Description

Disposable bladder perfusion apparatus
Technical Field
The invention relates to a perfusion apparatus, in particular to a disposable bladder perfusion apparatus.
Background
Bladder tumor is a clinical common urinary system tumor, and is preferably developed in middle-aged and old men, and benign prostatic hyperplasia is one of the best diseases of the old men. Transurethral cystectomy is a surgery in which the carcinoma range of bladder tumors in situ is below 5mm, the diameter of extroversion carcinoma and inverted papillary carcinoma is below 5cm, and the invasive carcinoma stage B1T2, and the currently clinically preferred treatment scheme is bladder tumor resection combined with bladder perfusion. The bladder perfusion therapy is that chemotherapy drugs are injected into the bladder by using a catheter, and after the chemotherapy drugs are kept for a period of time, the urine is completely excreted.
Therefore, a close fit of the patient is required throughout the bladder perfusion process. Due to the particularity of the physiological anatomy of the male urethra, if the catheter is improperly selected in the bladder perfusion process, urethral spasm can be induced, and the pain of a patient is increased. Therefore, the urinary catheter for children is generally selected to perform bladder perfusion, and the urinary catheter needs to be connected with a urine bag, so that chemotherapy medicaments for bladder perfusion need to be directly punctured from the connection part of the urinary catheter and the urine bag by a needle after chemotherapy liquid medicine is extracted by a 50ml lightproof empty needle, and the risks of needle stick injury, chemotherapy medicament extravasation, splash and the like are easily caused if the operation is improper, and the treatment effect of bladder perfusion is further influenced. After the chemotherapy drugs are filled, the 20ml of physiological saline extracted by the empty needle or the sterilized water for injection needs to be replaced to puncture the ureter again, so that the risk of occupational exposure is increased. In addition, chemotherapy solutions injected into the bladder through a catheter often do not come into direct, sufficient contact with the inner wall of the bladder, resulting in prolonged stay in the hospital for patients with bladder perfusion.
