73 slidably arranged in the valve body 72, and a reset mechanism 74 arranged between the valve body 72 and the valve core 73 and facilitating the reset of the valve core 73; the reset mechanism is a hollow spherical elastic rubber air bag; when liquid flowing down from an infusion bottle flows into a drip cup on a valve seat, the valve core is pushed to compress the air bag by the gravity of the liquid after reaching a certain height of the liquid, so that the valve core moves downwards, and the liquid flows downwards through a gap between the valve seat and the valve core; when the height of the liquid on the valve seat is smaller than a certain height, the valve core moves upwards under the action of the air bag, so that the valve core is attached to the valve seat, a gap between the valve core and the valve seat is closed, and a flow channel of the liquid is cut off; the valve core is attached to the lower end of the valve seat through the acting force of the air bag, and when the blood pressure of a human body fluctuates, the valve core is always attached to the lower end of the valve seat through the acting force of the air bag, so that the problem of leakage of a sealing part of the ball float valve caused by the fluctuation of the blood pressure of the human body in the prior art can be effectively solved, and air flowing and blood returning can be better prevented; through setting up the coil pipe structure, be convenient for with orderly the accomodating of downcomer, place the length of downcomer as required.

An infusion apparatus with the functions of preventing empty flow and returning blood for pediatrics comprises a drip cup, a flow regulator, a puncture head and an injection needle; the upper end of the drip cup is communicated with the puncture head through an upper conduit, and the lower end of the drip cup is communicated with the injection needle through a lower conduit; the outer wall of the lower guide pipe is sleeved with the flow regulator; the method is characterized in that: the drip cup is internally provided with a one-way valve for preventing air flowing and blood returning, and the lower conduit is coiled into a disc shape through a coil pipe structure; the drip cup comprises a lower cup barrel and an upper cup barrel sleeved on the outer wall of the upper end of the lower cup barrel; the one-way valve comprises a valve seat which is connected with the inner wall of the lower pot cylinder in a sliding way, a valve body which is detachably arranged at the lower end of the valve seat, a valve core which is arranged in the valve body in a sliding way and a reset mechanism which is arranged between the valve body and the valve core and is convenient for resetting the valve core.
