Preferably, the arc-shaped light guide plate includes a light condensing portion and a light guide portion, wherein the light condensing portion is disposed opposite to the light emitting source, and a thickness of the light condensing portion is greater than a thickness of the light guide portion.
Preferably, the light-condensing portion includes: the light incident surface is right opposite to the light emitting source; and a light-condensing surface adjacent to the light-incident surface and forming a first preset angle with the light-incident surface.
Preferably, the front end of the arc-shaped light guide plate is higher than a horizontal plane in which the center of the roll brush is located.
Preferably, the light condensing surface is smoothly transited from the light incident surface to the light guide portion, and an angle between one end of the light condensing surface adjacent to the light incident surface and the light incident surface is 100-140 degrees.
Preferably, the light-condensing surface comprises a first section and a second section which are both substantially planar, the angle between the first section and the light-incident surface is 100-140 degrees, and the second section connects the first section and the light-guiding part.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a vacuum cleaner attachment comprising: a main body 4 in which a roll brush 1 for sweeping a surface to be cleaned is rotatably provided; wherein, an arc light guide plate 2 fixed relative to the main body 4 is arranged above the roller brush 1, and the arc light guide plate 2 has a front end 201 and a rear end 202 opposite to each other along the movement direction of the dust collector accessories; a light emitting source 3 capable of illumination is fixedly disposed on the rear side of the rear end 202 of the arc light guide plate.
In this way, when the light source 3 is turned on, the arc light guide plate 2 can conduct part of the light emitted from the light source 3 to the front end of the arc light guide plate 2, thereby illuminating the surface to be cleaned in front of the vacuum cleaner attachment. The upper surface and the lower surface of the arc-shaped light guide plate can transmit light, so that the light can irradiate the upper area of the dust collector accessory and illuminate the rolling brush cavity, and a user can see the whole dust collector accessory and the surrounding area clearly. The lower surface here refers to the surface adjacent to the roller brush, and the upper surface refers to the surface opposite to the lower surface.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the arc-shaped light guide plate 2 includes a light condensing part 21 for introducing a light beam from the light emission source 3 and a light guide part 22 for illuminating a surface to be cleaned; the light condensing unit 21 is disposed to face the light emitting source 3 so that the light condensing unit 21 can preferably transmit light to the light guide unit 22. The light emitted from the light-condensing portion 21 is incident perpendicularly to the light-condensing portion.
Specifically, the thickness of the light condensing portion 21 is set to be larger than the thickness of the light guide portion 22; and in order to reduce the space occupation of the arc light guide plate 2, the thickness of the light guide part 22 is preferably 2mm to 4 mm. Preferably, the thickness of the light guide part is 3 mm.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the light-condensing unit 21 includes: a light incident surface 210 facing the light emitting source 3; and a light-condensing surface 211 adjacent to the light-incident surface 210 and forming a first predetermined angle with the light-incident surface 210.
The light incident surface 210 is disposed at the rear end of the light condensing portion 21, and the light incident surface 210 is defined as the rear end surface of the arc-shaped light guide plate 2.
Further, the light condensing surface 211 smoothly transitions from the light incident surface 210 to the light guide portion 22, and an included angle a of 100 and 140 degrees is configured between one end of the light condensing surface 211 adjacent to the light incident surface 210 and the light incident surface; in a specific application scenario, the included angle a may be 100 degrees, 105 degrees, 125 degrees, 140 degrees, or other angles, so that the light-condensing surface 211 can condense the light beam guided from the light-incident surface 210 and transmit the light beam to the light-guiding portion 22, thereby reducing the loss of the light beam. Preferably, the included angle a is 120 degrees, which can make the light be better transmitted from the light-condensing portion to the light-guiding portion.
Still further, the light collection surface 211 comprises a first section 101 and a second section 102, both substantially planar; the first segment 101 is connected to the light incident surface 210, and the included angle configured between the first segment and the light incident surface 210 is the included angle a configured between the light incident surface and one end of the light condensing surface 211 adjacent to the light incident surface 210; the second segment 102 is used to connect the first segment 101 and the light guide 22.
In a specific application scenario, the light-condensing portion 21 and the light-guiding portion 22 may be divided into two portions, or may be an integrally formed whole; in order to make the arc-shaped light guide plate 2 more robust and durable and to save production costs, it is preferable that the light condensing part 21 and the light guide part 22 are integrally formed.
Further, the arc light guide plate 2 is made of a transparent PC material, and has a refractive index of 0.8 to 2.5, preferably a refractive index of 1.586.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the light guiding portion 22 is provided with a front end surface 220 extending toward the surface to be cleaned in front of the vacuum cleaner accessory; the front face 220 is used to guide the light beam guided in the light guide 22 and to illuminate the surface to be cleaned in front of the attachment of the dust collector.
Here, since front end surface 220 of light guide unit 22 is disposed at the foremost end of light guide unit 22, front end surface 220 is defined as the front end surface of arc-shaped light guide plate 2. The front end of the arc-shaped light guide plate 2 is higher than the horizontal plane where the center of the rolling brush is located. Meanwhile, the front end of the arc-shaped light guide plate 2 is substantially flush with the front end of the roll brush, i.e., substantially in the same vertical plane. Therefore, the suction force of the rolling brush is not influenced, and a good lighting effect can be generated.
In order to obtain a suitable illumination area in front of the vacuum cleaner attachment, the front end surface 220 of the arc-shaped light guide plate 2 is preferably configured as an arc-shaped end surface, thereby further improving the illumination effect.
As an embodiment of the invention, the light-emitting sources 3 adopt LEDs, the number of the LEDs is 10-50, and the single luminous flux of the LEDs is at least 1 lm; among them, the number of LEDs is preferably 24. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the simulation result of the vacuum cleaner attachment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a graph showing the brightness distribution of the region to be cleaned in the schematic diagram of FIG. 7. The abscissa in fig. 7 represents the range of light illumination in mm and the ordinate is the vertical height of the light source from the surface to be cleaned in mm, in a preferred embodiment the light source is spaced from the ground by about 25 mm. As shown in fig. 8, the abscissa is the length of the light band, and the ordinate is the distance of light irradiation, in mm. The trend of the change in illumination intensity in fig. 8 is: the light shape gradually weakens from inside to outside, and the illumination area is larger than 220mm x 120 mm. Specifically, the illumination intensity of the middle and lower area is relatively large, the illumination intensity of the brightest point is 382lx, the illumination intensity gradually decreases towards the two sides, wherein the illumination intensity beyond the distance of more than 100mm is 20lx to 30lx, and the illumination effect can meet general requirements.
The vacuum cleaner accessory in the application can be applied to a vacuum cleaner.
The cleaner comprises a cleaner attachment as described above and a power assembly for driving the drum brush 1 to rotate.
Wherein, the power assembly is arranged at the side part of the rolling brush 1 and is positioned inside the main body 4.
Further, the power assembly comprises a motor 5 fixedly arranged, and an output shaft of the motor is provided with a driving wheel 51; wherein, one side of the rolling brush 1 is fixed with a driven wheel 11, and the driving wheel 51 and the driven wheel 11 are connected with a belt 52; in this way, when the motor 5 is operated, the drum brush 1 can be rotated, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the surface to be cleaned.
Specifically, a first support plate 61 and a second support plate 62 for rotatably supporting the roller brush 1 are fixed in the main body 4; wherein, the first support plate 61 and the second support plate 62 are respectively arranged at both sides of the roller brush 1, and the motor 5 is fixed on the first support plate 61.
In summary, in the present application, the arc light guide plate 2 is disposed above the roller brush 1, and the light emitting source 3 is disposed at the rear portion of the arc light guide plate 2; the arc light guide plate 2 includes a light condensing portion 21 for introducing a light beam from the light emitting source 3 and a light guide portion 22 for illuminating a surface to be cleaned; in this way, when the light emitting source 3 is turned on, the light condensing portion 21 can condense the light beam and transmit the condensed light to the light guide portion 22, and the light guide portion 22 can further transmit the light beam and illuminate the surface to be cleaned, which is located in front of the vacuum cleaner accessory.

1. A vacuum cleaner attachment, comprising:
a main body (4) in which a roll brush (1) is provided;
the arc-shaped light guide plate (2) is arranged above the roller brush (1) and is provided with a front end (201) and a rear end (202) which are opposite to each other along the movement direction of the dust collector accessory; and
the light emitting source (3) is arranged at the rear end of the arc-shaped light guide plate (2);
the arc-shaped light guide plate (2) can conduct part of light emitted by the luminous source (3) to the front end of the arc-shaped light guide plate (2) so as to illuminate a surface to be cleaned, which is positioned in front of the dust collector accessory.
2. The vacuum attachment of claim 1,
the arc-shaped light guide plate (2) comprises a light-condensing part (21) and a light-guiding part (22), wherein the light-condensing part (21) is configured to be arranged opposite to the light-emitting source (3), and the thickness of the light-condensing part (21) is larger than that of the light-guiding part (22).
3. The vacuum attachment of claim 2,
the light-condensing portion (21) includes:
