Referring to fig. 1-5, the present application discloses an orthodontic bracket 2 towing hook 1 of a stair-riding buckle, for mounting on an orthodontic bracket 2, comprising: a clamping part 11 matched with the orthodontic bracket 2 and a traction part 12 extending from the clamping part 11 back to the orthodontic bracket 2; the engaging portion 11 includes a body 111 and two holding arms 112 extending from the body 111, and the two holding arms 112 extend to both sides of the orthodontic bracket 2.
The retaining arms 112 form a semi-enclosed structure with the body 111 to form a so-called stair-type buckle, thereby enabling attachment and release of the orthodontic bracket 2. Compared with the traction hook 1 fixed on the ligation wing, the traction hook 1 in the embodiment can be flexibly arranged, and the type of the traction hook 1 can be adjusted to meet different treatment processes when the traction hook 1 is installed or disassembled in the treatment process; compared with the traction hook 1 arranged on the arch wire, the traction hook 1 in the embodiment does not need to be directly applied to the dental arch wire, so that the problems of deformation, loosening and slippage of the dental arch wire cannot be caused in clinical use.
In a specific connection manner, in an embodiment, the body 111 and the two clamping arms 112 form a U shape, and the two clamping arms 112 are used for accommodating the orthodontic bracket 2, and the two clamping arms 112 are provided with anti-disengaging structures 113 oppositely arranged, and the anti-disengaging structures 113 are used for cooperating with the orthodontic bracket 2 to prevent the clamping portion 11 and the orthodontic bracket 2 from being separated.
The U-shaped structure that body 111 and two centre gripping arms 112 constitute can be folded up orthodontic bracket 2 to avoid draw hook 1 when atress and orthodontic bracket 2 between produce the displacement, reduce anti-disengaging structure 113's work load. The anti-slip structure 113 is used for transmitting the traction force received by the traction hook 1 to the orthodontic bracket 2 while preventing the separation of the engaging portion 11 and the orthodontic bracket 2, thereby achieving the traction effect of the traction hook 1. Of course, the towing hook 1 can also realize the transmission of the towing force by other structures.
In a specific configuration of the anti-release structure 113, in an embodiment, the anti-release structure 113 is a positioning protrusion disposed on a side of the clamping arm 112 facing the orthodontic bracket 2, a side of the positioning protrusion facing the U-shaped opening of the engaging portion 11 is provided with a guiding inclined surface 1131, and the other side is provided with a stopping surface 1132.
The location function of locating lug is realized through stopping face 1132, thereby stopping face 1132 and just abnormal support groove 2 counterbalance interact, prevent that locating lug from deviating from the restraint region. The guiding inclined plane 1131 can be used for installing the towing hook 1, and when the orthodontic bracket 2 interacts with the guiding inclined plane 1131, the two clamping arms 112 can be driven to move back to open the U-shaped structure formed by the body 111 and the two clamping arms 112, so that the anti-falling structure 113 can conveniently enter a preset position.
In detail to facilitate the installation of the towing hook 1, in one embodiment, the end of the clamping arm 112 facing away from the body 111 tapers radially and transitions smoothly with the guide ramp 1131.
The radially reduced end portion itself also serves as a guide, and the cooperation of the guide ramp 1131 can facilitate the operation of the clinician. While the radially reduced end portions also provide a space for manipulation, in particular cases for driving the two gripper arms 112 back towards each other for a particular function. For example, in the solution shown in the figures, the end of the gripping arm 112 facing away from the body 111 forms a push-off end 115, the push-off end 115 being able to be used for detaching the towing hook 1.
As will be understood from the above description, the installation and the removal of the towing hook 1 mainly are performed by the relative movement of the two holding arms 112, so that the body 111 and the two holding arms 112 need to have a certain elasticity to complete the deformation, and the material can be selected from metal with higher strength or plastic with better elasticity, and can be optimized correspondingly in structure. For example, in one embodiment, the body 111 is provided with a release slot 114, and the release slot 114 is used for releasing the deformation of the body 111 when the two clamping arms 112 move back to back.
The release groove 114 is used in principle to release the deformation of the body 111 to facilitate the relative movement of the two clamping arms 112, and in practice, the release groove 114 can be used as an active position for detaching the towing hook 1. For example, when the towing hook 1 needs to be detached, the pliers are opened by the towing hook 1 to be matched and are propped against the releasing groove 114 to be spread to drive the pliers to expand, so that the two clamping arms 112 can move back to back. In detail, in an embodiment, the pulling portion 12 is fixedly connected to the body 111, and a reinforcing structure 121 is disposed at the connection position of the pulling portion and the body 111, and the releasing slot 114 is aligned with the reinforcing structure 121. The reinforcing structure 121 may be an arcuate portion formed by an extension of the material itself. This design can avoid the impact of the opening of the relief groove 114 on the strength of the body 111.
In the arrangement of the pulling portion 12, in one embodiment, the pulling portion 12 is separated from the engaging portion 11 from the bonding surface 21 in a normal direction of the bonding surface 21 of the orthodontic bracket 2.
The function of the traction part 12 away from the adhesive surface 21 is to form a lip-extending structure, that is, the traction part 12 extends towards the labial position, so that the traction hook 1 is effectively prevented from pressing the gum, and the lip-tilting angle design can be applied to any tooth position through adjustment. The lip inclination angle of the towing part 12 of different types of towing hooks 1 can be flexibly adjusted.
The traction part 12 also needs to be provided with a corresponding structure for fixing the traction wire. In one embodiment, an end of the pulling portion 12 facing away from the engaging portion 11 is expanded radially to be a first anti-slip head 122. The anti-drop head can prevent the traction wire from dropping off and can also avoid the influence on the inner wall of the oral cavity possibly caused by radial expansion. In the drawings, the first anti-drop head 122 is in a round head form, and has various designs in practical products, such as a question mark hook, a T-shaped hook, a square hook, and the like.
In one embodiment, at least one of the middle portions of the pulling part 12 is radially expanded to form a second separation preventing head 123. The design of a plurality of anti-slip heads can meet different traction requirements. Referring to the above description of the first anti-slip head 122, the second anti-slip head 123 may also have various designs, which are not described in detail.
The length of the traction part 12 can be flexibly adjusted, and the length of the traction part 12 of the two is different with reference to the embodiment of fig. 4 and 5.
The traction hook 1 can be aligned and pressed in from the gum of the orthodontic bracket 2 to the position below the ligating wing in the installation process, and before the pressing in, the traction part 12 needs to be outwards spread towards the lip to prevent the gum from being pressed. The installed traction hook 1 can bear 50-800 g of traction force.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the application also discloses an orthodontic bracket 2, which is provided with the towing hook 1 according to the above technical scheme, the orthodontic bracket 2 comprises a net bottom 22 for bonding and a base 23 provided with an arch wire groove, and the base 23 is provided with a positioning structure matched with the two clamping arms 112.
The positioning structure can be formed by a single component or can be realized by an existing gingival ligation wing and other structures. For example, in one embodiment, the two clamping arms 112 are provided with anti-separation structures 113 disposed oppositely, and the positioning structure includes:
a first positioning groove 231 provided on the side of the base 23 facing the traction portion 12 and configured to receive at least a part of the body 111;
the second positioning slot 232 is disposed on a side of the base 23 opposite to the traction portion 12 and is used for matching with the anti-dropping structure 113.
The first positioning groove 231 improves the connection effect of the towing hook 1 and the orthodontic bracket 2 by receiving the body 111, and the second positioning groove 232 is mutually matched with the above stop surface 1132 to prevent the separation of the towing hook 1 and the orthodontic bracket 2.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. When technical features in different embodiments are represented in the same drawing, it can be seen that the drawing also discloses a combination of the embodiments concerned.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application.
