The invention provides a seat angle adjusting device and a seat, which have simple structure and long service life and can realize multidirectional inclination angle adjustment.

In other embodiments that employ an annular protrusion, a protrusion height of the annular limiting protrusion in a first direction is smaller than a protrusion height of the annular limiting protrusion in a second direction, wherein the first direction is a front-back swing direction of the seat, and the second direction is a left-right swing direction of the seat. In this embodiment, the limiting effect of the limiting protrusion 400 on the front-back swing of the seat is smaller than the limiting effect on the left-right swing of the seat, so that the maximum inclination angle of the seat in the front-back direction is larger than the maximum inclination angle of the seat in the left-right direction. In other embodiments, the protruding height of the tooth-like protrusions in the first direction is smaller than the protruding height of the tooth-like protrusions in the second direction, or the pitch of the tooth-like protrusions in the first direction is larger than the pitch of the tooth-like protrusions in the second direction.
The places where the elastic buffer body 300 has the largest deformation amount when the seat surface angle changes are the upper end and the lower end, therefore, in the present invention, the limiting protrusion 400 is disposed at the upper end and/or the lower end of the columnar cavity, and the limiting protrusion 400 is a metal member.
