1) the components of the essence eye-protecting layer are uniformly mixed according to the proportion to prepare essence mixed solution,
2) heating sheets are arranged in the outer non-woven fabric and the inner non-woven fabric, fixed pressing is realized through hot melt adhesive or ultrasonic pressing,
3) uniformly coating the essence mixed solution prepared in the step 1) on the inner-layer non-woven fabric,
4) cutting the ear bag hole of the elastic non-woven fabric ear bag layer by an ear bag hole cutter,
5) and (3) pressing the elastic non-woven fabric with the cut ear pocket holes prepared in the step 4) on the inner layer of each layer of non-woven fabric prepared in the step 3) in an ultrasonic pressing mode.
